VERWENDUNGSZWECK
Dieser Werkzeugsatz dient zur Demontage von Glühkerzen und professioneller Reparatur von
Glühkerzengewinden. Der Satz ist geeignet für Glühkerzen mit M8 und M10 Gewinde.

BEDIENUNG
Wählen Sie die Nr.4 und setzen Sie diesen, unter Verwendung eines
Hammers, auf den Glühkerzenkopf und versuchen Sie die Glühkerze
herauszudrehen.
Dieses Werkzeug ist speziell entwickelt worden um eine Glühkerze mit
defektem Kopf zu entfernen. Um den Rest der Glühkerze zu demontieren,
nutzen Sie die anderen Werkzeuge in diesem Satz. Zum Schluss der
folgenden Anweisung kann eine neue Glühkerze montiert werden.
Setzen Nr.6 in die Öffnung der abgescherten Glühkerze, spannen Sie die
Nr.10 in eine Bohrmaschine ein. Benutzen Sie nun die Nr.6 als Führung
und bohren Sie ein Loch in den Rest der Glühkerze.
Wählen Sie nun das Werkzeug Nr.9 und setzen Sie dieses in den
Glühkerzenschacht ein. Wählen Sie den passenden Bohrer Nr.2/3 (7 x 5,5
oder 9 x 5,5) und befestigen Sie diesen mit der in der
Nr.13 (Bohrer-Halter/Führung). Die nun montierte Einheit, bestehend aus
Nr.2/3 und Nr.13, in eine Bohrmaschine einspannen und in die zuvor
eingesetzte Zentrierhülse Nr.9 einführen (Bohrmaschine einschalten).
Jetzt wird die Glühkerze aufgebohrt und für die nächsten Schritte
vorbereitet.
Vor dem nächsten Schritt müssen Sie mit Druckluft die restlichen
Metallspäne aus der Bohrung entfernen.
Nehmen Sie die Nr.7 (Gewindeschneider 1/4"-28 UNF) und befestigen Sie
diesen im T-Griff Nr.1. Setzen Sie den Gewindebohrer in die zuvor
gebohrte Bohrung an und drehen Sie den T-Griff vorsichtig im
Uhrzeigersinn (Drehrichtung am T-Griff Kopf einstellbar) bis ein
Widerstand spürbar ist. Der Gewindebohrer kann nun durch drehen gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn herausgedreht werden.
Nehmen Sie die Zentrier-/Bohreinheit Nr.9 und schrauben Sie den Bolzen
Nr.12 (1/4"-28 UNF) in die Spindel und ziehen Sie mit einem 9 mm
Schlüssel den Zugbolzen Nr.12 fest. Installieren Sie nun die Einheit in die
Glühkerzenbohrung, ziehen Sie die Sechskantmutter M30 fest. Nehmen
Sie einen 12 mm Schlüssel um den Bolzen zu befestigen. Mit einem 30
mm Schlüssel die Mutter im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis der Rest der
Glühkerze entfernt ist.
Wählen Sie den Gewindeschneider Nr.8 (M10 x P1.0 oder M8 x 1,0),
setzen Sie diesen in den T-Griff ein und schneiden Sie das Glühkerze-
Gewinde nach.
Drehen Sie die T-Griff heraus und setzen Sie eine neue Glühkerze ein.

USE
Choose the tool No.4, install it into the glow plug, use hammer to fix the
socket with the glow plug head, then try to remove the glow plug with 3/8”
drive socket.
This tool is especially for the situation when removing the glow plug, but
there is only head is removed, then please use the other accessories to
remove the rest of the glow plug from glow plug hole and replace a new
one.
Insert No.6 tube into the glow plug hole, then insert a No.10 (3.5 mm drill)
into No.6 tube then drill a hole with air tool.
Separate the No.9 device and only choose the cone center tool and install
it into the glow plug hole. Choose suitable drill from No.2/3 (7 x 5.5 or 9 x
5.5), insert the drill into No.13 (drill installer). It is important to use No.11 (3
mm alley key) to lock the screw on drill installer. Then install it into cone
center tool and connect with air tool to drill and also remove the hex nut
from glow plug.
Before working the next step, please use the air gun to clean all the metal
scrap from drilling.
Choose the tab ¼”-28 UNF from No.7, insert it into No.1 (T-handle). Install
it into glow plug hole and turn the T-handle clockwise for drilling. After
work, just adjust the key on T-handle and remove the T-handle anti-
clockwise.
Choose the tool No.9, there are a hex 12 mm bolt and 30 mm hex nut and
a cone center tool. Screw the No.12 bolt (1/4”-28 UNF Hex 9 mm) into the
hex 12 mm spindle and use a 9 mm spanner to tighten the No.12 bolt.
Install the cone center tool & hex 12 mm bolt into glow plug hole; then
screw the M30 hex nut properly. Use M12 spanner to fix the hex 12 bolt
head and use the M30 spanner to turn the M30 hex nut clockwise to
extract the rest part of glow plug:
Choose a tap (M10 x P1.0 or M8 x 1.0) from No.8, install it with T-handle,
and tap the glow plug hole.
Remove the T-handle and replace the new glow plug.

