1Important instructions for safety
and environment
This section includes the safety instructions that will
help providing protection against personal injury and
material loss risks. Failure to follow these instruc-
tions invalidates the granted warranty.
1.1 General safety
•Never touch any rotating part of the appliance. Do
not attach or detach any components of appliance
until it stops completely.
•Never attempt to dismantle the appliance. No war-
ranty claim shall be accepted for damages resulting
from erroneous usage.
•Always use your appliance on a balanced, flat,
clean and dry surface.
1.1.1 Electrical safety
•Check whether voltage specified on the rating plate
of the appliance matches the local mains voltage.
Only way to disconnect the power of the appliance
is to unplug it.

•This appliance should be connected to a maximum
30 mA domestic residual current protection fuse
for additional protection. Please contact an electric
technician for recommendations.
•Do not immerse the appliance, its power cable or
its plug in water or in any other liquid.
•Always unplug the power cord of the appliance after
using the appliance, assembling/disassembling its
parts or cleaning it, leaving the room where the
appliance is located or when a failure happens. Do
not unplug the appliance by pulling from its power
cord.
•Do not squeeze or bend the power cord of the ap-
pliance or do not rub it against the corners in order
not to damage it. Keep away the power cord from
hot surfaces and open flame.
•Do not use an extension with the appliance.
•Never use the appliance if it or its power cord is
faulty.

•BEKO Small House Appliances comply with the valid
safety standards, for this reason, if this appliance is
damaged, it or its power cord should be repaired or
replaced by its seller, a service agent or authorized
service personnel having the similar qualifications.
•Never operate any component of this appliance on
or near a gas range, hot plate or hot surfaces such
as a heated oven or do not place them on these
surfaces.
•Make sure that there is not any danger that the
power cable of device is pulled by mistake or any-
one trips on it during its use.
•Appliance should always be installed with its power
cord in an easily accessible manner.
•Do not use the citrus juicer in an excessively humid
and wet hands.Your hands should be dry when you
unplug it from the mains.

1.1.2 Product safety
•Clean all components of the appliance carefully
which contact the food before first use. For details,
refer to “Cleaning and Maintenance” section.
•Do not use the citrus juicer for more than three
minutes in an uninterrupted way, you can maintain
juicing process after letting it to cool down for a
while.
•Use the appliance only with its accessories sup-
plied with it.
•Always use your appliance on a balanced, flat,
clean and dry surface.
1.2 Intended purpose
•This appliance is intended for household use only. It
should not be used commercial purposes.
1.3 Child safety
•Always keep the appliance out of the reach of chil-
dren.

•This appliance may be used by children who are at
the age of 8 or over and the people whose physi-
cal, audio or mental skills are impaired or inexperi-
enced or not knowledgeable about the appliance as
long as they are supervised or informed and made
understood the safe use of the appliance and the
encountered dangers. Children should not play
with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
should be performed by the children if they are not
attended.
•Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is
in use. It is highly recommended to be very careful
when the appliance is being used nearby children
and people with limited physical, sensory or mental
capacities.

1.4 Compliance with the WEEE Directive and disposal of waste
products
This product does not contain the harmful and prohibited sub-
stances specified in the “Regulation for Supervision of the Waste
Electric and Electronic Appliances” issued by the Ministry of
Environment and Urban Planning. Complies with WEEE Directive.
This product has been produced from recyclable and reusable
high quality components and materials. Therefore, do not dispose of this
product with the domestic wastes or other wastes at the end of its service
life. Take it to a collection center for recycling of electric and electronic
appliances. You can ask for these collection centers from your local ad-
ministration. Contribute to protection of environment and natural resourc-
es by recycling the used products.
1.5 Package details
•Package of the product is made of recyclable materials as per our Na-
tional Legislation. Do not dispose of the package wastes with domestic
wastes or other wastes; bring it to the package collection centers speci-
fied by local authorities.

