headset, because information stored in the magnetic strips memory
may be erased.

food, liquid etc.) from harming the Sports Headphones with
Bluetooth®, only use in a well ventilated, clean and dry envi-
ronment, away from excessive heat or moisture.
• Keep the product away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
• The headphones may be charged using any compatible USB
cable, including the one provided. Do not charge any other way.
• In case of damage, do not disassemble, repair or modify the
product yourself. Contact the after sales support line for advice
on repair or replacement, or refer servicing to qualified person-
nel only.
• This product is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product
by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with
the product.
• Do not put any object on top of the product.
• Do not expose the product to microwaves.

• Keep the product away from heat sources, sharp objects, liq-
uids, oils and other chemicals.
• When removing the headphones from your ears, grasp the
main headphones directly and do not pull the cord. Pulling the
cord may result in broken wires and malfunction.
• When the headphones are dirty, wipe them with a dry, soft
cloth. Take care not to blow into the headphones and/or press
the cloth hard into the earpieces.
• Sound quality might deteriorate or sound may be interrupted
if the plug is dirty. Keep the plug clean by wiping it occasionally
with a soft, dry cloth.
• For outdoor safety, never use the headphones while riding a
bicycle, motor bike, or while driving a car. It is dangerous to in-
crease the volume too much because you cannot hear external
sounds; always take great care about traffic around you.
• Make sure the volume control of your audio system is at min-
imum level before using the headphones. High level sounds
close to your ears may cause permanent hearing damage.
Use this appliance only for its intended use as
described in this manual. BAUHN® is not liable for any damage
caused to iPod/MP3 player or any other device. Do not place or
store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a bath or sink. Do
not place in or drop into water or any other liquid.

Getting started
Before first use
• Unpack the product but keep all packaging materials until you
have made sure your new headphones are undamaged and in
good working order.
WARNING! Plastic wrap can be a suffocation hazard for
babies and young children. Ensure all packaging materials are
out of their reach.
• In case of damage, contact our after sales support line for
advice on examination, repair or return of the damaged
product.
Charging the headset
The headset has a high-performance polymer rechargeable
battery. Before you use the headset for the first time, you must
charge the battery fully.
1. Connect the charging cable 8to the charging port 2.
2. Connect the USB side of the charging cable 8to a USB port
with sufficient power.
Do not charge more than 8 hours.
Using the headphones
1. Place the earpiece labeled “Right” in your right ear and the one
labeled “Left” in your left ear as shown on page 5.
2. Adjust the ear hooks until the headphones fit comfortably.
3. Turn down the volume level on your audio device; you can
adjust it to a higher level later, if required.
WARNING! High level sounds close to your ears may cause
permanent hearing damage.

Getting started
Steps to connect the Bluetooth® headset with music device
1. With the headset powered off, press and hold button 6for 4
seconds until the LED indicator 3flashes red and blue. The
headset is now entering into the search state.
2. Ensure your music device has Bluetooth® enabled. Search for
the “Bauhn Earbud” while pairing.
3. Choose the “Bauhn Earbud” option to connect. If your music
device requires a password, enter “0000”.
Incoming phone calls will be automatically connected to your
headset over the mobile device.
Keep your Bluetooth® headset around your device when used. The
straight distance without block Bluetooth® is about 26 ft. Beyond
this distance, its sound quality may decline and lose connection.
Extra ear tips
2 sizes of ear tips are included to provide optimal comfort.
To get the most comfort out the of ear tips 9, try the smaller ones
first and then the larger ones.
Whichever tips feel the most comfortable in your ears without
falling out should be the primarily used ear tips.

Common problems and solutions
Device can’t find the headset
a. Confirm the Bluetooth® headset is turned on. The LED indicator
light should be flashing red and blue.
b. If the Bluetooth® headset is switched on but still cannot be
found, restart the Bluetooth® pairing process on the device and
restart the headset.
Connection or noise interference
a. Check the battery power and recharge the headset, if
necessary.
b. Make sure the headset is within its effective Bluetooth®
working range of 26 feet.
The red light is not on when charging
a. If the headset is not used for a long time, it needs to charge for
about 3 minutes before the red light illuminates.
b. Headset is already charged.

• Mantenga el producto alejado de las fuentes de calor, objetos

directamente y no tire del cable. Tirar del cable puede provocar la
rotura de los cables y un mal funcionamiento.
• Limpie los auriculares cuando estén sucios con un paño seco
y suave. Tenga cuidado de no soplar en los auriculares y/o
presionar los auriculares con fuerza con el paño.
• La calidad del sonido puede deteriorarse o el sonido puede
interrumpirse si el enchufe está sucio. Límpielo de tiempo en
tiempo con un paño suave y seco.
• Por razones de seguridad al aire libre, nunca utilice los auriculares
mientras monta en bicicleta o motocicleta, o al conducir un
automóvil. Es peligroso aumentar el volumen del sonido

Carga de los auriculares

rendimiento. Antes de usar los auriculares por primera vez, debe
cargar completamente la batería.
1. Conecte el cable de carga 8al puerto de carga 2.
2. Conecte el extremo del cable 8con el conector USB a un
puerto USB que suministre potencia suficiente.
No cargue la batería durante más de 8 horas.
Uso de los auriculares
1. Coloque el auricular con el texto “Right” (Derecho) en su oído
derecho y el auricular con el texto “Left” en su oído izquierdo
como se muestra en la página 5.
2. Ajuste los ganchos de manera que se ajusten a sus oídos
cómodamente.
3. Baje el nivel del volumen de su dispositivo de audio; después lo
puede ajustar a un nivel más alto, si es necesario.

Pasos para conectar los auriculares Bluetooth® al reproductor
de música
1. Con los auriculares apagados, oprima y mantenga pulsado el
botón 6durante 4 segundos hasta que el indicador LED 3
parpadee en rojo y azul. Los auriculares entrarán en el modo de
búsqueda.
2. Asegúrese de que el reproductor de música tenga la conexión
Bluetooth® habilitada. Busque el dispositivo “Bauhn Earbud”

3. Elija el dispositivo “Bauhn Earbud” para conectar con los

contraseña, escriba “0000”.

Mantenga los auriculares Bluetooth® cerca del dispositivo durante

Problemas y soluciones comunes
El dispositivo no puede encontrar los auriculares
a. Confirme que los auriculares Bluetooth® están encendidos. La
luz indicadora LED debe parpadear en rojo y azul.
b. Si los auriculares Bluetooth® están encendidos, pero no los
puede encontrar, reinicie el proceso de emparejamiento
Bluetooth® en el dispositivo y reinicie los auriculares.
Interferencia o ruido en la conexión
a. Compruebe la carga de la batería y recargue los auriculares, si
es necesario.
b. Asegúrese de que los auriculares se encuentren dentro del
radio de alcance de 26 pies (6.6 m) del dispositivo Bluetooth®.
La luz roja no se enciende durante la carga
a. Si los auriculares no se usan durante un período prolongado,
deben cargarse durante unos 3 minutos antes de que la luz roja
se ilumine.
b. Los auriculares ya están cargados.
