Druckluft-Unterbodenschutz-Pistole
Bitte lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor der erstmaligen Verwendung.
WARNUNG! Trennen Sie das Druckluftgerät von der Druckluftzufuhr, bevor Sie Zubehörteile
wechseln oder das Druckluftgerät warten.
Bewahren Sie den Druckluftgerät in gutem Zustand. Ersetzen Sie defekte oder verschlissene Teile
umgehend. Verwenden Sie dafür ausschließlich originale Ersatzteile. Nicht autorisierte Ersatzteile
können zu Schäden am Gerät und zu Verletzungen führen. Darüber hinaus entfällt bei der
Verwendung nicht autorisierter Ersatz- oder Zubehörteile der Garantie- und Haftungsanspruch.
Halten Sie das Gerät sauber. Spülen Sie die Düse und den Schlauch nach jeder Benutzung mit
Paraffin. Bei Nichtverwendung, bitte von der Druckluftversorgung trennen und an einem sicheren,
trockenen und für Kinder unzugänglichen Ort lagern.
Persönliche Sicherheitsausrüstung
Manche Giftstoffe verdampfen, sobald sie versprüht werden, bestimmte Materialien wiederum können
giftig sein und Hautirritationen, Verätzungen und/oder weitere gesundheitliche Schäden hervorrufen.
Sollten Sie sich also über die Wirkungsweise bestimmter Flüssigkeiten oder Materialien/Stoffe nicht
vollständig im Klaren sein, empfiehlt es sich dringend Ihren ansässigen Zulieferer zu kontaktieren.
Die Verwendung von Atemschutz wird empfohlen, wobei der Atemschutz jeweils in Abstimmung mit
der versprühten Flüssigkeit gewählt werden sollte.
Tragen Sie bei der Verwendung und der Reinigung der Unterbodenschutzpistole stets eine
Sicherheitsbrille zum Schutz Ihrer Augen.
Tragen Sie ebenfalls bei allen Arbeiten mit dem Gerät Gummi- oder Einweghandschuhe.
Geräuschentwicklung
Die Geräuschentwicklung dieses Geräts überschreitet unter Umständen die Grenze von 85 dB(A).
Die entstehende Lautstärke hängt dabei von den verwendeten Zubehörteilen ab. Das Tragen von
Gehörschutz während der Arbeit mit diesem Gerät wird dringend empfohlen.

Fälschliche Verwendung
Zielen Sie mit der Sprühpistole niemals auf einen Teil Ihres Körpers.
Überschreiten Sie niemals den für dieses Gerät angegebenen maximalen Arbeitsluftdruck.
Vor jeder Reinigung oder Wartung des Geräts sollte jeglicher Restdruck, welcher sich noch im Gerät
befindet, abgelassen und das Gerät von der Druckluftzufuhr getrennt werden.
Tragen Sie die Unterbodenschutzpistole NIEMALS an seinem Schlauch und reißen Sie weder den
Schlauch noch die Sprühpistole aus der Druckluftversorgung heraus.
Verwenden Sie dieses Gerät NIEMALS zu einem anderen Zweck, als den hier beschriebenen
Verwendungszwecken. Befüllen Sie die Unterbodenschutzpistole NIEMALS mit anderen
Flüssigkeiten. Verwenden Sie dieses Gerät NICHT, sobald Sie einen Defekt bemerken.
Vorbereitungen vor der Verwendung
Vergewissern Sie sich davon, dass der Abzug nicht gedrückt ist, bevor Sie das Gerät mit der
Druckluftzufuhr verbinden.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der zugeführte Luftdruck niemals die Grenze von 8 bar überschreitet.
WARNUNG! Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Luftdruck niemals 8 bar überschreitet. Ein zu hoher
Luftdruck kann zu Schäden am Gerät und zu Verletzungen führen.
Reinigen Sie den Drucklufttank täglich. Wasser im Luftschlauch beschädigt die Sprühpistole und führt
zum Erlöschen des Garantieanspruchs.
Halten Sie alle Schläuche stets fern von Hitze, Öl und scharfen Kanten. Prüfen Sie alle Schläuche
regelmäßig auf Verschleiß und vergewissern Sie sich davon, dass alle Verbindungsstellen sicher und
in Ordnung sind.
Bedienungshinweise
WARNUNG! Lesen Sie unbedingt alle Hinweise in dieser Anleitung aufmerksam und sorgfältig.
Befolgen Sie die Sicherheitshinweise aus Abschnitt 1und befolgen Sie stets die
Herstellerempfehlungen in dieser Anleitung.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der zugeführte Luftdruck 8 bar niemals überschreitet. Richten Sie die
Sprühpistole auf eine sichere Stelle und testen Sie die korrekte Funktion des Geräts durch Drücken
des Abzugs.
Wartung
WARNUNG! Vor jeder Reinigung oder Wartung stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät von der
Druckluftzufuhr getrennt worden ist.
Es ist sehr wichtig, alle Komponenten des Geräts stets sauber zu halten um auf diese Weise eine
korrekte und einwandfreie Funktion des Geräts zu gewährleisten. Nach der Verwendung sollten Sie
alle Teile mit Paraffin spülen und reinigen. Lassen Sie die gereinigten Teile trocknen bevor Sie das
Gerät lagern.

