All worn parts ar xclud d from th warranty.
Th warranty is limit d to th r plac m nt, x-works Bik -Lift Europ s.r.l, of thos parts that ar
r cogniz d as d f ctiv by Bik -Lift Europ s.r.l du to a mat rial or manufacturing d f ct and do
not includ labor or trav l xp ns s r quir d for th ir r plac m nt.
Th r cognition of th warranty is void if th anomaly is du to an inappropriat us of th
product, if th installation was not carri d out according to th provisions of th company or if
non-g nuin parts w r install d.

2.3 Machine description
Th machin known as Motorbike Lifting Platform is a suitabl quipm nt to support motorcycl s
during th maint nanc and r pair phas in a comfortabl and saf way.
Th basic parts of th lifting platform (s Figur 2) ar :

3 Safety section
3.1 Environmental working values

kind and must b prot ct d from atmosph ric pr cipitations.

n order to make the machine safe during the ascent phase:
1- Allow th anchoring bar to mov fr ly around th p rim t r of th tooth d bar on
th bas ;
2- Wh n th s l ct d position is r ach d, l av th bar uncoupl d; this will act as a
m chanical stop in cas of an uncontroll d fall of th structur .
n order to make the machine safe during the descent phase:
1- Hook th anchoring bar to th appropriat lock in ord r not to hind r th corr ct
d sc nt of th syst m;
2- If th syst m is brought to th low r strok (th r for in a position of minimum
h ight), th bar will automatically r l as to allow th asc nt; oth rwis , s l ct th
chos n position to hook th bar which will act as a m chanical stop in cas of an
uncontroll d fall of th structur .

and d sc nt man uv rs. During th asc nt/d sc nt phas th op rator is r quir d to distanc
from th lifting platform according to th l ngth allow d by th control pan l cabl .
Th p rsonn l who ar not in charg of using th lift must not pass or stand in th op rating ar a
of th motorcycl lifting platform.
Th machin must always b op rat d by only on Op rator.
Once the motorcycle is loaded on the lifting platform, place it in a vise or use the rear
kickstand, then fasten it firmly to the openings and the wheel lock by using a belt.

4.2 Packaging and transport
Th machin is pack d for transport dir ctly from th Manufactur r.
It is suppli d with a cardboard box and two wood n sl p rs (1O cm h ight) fix d und r th lifting
platform with sp cial scr ws. In addition to th lifting platform, th packag also contains th

Th machin do s not n d a basis, but r quir s a flat and horizontal floor. Th floor must b abl
to support a minimum w ight of 500 kg/m2•
Th motorcycl lifting platform must b plac d in such a way as to allow th Op rator to asily
r pair th motorcycl s.
Th lifting platform must th r for b install d by taking into account th minimum distanc s
from walls or oth r possibl boundari s (boundari s ar imaginary lin s that d limit th work or
saf ty ar as of oth r machin s or structur s).
Th asc nt/d sc nt ramp must b position d so that th bik can b asily lift d. Th ramp must
not b dir ct d towards an obstacl that is too clos to th motorcycl lifting platform.
CAUT ON: It is absolut ly forbidd n to position th lifting platform on bumpy or
inclin d ground.
Bring th machin to th plac of installation by using a m chanical lift, unpack it and plac it in
th chos n ar a.
