WARNING AND SAFETY INFORMATION
This lifter may only be used if you have read and understood the manual. Always follow the
manual.
Never exceed the mentioned lifting load.
Use only on hard, flat level surface.
The brakes of the vehicle must be locked and the steering wheel must be in a straight position.
The jack is designed only for lifting, after lifting; the car must be placed on axle stands
Make sure that the vehicle may be raised only at the vehicle manufacturer's specified points.
When raising no person must be inside, on or under the vehicle.
Only use original tube for lifting, do not use any extension bars
Any changes or modifications to the jack are forbidden
Failure to observe these warnings may lead to serious physical and / or property damage
MAINTENANCE
Lubricate the ram. linkages, saddle and pump mechanism with light oil.
Visually inspect for cracked welds, bent, loose, missing parts or hydraulic oil leaks
The product shall be inspected immediately if it is believed to have been subjected to abnormal
load or shock.
Any hydraulic jack found damaged in any way, is found to be worn or operates abnormally shall
be removed from service until repaired by an authorized customer service.
Clean all surfaces and maintain all labels and warnings.
Check the ram every three months for any sign of rust or corrosion.
Clean as needed and wipe with an oil cloth.
When not in use, always leave the saddle and ram all the way down.

USE OF THE JACK
Lifting:
1. Turn the drain valve, in the picture marked in red,with the actuating tube clockwise until you
feel a resistance.
2. Position the vehicle on a flat level surface, brakes must be locked and adjust the steering
wheel in straight-ahead position.
3. Put on the lift to the designated point by the car manufacturer. The amount can be offset with
the spindle
4. Take care when lifting that no persons in the work area.
5. The lifter is designed for lifting vehicles, so after lifting use axle stands.
Down:
1. The vehicle can be drained by turning the drain valve, in the picture in red,counterclockwise.
2. Make sure that no persons residing in the work area and are no longer objects under the
vehicle.
3. Lower the jack always completely down to protect the cylinder.
CHECK HYDRAULIC OIL
1. Turn release valve counter clockwise to allow ram to fully retract. It may be necessary to apply
force to the saddle for lowering
2. Stand jack in vertical position with handle socket down.
3. Remove the oil fill plug
4. The oil should be level with the bottom of fill hole. If not, top off.
5. Do not overfill. Always fill with new, dean hydraulic jack oil.
6. Replace fill plug
7. Check jack operation.
