INSTRUCTIONS
Attaching the Tabletop
Attaching to Steel Stand:
1. Align holes in the bottom of the tabletop (1)
with holes in the steel stand. Secure with
1/4-20 x 1/2" hex head screws (2) and 1/4"
split lock washers (3) as shown in Fig. 1.
Attaching to ProCabinet:
1. Align ProCabinet hardware brackets, matching
bracket holes with holes in the stand and
tabletop. Fig. 2. Secure brackets to tabletop (1)
with 1/4-20 x 1/2" hex head screws (2) and
1/4" split lock washers (3) included with your
ProMaxRT and to the cabinet with the
hardware included with your ProCabinet.
Router Plate Leveling
1. Install the insert plate (not included) into the
router top and adjust leveling set screws (4)
until plate is flush with router top. Fig. 3.
2. Hold the leveler with an 1/8" hex wrench, and
use a 7/16" wrench to tighten the 1/4-20 Hex
Nuts (5). Fig. 4. This will prevent the assembly
from moving. You may need to fine tune the
settings after installing your router.
Note: Corner plate locking bolts are supplied
with the router plates (sold separately).