Air Underbody Coating Gun
Please read this instruction before use.
Disconnect the gun from the air supply before changing accessories, servicing or performing any
maintenance.
Maintain the gun in good condition. Replace or repair damaged parts. Use recommended parts only,
Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
Keep the gun clean and rinse out nozzle and pipes with paraffin after use.
When not in use disconnect from the air supply and store in a safe, dry, childproof area.
Personal protective equipment
When toxic vapours are sprayed, certain materials may be poisonous, create irritation or be otherwise
dangerous. Read all labels before spraying and follow any recommendations if in doubt, contact your
material supplier. The use of respiratory protective equipment is recommended at all times; it must be
compatible with the material being sprayed.
Always wear eye protection when spraying or cleaning the spray gun.
Gloves must be worn when spraying or cleaning the equipment.
Noise Levels
The sound level of spray gun may exceed 85 dB(A) depending on the set-up being used. It is
recommended that ear protection is worn at all times when spraying.

Misuse
Never aim a spray gun at any part of the body.
Never exceed the max. recommended safe working pressure for the equipment
Before cleaning or maintenance, all pressure must be isolated and relieved from the equipment.
DO NOT carry by the air hose or yank the hose or the gun from the air supply.
DO NOT use the gun for any purpose other than for which it is designed and do not fill with any other
fluid.
DO NOT operate the gun if damaged.
Preparing the Gun for Use
Ensure the trigger is not depressed before connecting to the air supply.
Pay attention, that the operation pressure never exceeds over 8 bar.
WARNING! Ensure air supply does not exceed 8 bar. Too high a pressure will shorten the
product life and may be dangerous, causing damage and/or personal injury.
Clean air supply tank daily. Water in the air hose will damage the gun and will invalidate your
warranty.
Keep hoses away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Check hoses for wear and make certain that all
connections are secure.
Operating Instructions
WARNING! Ensure you read, understand and apply the safety instructions and follow the
manufacturer's instructions on the washing gun.
Ensure air supply is regulated to no more than 8 bar and then attach air hose to the gun. Aim the
nozzle of the gun into a safe area and depress the gun trigger to check for correct operation.
Maintencance
WARNING! Ensure gun is disconnected from air supply before attempting any maintenance. It is very
important to keep the gun and components clean to ensure free passage for the WASHING. After use
clean all items thoroughly with paraffin and allow drying before storage.