OPÉRATION
Choisissez le no. 4 et placez-le sur la tête de la bougie de préchauffage
en utilisant un marteau, puis essayez de desserrer la bougie de
préchauffage.
Cet outil a été mis au point spécialement pour enlever une bougie de
préchauffage avec une tête défectueuse. Utilisez les autres outils du kit
pour démonter le reste des bougies de préchauffage. Une nouvelle bougie
de préchauffage peut être montée suivant les instructions suivantes.
Insérez no. 6 dans l’ouverture de la bougie de préchauffage cisaillée,
serrez le no. 10 dans une perceuse. Utilisez no. 6 comme guidage et
percez un trou dans le reste de la bougie.
Choisissez maintenant l’outil no. 9 et placez-le dans le logement de la
bougie de préchauffage. Choisissez la mèche adaptée no. 2/3 (7 x 5,5 ou
9 x 5,5) et fixez-la au moyen de
no. 13 (support de perceuse). Serrez l’unité à présent montée composée
de no. 2/3 et no. 13 dans une perceuse et introduire la douille de centrage
no. 9 insérée auparavant (mettre en marche la perceuse). La bougie de
préchauffage est percée et préparée pour les étapes suivantes.
Pour l’étape suivante, vous devez éliminer le reste des copeaux
métalliques à l’aide de l'air comprimé.
Prenez no. 7 (filière 1/4"-28 UNF) et fixez le dans la poignée T no. 1.
Placez le taraud dans le perçage créé auparavant et tournez la poignée T
prudemment dans le sens des aiguilles de la montre (sens de rotation
réglable sur la tête de la poignée T), jusqu’à ce que vous sentiez une
résistance. Le taraud peut à présent être dévissé en tournant dans le sens
inverse des aiguilles de la montre.
Prenez l’unité de centrage/perçage no. 9 et vissez le boulon no. 12 (1/4"-
28 UNF) dans la broche, puis serrez le boulon de traction no. 12 au
moyen d’une clé 9 mm. Installez l’unité dans le perçage de la bougie de
préchauffage et serrez l’écrou à six pans M30. Fixez le boulon au moyen
d’une clé 12 mm. Tournez l’écrou dans le sens des aiguilles de la montre
à l’aide de la clé 30 mm jusqu’à ce que le reste de la bougie de
préchauffage soit éliminée.
Choisissez maintenant la filière no. 8 (M10 x P1.0 ou M8 x 1,0), placez-le
dans la poignée T et coupez le filetage de la bougie de préchauffage.
Devissez la poignée T et insérez une nouvelle bougie de préchauffage.

INSTRUCCIONES
Elija la llave de vaso No.4, instálela en el calentador, use el martillo para
fijar la llave con el cabezal del calentador, luego intente quitar el
calentador con la llave de 3/8”.
Esta herramienta es especialmente para quitar los calentadores, pero solo
quita el cabezal luego por favor use otro accesorio para quitar el resto del
calentador y cambiarlo por uno nuevo.
Inserte el tubo No.6 en el hueco del calentador, luego inserte la broca
No.10 de 3.5mm en tubo No.6 y haga un agujero con la herramienta
neumática.
Separe el dispositivo No.9 y solo elija una herramienta cónica central e
instálela en el hueco del calentador. Elija la broca adecuada No.2/3 (7 x
5.5 o 9 x 5.5), inserte la broca en el instalador de brocas No.13. esto es
importante para use el No.11 (3 mm) para cerrar el instalador de brocas.
Luego instálelo en la herramienta cónica central y conecte la herramienta
neumática a la broca y quite también la tuerca hexagonal del calentador.
Antes de hacer el siguiente paso, por favor use la pistola de aire para
limpiar todas las esquirlas de metal de la perforación.
Elija la tabulación ¼”-28 UNF para No.7, insértelo en el No.1 mango T.
instálelo en el calentador y gire la llave T en sentido de las agujas del reloj
para perforar. Después ajuste la llave T y quite el mango girando en
sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.
Elija la herramienta No.9, hay un tornillo hexagonal de 12 mm y una
tuerca hexagonal de 30 mm y una herramienta cónica central. Atornille el
No.12 (1/4”-28 UNF Hex 9 mm) en el eje hexagonal de 12 mm y use una
llave de 9 mm para apretar el No.12. instale la herramienta cónica central
y el tornillo hexagonal de 12 mm en el agujero del calentado; luego
apriete la tuerca M30 hexagonal adecuadamente. Use una llave M12 para
fijar el tornillo hexagonal 12 y use la llave M30 para girar la tuerca
hexagonal M30 en sentido de las agujas del reloj para extraer el resto de
las partes del calentador.
Elija la tapa (M10 x P1.0 o M8 x 1.0) para el No.8, instálelo con el mango
T, y tape el agujero del calentador.
Quite el mango T y ponga el nuevo calentador.
El trabajo está hecho.