3.1 Initial usage
1. Take out all packaging and label
materials and dispose of them in ac-
cordance with the local regulations
in force.
2. Clean all components of the ap-
pliance carefully which contact
the food before first use (Refer to
"Cleaning and Maintenance" sec-
tion).
3. Cut the fruit well before using the
appliance.
3.2 Use
1. Remove the lid (8).
2. Attach the small cone (2) to the ro-
tating pin.
CFor large size fruit,
large cone (1) can be
attached over small
cone (2).
3. Place an appropriate size glass un-
der the juice outlet (5).
4. Push the juice outlet (5) downwards.
In this way, juice fills directly into the
glass.
5. Plug in the power cord to the outlet.
6. Push the fruit halves well down to
the (1) or (2) cones and start the ap-
pliance.
7. Pull the juice outlet (5) upwards
slowly in order to avoid dripping of
juice. Unplug the appliance.
3.3 Hints and practical
information
•Do not apply excessive force to the
fruit juice extracting heads: Increase
of the motor sound or any dramatic
decrease of the motor speed mean
that an extreme force is being ap-
plied.
•After each three minutes of extract-
ing, let the motor of the appliance to
cool down to room temperature.
•Do not touch the juice container dur-
ing this process. Keep the motor unit
under supervision when the extract-
ing fruit juice and hold it to avoid it to
move excessively.

4.1 Cleaning

1. Finalize the extracting process and
unplug the citrus juicer from the
mains.
2. Clean the exterior of the motor unit
(3) with a moist and soft cloth and
wipe it dry.
3. To clean it more easily, detach the
large cone (1) from the small cone
(2).
4. Put away the cones (1) and (2) after
cleaning and drying them.

4.2 Storage
•If you do not intend to use the ap-
pliance for a long time, please store
it carefully.
•Make sure that the appliance is un-
plugged and totally dry.
•Do not wind the power cord around
the appliance you can wind it around
the cable winder in its base unit.
•Store them in a cool and dry place.
•Make sure that the appliance is
stored in a place out of the reach of
children.

1.1 Genel güvenlik
•Cihazın dönen hiç bir parçasına dokunmayın. Cihaz
tam olarak durana kadar herhangi bir parça takma-

1.1.1 Elektrik güvenliği
•Tip plakası üzerinde belirtilen şebeke geriliminin

bat kurun.
•Cihazı, elektrik kablosunu veya elektrik fişini suya
ya da diğer sıvılara batırmayın.
•Cihazı kullandıktan sonra, parçalarını birleştirme-
den/ayırmadan önce veya cihazı temizlemeden
önce, odayı terk etmeden önce ya da bir arıza oluş-

şini kablosundan çekerek çıkarmayın.

rikli ocak veya ısınmış fırın gibi sıcak yüzlerin üze-
rinde veya yanında çalıştırmayın veya bunların üs-
tüne koymayın.
•Cihazın kullanımı esnasında elektrik kablosunun
yanlışlıkla çekilmesi veya birinin kabloya takılma
tehlikesinin olmadığından emin olun.
•Cihaz, her zaman için elektrik fişine ulaşılabilecek
şekilde yerleştirilmelidir.
•Narenciye sıkacağını aşırı nemli ve ıslak eller ile
kullanmayın. Fişi çekerken ellerinizin kuru olması
gerekmektedir.

Bu ürün, T.C. Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanlığı tarafından yayımlanan “Atık
Elektrikli ve Elektronik Eşyaların Kontrolü Yönetmeliği”nde belirtilen
zararlı ve yasaklı maddeleri içermez. AEEE Yönetmeliğine uygundur. Bu
ürün, geri dönüşümlü ve tekrar kullanılabilir nitelikteki yüksek kaliteli
parça ve malzemelerden üretilmiştir. Bu nedenle, ürünü, hizmet ömrünün
sonunda evsel veya diğer atıklarla birlikte atmayın. Elektrikli ve elektronik cihazların
geri dönüşümü için bir toplama noktasına götürün. Bu toplama noktalarını