Pistolet pneumatique pour dessous de caisse
Veuillez lire ces instructions avant la première utilisation.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Débranchez l’appareil pneumatique de l’alimentation en air comprimé avant de
changer les accessoires ou d’entreprendre une quelconque tâche de maintenance sur l’appareil.
Maintenez en bon état l’appareil pneumatique. Remplacez immédiatement les pièces défectueuses
ou usées. N’utilisez que des pièces de rechange d’origine. Des pièces de rechange non autorisées
peuvent endommager l’appareil et causer des blessures. De plus, l’utilisation de pièces de rechange
ou d’accessoires non autorisés entraînera la perte de tout droit de réclamation de garantie et/ou de
responsabilité.
Maintenez toujours propre l’appareil. Rincez la buse et le tuyau avec de la paraffine après chaque
utilisation. Lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé, débranchez-le de l’alimentation en air comprimé et rangez-le
dans un endroit sec et sécurisé, inaccessible aux enfants.
Équipements de protection individuelle
Certaines toxines s’évaporent dès qu’elles sont pulvérisées, tandis que d’autres peuvent être toxiques
et causer des irritations de la peau, des brûlures et/ou d’autres effets adverses sur la santé. Par
conséquent, si vous n’êtes pas pleinement conscient des effets de certains liquides ou
matériaux/substances, il est fortement recommandé de contacter votre fournisseur local.
L’utilisation d’une protection respiratoire est recommandée et celle-ci doit être sélectionnée en
fonction du liquide pulvérisé.
Portez toujours des lunettes de sécurité pour protéger vos yeux lors de l’utilisation et du nettoyage du
nettoyeur haute pression.
Portez des gants en caoutchouc ou des gants jetables lorsque vous travaillez avec l’appareil.
Émissions acoustiques
Dans certaines circonstances, les émissions acoustiques (niveau A) de cet appareil dépassent la
limite de 85 dB (A). Le volume résultant dépend des accessoires utilisés. Pour plus d’informations sur
le comportement acoustique de cet appareil, veuillez contacter votre fournisseur local. Il est vivement
recommandé de porter une protection auditive lorsque vous travaillez avec cet appareil.

Utilisation incorrecte
Ne dirigez jamais le pistolet de pulvérisation sur une partie de votre corps.
Ne dépassez jamais la pression d’air maximale spécifiée pour cet appareil.
Avant tout nettoyage ou maintenance de l’appareil, celui-ci doit être déconnecté de l’alimentation en
air comprimé et toute pression résiduelle restant dans l’appareil doit être purgée.
Ne transportez JAMAIS le nettoyeur haute pression en le portant par son tuyau et n’arrachez jamais
le tuyau ou le pistolet de pulvérisation de l’alimentation en air comprimé.
N’UTILISEZ JAMAIS cet appareil à d’autres fins que celles décrites ici. Ne remplissez JAMAIS le
nettoyeur haute pression avec d’autres liquides.
N’utilisez PAS cet appareil lorsque vous remarquez un quelconque défaut.
Préparations avant toute utilisation
Assurez-vous que la gâchette n’est pas actionnée avant de brancher l’appareil sur l’alimentation en
air comprimé.
Veillez à ce que la pression de l’air acheminé ne dépasse jamais la limite de 8 bar.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Veillez à ce que la pression de l’air ne dépasse jamais les 8 bar. Une pression
d’air trop élevée peut causer des dommages à l’appareil et entraîner des blessures.
Nettoyez quotidiennement le réservoir d’air comprimé. L’eau dans le tuyau d’air endommagera le
pistolet de pulvérisation et annulera la garantie.
Maintenez toujours tous les tuyaux à l’écart de la chaleur, d’huiles et d’arêtes tranchantes. Vérifiez
régulièrement l’usure de tous les tuyaux et assurez-vous que tous les points de raccordement sont
sécurisés et en bon état.
Instructions d’utilisation
AVERTISSEMENT ! Assurez-vous de lire attentivement toutes les instructions de ce mode d’emploi.
Suivez les instructions de sécurité de la section 1 et suivez toujours les recommandations du
fabricant indiquées dans ce mode d’emploi.
Veillez à ce que la pression de l’air acheminé ne dépasse jamais les 8 bar. Pointez le pistolet de
pulvérisation vers un endroit sûr et testez le bon fonctionnement de l’appareil en appuyant sur la
gâchette.
Maintenance
AVERTISSEMENT ! Avant tout nettoyage ou entretien, assurez-vous que l’appareil a été déconnecté
de l’alimentation en air comprimé.
Il est très important de garder tous les composants de l’appareil propres à tout moment, afin de
s’assurer que l’appareil fonctionnera correctement et sans dysfonctionnement. Après toute utilisation,
rincez et nettoyez toutes les pièces avec de la paraffine. Laissez sécher les pièces nettoyées avant
de ranger l’appareil.

