1. Remove R107596 (Splitter with PCB) and R763021 (Splitter without PCB) from BV508
assemply.
2. Remove EHT R774465 and EHT cover
3. Fix the single EHT with double diode (R7744865) on the EHT plate (R812671), with the
help of washers (R367502 qty.04) and nuts (R366102 qty.04).

4. Take the EHT cover (R813668) and Fix plastic rings (V313326) at the 2 positions as
shown :
Fix R3480264 cable guide to the EHT cover.
5. For the earthing cable, fix as shown to the EHT cover.
Screw R3631259 (qty.01)
Alternate Nuts R366103 (qty.02)
Alternate Washers R367503 (qty.03)
6. Fix the EHT plate & EHT to the EHT cover by 2 mounting

7. Guide EHT (Red) cable through circular wire.
8. Fix the complete assembly to lens frame (R815589) through 4 nuts (R366102) and wash-
ers (R367502)

9. Fix EHT Connector Z3440186 to the EHT
with cable Ties Z348019 qty.04 as shown :
10. Cover unused hole of splitter with RTV
11. Fix the adapter plate (R819945) to the Frame Assy. by 04 screws (V3621217)

12. Fix the splitter (R107595K) on Adapter using.
V3621229 - Qty. 02
V3621227 - Qty. 01
13. Fix EHT and Focus cable (Z3496636). Route IR cable through hole in the EHT cover.
14. Fasten Feedback connector + Focus connector cable ties qty.03
