» Use the system only for its intended use
» To protect against a risk of electric shock,
do not immerse any part of the system in
water or other liquids
» Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces
» Do not run appliance over cord
» Do not operate the system with a damaged
cord or plug, or if the appliance or any
other part of the system has been dropped
or damaged. To avoid the risk of electric
shock, do not disassemble or attempt to
repair the Stealth. Return the unit for
examination and repair. Incorrect
reassembly or repair can cause a risk of
electrical shock or injury and will not be
covered by the guarantee
» Keep hair, loose clothing, ngers and all
parts of body away from openings and
moving parts
» Do not use to pick up any liquids including
but not limited to ammable or
combustible liquids such as gasoline or use
in areas where they may be present
» Do not pick up anything that is burning or
smoking such as cigarettes, matches or hot
ashes
» Use extra care when cleaning on stairs
» Do not use the Stealth without the lters in
place (Refer to page x for operating
instructions)
» Follow all user instructions in this manual
» Do not leave the Stealth plugged in when
unattended
» Unplug the electrical cord when not in use
and before servicing
» Not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience

» Do not pull cord, use cord as a handle, close a

grasp the plug, not the cord

or operate without shoes

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Your Bennett Read Stealth will need some assembly, please read and follow
the below instructions carefully:
1. Remove unit from packaging
2. Remove attachments from their packaging
3. Some of the packaging poses a choking risk to small children. Dispose of
the packaging responsibly. Recycle if possible
4. Before using for the rst time check that all attachments listed are included.
If the unit is incomplete, return to the retailer immediately. Take entire unit,
packaging and proof of purchase to the store where your purchase was
made
5. Remove the Motor unit (5) from the Dirt tank (6) by loosening the Securing
Clips (4). Pull Securing Clips (4) outwards to release
6. Turn the Dirt Tank (6) upside down
Note: you will need a Phillips screwdriver to complete the assembly

OPERATIONS
Only operate your Bennett Read Stealth in accordance with the instruction manual. Failure to
follow these instructions will result in decreased cleaning performance and may invalidate your
guarantee.
7. Insert the front caster
wheels (9) at the bottom
of the Dirt Tank (4) into the
holes provided, ensuring
wheel is fully inserted
[see picture below]
[Repeat for both front
wheels]
8. Install Rear wheel assembly by
screwing in as shown below:
9. Turn the Dirt Tank [4] onto its wheels
10.Your Stealth is now ready to be set up for your desired
application.
Note: The Wheels are marked 1 and 2
1 being left side and 2 being right side
Important: The Bennett Read Stealth is only suitable for DRY Vacuuming and must NOT be
used to vacuum any liquids

DRY VACUUMING:
Your Bennett Read Stealth Vacuum is perfect for vacuuming a variety of surfaces including
carpets, tiles, mattresses, upholstery, curtains, car upholstery etc.
Setting up your Bennett Read Stealth for vacuuming:
1. Remove the Motor Unit (5) from the Dirt Tank (6) by pulling the Securing Clips (4) outwards
2. Ensure that the Microparticle dust bag and Dome Filter are securely installed in place as
shown below:
5. Insert large end (opposite end to handle) of the Flex Hose (3) into Vacuum Function Hose
Port (2) until you hear a “click”
6. Attach the Metal Extension Wand (15) to the free end of Flex Hose Handle
7. Attach your choice of cleaning head (14)/ (11)/ (12), to the free end of the Extension Wand
8. Plug the Power Cable into the wall socket. Take care not to pull the Power Cable beyond
the yellow and red markers at the end of the cord as shown below
9. To retract the Power Cord, press down on the Automatic Cord Rewind Button (7) until the
cord has completly retracted
10. Switch on the unit by pressing down on the Power Switch (1). An LED light above the
Power Switch will indicate when the machine is plugged in and ready for use
4. Replace Motor Unit (5) and close Securing Clips (4)
by pushing inwards as shown on the right:
3. Ensure that the Premotor Foam Filter is installed as shown below:
TIP: Vacuum in different directions across your surfaces to give you best results

MAINTENANCE AND CARE
CLEANING THE FILTERS:
1. Disconnect the Flex Hose (3) from the
Dirt Tank (6) by pressing down on
the securing tab and then pulling the
hose outward
2. Take the unit to the disposal area
3. Unclip and lift the Motor Unit (5) from the
Dirt Tank (6) and place on the ground
4. Remove the Dome Filter and Filter Bag
5. Unzip and empty the Filter Bag as shown
6. Close the Zip when you are done
emptying the bag
Washing the Filters:
• All lters in your Stealth are also fully washable in warm water. You may use a mild detergent
• Ensure to rinse the lters thoroughly to remove any detergent residue
• Allow the lters to dry completely before re-installing into the machine (5)
• Replacement lters and bags are available from most major retail outlets or directly from Tevo
• Reassemble and store, ready to use!
7. Check and clean the Dome Filter by gently brushing or tapping
8. Wipe the inside of the Dirt Tank (6) with a damp cloth
9. Return the Filter Bag and Dome Filter to the Dirt Tank
10. To remove the Premotor Foam Filter, turn the cage clockwise and pull outward. Remove
and clean the Foam Filter. Return the Foam Filter to the machine and re-install the cage by
turning it anticlockwise
11. Replace Motor Unit (6) as explained in the previous section
12. Open and remove the Microparticle Filter (10) as shown below:
13. Tap the Microparticle Filter on the side of a dustbin to remove any dirt or dust.
A soft brush can also be used
Important: After each Vacuuming session it is advisable that:
• The dust bag be emptied before storing
• All lters to be checked and cleaned if needed
This will ensure that the unit continues to deliver outstanding performance time & again
Note: Your Stealth is equipped with a Thermal cut-off switch that is designed to protect the
motor from overheating. Should the machine switch off while working, unplug and check the
lters and dust bag. Clean as explained below. Your machine will be ready for use again as
soon as it has cooled down. See Troubleshooting Guide for more information.
Important: Never use or store the machine with wet lters!
It is necessary to clean the lter after every use / daily
TIP: You can also use compressed air to remove dust and dirt from the lters

Hose/extension tubes
The machine will only switch on again after it has cooled down
sufciently. Permanent damage will be caused to your machine
if you continue to use the machine without addressing the root
cause of the overheating as explained above.

The Bennett Read Stealth has a one year product guarantee from Tevo (Pty)
Ltd. In the event of the unit malfunctioning, Tevo will replace or repair, at
Tevo’s option, any faulty component, free of charge from the date of purchase
by the original purchaser for one year. This guarantee does not apply to
routine maintenance components such as lters and brushes. Damage or
malfunction caused by negligence, abuse, unauthorized repair, or use not in
accordance with the User Guide is not covered. Tevo is not liable for
incidental or consequential damages of any nature associated with the use of
this product. Tevo’s liability will not exceed the purchase price of this product.