Por favor, lea estas instrucciones antes de usar por primera vez.
¡ADVERTENCIA! Desconecte el dispositivo de aire comprimido del suministro de aire antes de
cambiar los accesorios o realizar el mantenimiento del dispositivo de aire comprimido.
Mantenga el dispositivo de aire comprimido en buen estado. Sustituya inmediatamente las piezas
defectuosas o desgastadas. Para ello, utilice únicamente piezas de recambio originales. Las piezas
de repuesto no autorizadas pueden dañar el dispositivo y provocar lesiones. Además, el uso de
repuestos o accesorios no autorizados anula la garantía y los derechos de responsabilidad.
Mantenga el dispositivo limpio. Enjuague la boquilla y la manguera con parafina después de cada
uso. Cuando no esté en uso, desconéctelo del suministro de aire comprimido y guárdelo en un lugar
seguro y seco, inaccesible para los niños.
Equipo de seguridad personal
Algunas toxinas se vaporizan en cuanto se rocían, mientras que determinados materiales pueden ser
tóxicos y causar irritación de la piel, quemaduras y otros peligros para la salud. Por lo tanto, si no
conoce bien los efectos de ciertos líquidos o materiales/sustancias, se recomienda encarecidamente
que se ponga en contacto con su proveedor local.
Se recomienda el uso de protección respiratoria, que debe elegirse en función del líquido que se
pulverice.
Utilice siempre gafas de seguridad para proteger sus ojos cuando utilice y limpie el limpiador de alta
presión.
Utilice también guantes de goma o desechables cuando trabaje con el dispositivo.

El nivel de ruido (nivel A) de este dispositivo puede superar el límite de 85 dB(A). El volumen

Uso incorrecto
No apunte nunca con la pistola de pulverización a ninguna parte de su cuerpo.
No supere nunca la presión de aire máxima de trabajo especificada para este dispositivo.
Antes de cualquier limpieza o mantenimiento del dispositivo, se debe liberar cualquier presión
residual que aún exista en el dispositivo y desconectar el dispositivo del suministro de aire
comprimido.
NO transporte NUNCA el limpiador de alta presión por la manguera ni extraiga a la fuerza la
manguera o la pistola pulverizadora del suministro de aire comprimido.
NO utilice NUNCA este dispositivo para fines distintos a los que se describen aquí. NO llene NUNCA
el limpiador de alta presión con otros líquidos.
NO utilice este dispositivo si detecta algún defecto.
Preparativos antes del uso
Asegúrese de que el gatillo no está presionado antes de conectar el dispositivo al suministro de aire

Limpie el depósito de aire comprimido diariamente. El agua en la manguera de aire dañará la pistola
y anulará la garantía.
Mantenga siempre todas las mangueras alejadas del calor, el aceite y de los bordes afilados.
Compruebe regularmente el desgaste de todas las mangueras y asegúrese de que todas las uniones
estén seguras y en buen estado.

¡ADVERTENCIA! Asegúrese de leer detenidamente todas las instrucciones de este manual. Siga las
instrucciones de seguridad de la sección 1 y siga siempre las recomendaciones del fabricante en
estas instrucciones.
Asegúrese de que la presión de aire suministrada nunca supere los 8 bares. Apunte la pistola a un
lugar seguro y compruebe el correcto funcionamiento del dispositivo pulsando el gatillo.
Mantenimiento
¡ADVERTENCIA! Antes de realizar cualquier tipo de limpieza o mantenimiento, asegúrese de que el
dispositivo ha sido desconectado del suministro de aire comprimido.
Es muy importante mantener siempre limpios todos los componentes del dispositivo para garantizar
un funcionamiento correcto y adecuado del mismo. Después de su uso, hay que enjuagar y limpiar
todas las piezas con parafina. Deje que las piezas limpias se sequen antes de guardar el dispositivo.
