1.3.1 Warranty conditions
Bik -Lift Europ s.r.l guarant s its products for 12 months, xc pt for th comm rcial compon nts
that ar guarant d by th manufactur rs.
All worn parts ar xclud d from th warranty.
Th warranty is limit d to th r plac m nt, x-works Bik -Lift Europ s.r.l, of thos parts that ar
r cogniz d as d f ctiv by Bik -Lift Europ s.r.l du to a mat rial or manufacturing d f ct and do
not includ labor or trav l xp ns s r quir d for th ir r plac m nt.
Th r cognition of th warranty is void if th anomaly is du to an inappropriat us of th product,
if th installation was not carri d out according to th provisions of th company or if non-g nuin
parts w r install d.
It also b com s void if th product has b n submitt d to p rformanc s xc ding thos indicat d

custom motorcycl s and quad bik s during th maint nanc and r pair phas in a comfortabl and
saf way.

machine, paying attention to the up/down phases.

3.1 Environmental working values

3.4 Operator protections
B for starting any typ of work on th lifting platform, th op rator must
w ar appropriat p rsonal prot ctiv quipm nt (PPE), such as glov s and
saf ty footw ar.
Always w ar work clothing normally us d in th m chanical workshop
activity.
3.5 Safety systems
Th fall prot ction syst m (shown in y llow in th following figur ) consists of:
a mobil anchoring tooth d bar with automatic coupling that
pr v nts accid ntal d sc nt of th mobil surfac .
Th lifting piston has a parachute valve that locks th cylind r in cas th oil cabl is blank d.
ALWAYS keep the mechanical lock hooked during work, in ord r to w igh down th
w ight of th structur and of th v hicl standing on it v n on th tooth d bars at
th bas .
During th us of th lifting platform it is v ry important to pay th utmost att ntion to th asc nt

motorcycl s and quads must not pass or stand in th op rating ar a of th machin .

Onc th motorcycl is load d on th lifting platform, mak sur it is c ntrally
support d by th kickstand, and th n fast n it s cur ly with saf ty b lts by passing
th m through th appropriat loops on th lifting platform.

4 Transport and handling section
4.1 ransport, handling and storage

4.2 Packaging and transport
Th machin is pack d for transport dir ctly from th Manufactur r.
Th machin is suppli d ass mbl d with a cardboard packaging.
4.3 Unloading and handling
All lifting and unloading op rations must b carri d out in complianc with curr nt saf ty
r gulations.
Th cardboard packaging must b lift d using a forklift truck, by ins rting th forks insid th
wood n supports.
It is r comm nd d that th unloading or handling op rations to b carri d out with a
forklift truck by a singl Op rator quipp d with workshop glov s, saf ty footw ar and
prot ctiv h lm t, as r quir d by curr nt r gulations.
This Op rator must pay maximum att ntion to all transport phas s.
Do not allow any oth r p rson to stand in th op ration ar a of th forklift truck in
ord r to pr v nt th accid ntal fall of th box s.
4.4 Receipt and check
Th packaging is mad of suitabl mat rial and is carri d out by xp rt p rsonn l, but during th
journ y it is possibl to b d t riorat d or damag d.

th goods with r s rv , by making photographic vid nc of any damag .

 Do not ov rturn th packaging.
 If th machin is stor d without packaging, it must b position d firmly on wood n sl p rs
and cov r d with a cloth.
 Do not stack anything on th machin .

WARNING: It is absolut ly forbidd n to position th lifting platform on bumpy or inclin d
ground.
