Please read the safety instructions carefully before us-
ing this appliance. Please retain the instructions for
future reference.
SAFETY MEASURES
When using your appliance, the follow-
ing basic safety precautions should always
be followed:
XBefore using for the first time, check that
the appliance voltage is the same as your
local supply.
XOnly use the appliance for the purposes
stipulated by the instructions.
XOnly use attachments supplied with the equipment.
XTo avoid electric shocks, do not immerse the appli-
ance, plug or power cord in water or any other
liquids. Do not place the appliance where it could
come into contact with water or other liquids. If the
appliance comes in contact with water, immediately
disconnect it from the mains. Do not use the machine
again until it has been serviced by an authorized
service center.
XDo not let children use the appliance without supervi-
sion.
XIf the plug of the appliance’s power cord does
not fit your wall outlet, contact an authorized
service center.
XUse of various adapters may result in damage
to the appliance and termination of warranty.
XAlways supervise the equipment while in use.
XTo avoid a circuit overload, do not operate any other
high voltage equipment on the same circuit.
XAlways unplug the appliance after use, before
moving and before cleaning it.
XNever pull the cord to disconnect the appliance, in-
stead grasp the plug and pull it to disconnect.
XDo not allow the cord or the machine itself to come in
contact with hot surfaces.
XPosition the equipment and the cord so that nobody
can accidentally overturn the equipment.
XDo not use the appliance if it has been dropped, or it
has a damaged power cord or plug. Do not modify or
repair the machine yourself.
XDo not dismantle the appliance as improper assembly
might result in an electric shock during the subsequent
use of the equipment. Repairs should only be done

by authorized service centers.
XDo not use the appliance where the air may contain
volatile flammable substances.
XThis equipment is intended for household use only, not
for commercial or industrial use.
XPlease follow all the requirements of this guide.
XDo not use the appliance if it has mechanical defects
(dents, cracks etc.), get it checked by the nearest au-
thorized service center.
SPECIAL SAFETY MEASURES
XPlace the connected appliance on an
even, dry, heat-resistant surface.
XDo not allow foreign objects between
the heated parts of the appliance, as this
can cause electrical shock.
XNever cover the appliance or put it on
soft surfaces, for example, a bed etc.
XAvoid direct contact of the hot parts
of the appliance with the skin of the head.
XDo not use this appliance near a bath, sink or other
places where there is liquid.
XFor additional protection it is advisable to install a re-
sidual current device (RCD) that has a rated tripping
current of not more than 30 mA into the mains circuit of
the bathroom. Consult a qualified electrician for help.
XAlways disconnect the appliance from the electricity
supply immediately after its use.
XDo not use the appliance when you are sleepy or
sluggish.
XTo prevent cord damage, never wind the cord round
the appliance.
XNever use the appliance on wet hair.
XNever use the appliance for curling wigs made from
synthetic hair.
XDo not use the appliance, if you have severely dam-
aged hair.

BEFORE FIRST USE
XWipe the appliance with a soft cloth
and put it on a dry even surface.
XBefore using the appliance make sure
that your hair is completely dry
OPERATING
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
1. Place the appliance on its base (8) on
a dry smooth horizontal surface.
2. Connect the power cord plug to the
electric mains and set the switch (7) into
the “I” position. The Indicator light (6)
will light up, showing that the appliance is
heating.
3. Wait for the appliance to heat up to the required tem-
perature (approximately 3-5 minutes).
4. Select a small lock of hair (approximately 15 mm wide)
and comb it from roots to tips.
5. Press the lever (4) to open the hair clip (3). Place the
ends of the hair between the work surface (2) and hair
clip (3). Release the lever (4) to grip the hair.
6. Rotate the appliance by the handle (10) to wind the
hair onto the work surface. For your convenience you
may rotate the handle (10) with one hand and sup-
port the appliance by the non-heating tip (1) with the
other.
7. Treat each lock for around 10 - 20 seconds.

8. Carefully release the hair by lifting the lever (4). Let
the hair cool down.
9. Continue operation as described above to style all of
your hair.
10.Always unplug the appliance immediately after use.
11.For the convenience of storage, the handle can be
folded. Push the handle release button (5) in the arrow
direction and fold the device in half (Fig. B ).
CLEANING AND CARE
1. Unplug the device and wait until it
completely cools down.
2. Use a soft lint free damp cloth to clean
the working surface of the appliance (2)
and the handle (10). Do not allow wa-
ter or other liquids to get inside the ap-
pliance.
3. If you are not going to use the appliance for some time,
then let it completely cool down, fold it, put into the
travel pouch and store in a safe dry place out of reach
of children.
USEFUL TIPS
In order to keep your hair healthy, we
recommend applying a nutritional mask
once a week: mix thoroughly two eggs and
2 tablespoons of burdock oil and apply the
mixture to dry hair from roots to tips. Wrap
the hair into a towel. Wait for 30 minutes
and thoroughly shampoo your hair. If nec-
essary, shampoo your hair twice.
DISPOSAL
The appliance should be disposed of in
accordance with waste disposal regulations
in your country and with the least damage
to the environment.
Only ecologically safe materials are
used in the packaging of our products and
the cardboard and paper can be disposed
of with normal paper waste.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If your appliance does not oper-
ate or does not operate properly, con-
tact an authorized service center for
consultancy or repair.
The warrantee does not
cover:
- product packing, consumables and
accessories (knives, tips, etc.);
- mechanical damages and natural wear of the product;
- failures due to overloading, improper or careless main-
tenance, penetration of liquids, dust, insects and other
foreign matters inside the product, exposure of plastic
and other not thermal-resistant components to high
temperatures, force-majeure circumstances (accidents,
fire, flooding, power grid failure, lightning stroke, etc.);
- damages caused by:
XNon-fulfillment of the above-mentioned precautions and
operating manuals.
XApplication in commercial purposes (application of the
product beyond personal daily living needs).
XConnection to a grid with a voltage which differs from
that indicated on the appliance.
XUnauthorized repair or replacement of the compo-
nents of the appliance, performed by an unauthorized
person or service center.
