• Your MULTI-FORCE is for household use

• Use only indoors on dry surfaces
• Do not immerse any part of the system in
water or any other liquids
• Do not operate the system if the appliance
or any other part of the system has been
dropped or damaged

your MULTI-FORCE. Return the unit for

• To unplug your MULTI-FORCE, grasp the
plug. Do not unplug by pulling on the

• Do not operate your MULTI-FORCE while
barefoot
• Do not put any objects into the vacuum
openings
• Do not use your MULTI-FORCE while any
opening is blocked

ASSEMBLY
1. Connect the hose (7) to the vacuum by
inserting the hose connector (10) into
the suction inlet (11) until it clicks into
place
2. Connect the 2-Piece extension wand by
pushing the small end of one piece into
the large end of the other piece. Then
twist slightly to fasten
3. Connect the hose handle (6) to the end
of the extension wand and twist slightly
to tighten
4. Connect the floor nozzle (1) to the other
end of the extension wand and twist
slightly to tighten
5. Once assembled, you can store your
vacuum by inserting the storage clip
(located on the back of the floor nozzle)
into the storage slot (20) on the rear of
the vacuum
OPERATIONS
POWER CORD
The power cord (19) is located at the rear
of the vacuum. Gently pull the power cord
out. Stop pulling the cord when the yellow
line is visible. There is also a red line which
indicates the end of the usable cord. Do
not pull the power cord out beyond the red
line.
AUTO-CORD REWIND
Your vacuum is equipped with an
automatic cord rewind. When cleaning is
finished, press the power button to switch
the vacuum OFF and grasp the plug to
disconnect from the electrical outlet. Hold
the plug and press the auto cord rewind
button to rewind the cord automatically.
POWER BUTTON
Turn the power ON or OFF by pressing
lightly downward on the power button.

Before cleaning under low furniture, check the
area first for objects that might harm the unit or
block the hose.
TIP:
AIRFLOW REGULATOR
Open the airflow regulator by sliding the
regulator down towards the extension
wand to an open position. This will reduce
the suction power for vacuuming delicate
fabrics. For full suction power, close the
air-flow regulator by sliding the regulator
up to the closed position.

OPERATIONS
SPECIAL TOOLS
Your MULTI-FORCE vacuum is not only a
powerful carpet and rug cleaner, it’s also a
versatile bare floor and above floor vacuum
cleaner when you select one of the special
tools.
FLOOR NOZZLE
Use to vacuum carpets, rugs and bare
floors. The swivel head turns to get into
tight spaces and fits under cabinets
1. To vacuum carpets and rugs, push the
brush switch to the carpet position
[ ]. This will pull the brushes up
into the floor nozzle
2. To vacuum bare floors, push the brush
switch to the bare floor position
[ ]. This will extend the brushes
down from the floor nozzle
DUSTING BRUSH/CREVICE TOOL
Use the dusting brush to clean blinds,
curtains, draperies, cushions and fabrics.
Use the crevice tool in narrow spaces.

To avoid injury, turn the vacuum OFF and
unplug the cord from the wall when not in use.
!WARNING:
Hair, string and small objects can block the
hose and tools. Check them occasionally for
obstructions.
TIP:
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
To reduce the risk of injury from moving parts
and/or electrical shock, turn the Power Switch
OFF and disconnect the plug from the electrical
outlet before performing maintenance checks.
!WARNING:
EMPTYING THE DIRT CONTAINER
Empty the dirt container as soon as the dirt
reaches the “FULL” line on the sides of the
dirt container.
1. Unplug the vacuum from the electrical
outlet
2. Remove hose by pressing the release
button and pulling the hose connector
out from the suction inlet. Set hose aside
3. Press the dirt container release button (9)
and lift up to remove the dirt container
4. Choose an emptying method (method
#2 is recommended for allergy sufferers).
Method #1 - Hold the dirt container
over a rubbish bin and push the
emptying button to open the bottom.
Close the bottom after the dirt empties.
Method #2 - Place a plastic bag over
the bottom of the dirt container. Push
the emptying button through the plastic
bag to open the bottom. After the dust
settles, close the bottom and remove the
plastic bag to discard
5. Replace the dirt container by sliding it
back into the vacuum from the top. Then
push down gently on the dirt container
until it clicks back into place.
Make sure that the locking clasp is
properly fastened.

MAINTENANCE OF WASHABLE FILTERS
1.Remove the dirt container by pressing
the dirt container release button (9) and
lifting up on the handle
2.Open the lid of the dirt container by
lifting the dirt container filter catch
3. Lift the Dirt Container Filter (21) out from
above the Multi-Cyclonic Dirt Separator
(13). Once the filter has been removed,
gently wash it in luke-warm water. A mild
detergent may be used. Ensure that the
filter is well rinsed and COMPLETELY DRY
before placing it back into the machine
Never operate your MULTI-FORCE vacuum
without all the filters in place. Doing so may
damage the motor and void the guarantee.
!CAUTION:

Never operate your MULTI-FORCE
vacuum with damp or wet filters.
!WARNING:
For maximum cleaning performance, check the
filters often and clean or replace if necessary.
TIP:
Do not use any appliances such as electric
hair dryers, to dry the filters. Filters may only
be AIR DRIED.

Before cleaning under low furniture check the

with top and bottom lid open to speed up the
drying process

3. Reinstall the Dirt Container Filter (21)
and reassemble the Multi-Cyclonic
Separator and Dirt Container before
inserting back into the machine
1. The Multi-Cyclonic Separator (13) can
be removed from the Dirt Container
(14). Follow the diagram ( )
on the Dirt Container to unlock, then
pull apart from the Multi-Cyclonic
Separator. Follow the diagram to lock
when replacing again.
2. The Separator and Dirt Container can
be washed/rinsed under running tap
water (Figure 2A and 2B).

CLEANING THE POST-MOTOR
MICROPARTICLE FILTER
THE POST-MOTOR FILTER ASSISTS IN THE
FILTRATION PROCESS TO RETURN CLEANER
AIR INTO THE ROOM
1.Unplug the vacuum from the electrical
outlet
2.Remove the filter door (17) (located at
the back of the vacuum) by
pressing the tab down. Take care when
removing the filter door
3. Remove the post-motor filter from
the filter door
4. The post-motor filter can be hand
washed in cold water with a mild
detergent. Rinse well and air dry
COMPLETELY before placing back
into the vacuum
5. Replace the post-motor filter into the
filter door. Then replace the assembly
into the machine by placing the two
tabs on the bottom of the filter door into
the notches on the bottom of the
post-motor filter compartment and push
into the vacuum until it clicks into place.
Ensure that the tabs are properly
inserted into the housing
Never operate your MULTI-FORCE
vacuum with damp or wet lters, or
without all lters in place.

This product is intended for household use only
and not for commercial or industrial use.
Vacuuming of dust from products like plaster,
concrete or ashes will damage the motor and
void the guarantee.

for a period of 1 year. If you register your gurantee online at www.tevo.co.za
within 14 days of purchase, then your gurantee will be extended to 2 years.
Tevo undertakes to repair or replace this product at no charge if found to be
defective due to a manufacturing fault during the gurantee period. This
gurantee excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, shipping accident,
commercial use, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repair. This guarantee
does not apply to routine maintenance components such as, but not limited to,
filters and brushes. Tevo is not liable for incidental or consequential damages
of any nature associated with the use of this product. Tevo’s liability will not
