Instructions
1. Charging
When fully charged the Bauhn Bluetooth Headphones will last up to 15hrs
depending on usage. To charge, simply connect your headphones to a USB outlet
on your PC or laptop.
1. Insert included Micro USB plug into Bluetooth Headphones, the charging port
is located on the bottom of right ear pad.
2. Connect the USB plug to a spare USB port on your PC or laptop.
3. The LED light will show solid green colour to indicate charging is active.
4. Light will turn off when fully charged.
Tip: When your Bluetooth Headphones are running low on battery. The LED
on the bottom of the right ear pad will slowly ash red.
2. Power On/Off
Before rst use it is recommended you charge the Bauhn Bluetooth Headphones
for at least 1 hour. See section 2 for charging instructions.
To turn on your Bauhn Bluetooth Headphones:
5. Hold down the circle button on the side of the right ear pad for 3 seconds.
6. The headset will state “power on” when you turn on the headphones.
7. The LED on the bottom of the ear pad will quickly ash blue while
powered on.
To turn off your Bauhn Bluetooth Headphones:
1. Hold down the circle button on the side of the right ear pad for 3 seconds.
2. The headset will state “power off” when you turn off the headphones.
3. The LED on the bottom of the ear pad will ash red once when powering off.

3. Pairing
The Bauhn Bluetooth Headphones can be paired to a Bluetooth enabled device such
as your smartphone or MP3 player.
Pairing for the rst time
1. Press and hold the power button for 6 seconds to turn on the Bluetooth
Headphones and enter pairing mode.
2. The headset will state “power on” and then “pairing”. The LED will quickly ash
blue & red while in pairing mode.
3. Search on your MP3 Player or smartphone for the device “HE314041” and pair
as per your MP3 player or smartphone’s instructions.
4. When the Bluetooth Headphones are successfully paired with your device the
headphones will state “your headset is connected”
5. The LED on the bottom of the ear pad will slowly double-ash blue when
connected via Bluetooth.
Reconnecting to a device
The Bauhn Bluetooth Headphones will automatically reconnect to a device you have
previously paired them with when the device is within range.
1. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the Bluetooth
Headphones.
2. The headset will state “power on” when you turn on the headphones. The LED
on the bottom of the ear pad will quickly ash blue while powered on.
3. The Bluetooth Headphones will begin to automatically search for any
previously connected devices within range.
4. When the Bluetooth Headphones are successfully paired with your device the
headphones will state “your headset is connected”
5. The LED on the bottom of the ear pad will slowly double-ash blue when
connected via Bluetooth.
Note: The headphones can store up to 10 paired devices and will automatically
connect to the last paired device when in range.

4. Pairing Via NFC (Near Field Communication)
The Bauhn Bluetooth Headphones also feature NFC (Near Field Communication).
This feature lets you quickly and easily pair your Bluetooth Headphones to any
NFC enabled Bluetooth device. The below instructions assume NFC is activated on
your device. Refer to the manufacturer’s instructions if you are unsure how to do
this.
1. To pair your Bluetooth Headphones to an NFC enabled device, hold the
headphones against device at the bottom of the right ear pad. There is a N icon
to indicate the best position. The headphones will automatically turn on.
2. Your NFC enabled device may prompt you to conrm pairing to the Bluetooth
Headphones.
3. When the Bluetooth Headphones are successfully paired with your device the
headphones will state “your headset is connected”
5. Audio Playback
The Bauhn Bluetooth Headphones features audio playback controls located on the
side of the right ear pad. You can control volume and track playback quickly and
easily from your Bluetooth Headphones.
1 – Volume Up
2 – Play / Pause
3 – Track Forward
4 – Volume Down
5 – Track Back
6. Phone Calls
When connected to your Bluetooth enabled phone, you can accept incoming calls
through your Bauhn Bluetooth Headphones.

Answering a Call
1. When you receive an incoming call, the ringtone will be heard through your
Bluetooth Headphones.
2. Press the circle button located on the right ear pad to answer the call.
3. The built in microphone on the Bluetooth Headphones will pick up your voice
as you speak.
Ending a Call
1. When you wish to end a call, press the circle button located on the right
ear pad.
Rejecting a call
1. If you receive a call and do not wish to answer it, you can reject the call by
holding the circle button located on the right ear pad for 2 seconds.
7. Connecting via Aux-in
The Bauhn Bluetooth Headphones can be directly connected via the aux-in port
located on the bottom of the left ear pad.
1. Connect the included 3.5mm audio cable to the aux-in jack located on the left
ear pad.
2. Connect the other end of the audio cable to the audio out jack on your
audio device
Note: When connected via audio cable, the Bluetooth function and controls
are disabled. You cannot control playback using the control when connected
via aux-in. The headphones will not be discoverable on Bluetooth.

Question Answer
There is no audio
through the
headphones when
paired to a device
- Remove any cables connected to the aux-in jack on
the headphones.
- Turn up the volume on the headphones using the
control pad
- Turn up the volume on the paired device
- Ensure the “HE314041” is selected as the audio output
on your device
- Try Repairing your device. Only one audio device can
be paired at once.
The headphones
won’t turn on
- Charge the device for 1 hour using the included Micro
USB cable before trying again.
I can’t pair to my
Bluetooth enabled
device
- Check you are within range of the headphones.
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone or
MP3 player.
- Ensure the headphones are in pairing mode, with LED
ashing blue and red rapidly
I can’t hear
anything when I dial
someone/someone
dials me
- Turn up the volume on the headphones using the
control pad
- Turn up the volume on the paired device
- Ensure you have not muted the phone
The NFC function
isn’t working
- Check your device features NFC. Refer to the device
manufacturers instructions for details.
- Check you have activated NFC on your NFC enabled
device
- Ensure you are holding the NFC enabled device to the
N logo located on the bottom of the right ear pad.
Can I use a power
adaptor to charge
the headphones?
- The Bauhn Bluetooth Headphones do not include a
power adaptor; however, you can charge the device
using any USB power Adaptor with 5V, 500mA
output. Contact your local electronics store to
purchase an adaptor.
