fitness. BLADEZ treadmills offer many exercise programs that benefit users of all
levels and ages. The treadmill is designed to make your workouts more effective and
enjoyable.
Please read this manual carefully before using your BF-6732 HRP POWERMILL.
This will allow you to get a full understanding of all the features BLADEZ’
treadmills provide. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact BLADEZ

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions before using the treadmill.
Notice: Consult your family physician or health care professional to develop a well
planned exercise program to fit your health needs. If you encounter any pain or
breathing discomfort while working out, STOP!, and consult a physician before
continuing.
WARNING!
1. It is wise to always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet
immediately
afteruse.
2. It is mandatory that you unplug the treadmill prior to cleaning to reduce the
risk
of electric shock, serious burns, and the risk of injuries.
3. The treadmill should never be left unattended when in operation. Unplug
the
treadmill from the outlet when not in use or when servicing the treadmill.
4. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near
children, invalids, or disabled persons.
5. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do
not use any attachment not recommended by the manufacturer.
6. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not
working properly. Call your service center for any service concerns before
taking your treadmill in for repair.
7. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
8. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
9. Do not use outdoors.
10.Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen
is being administered.
11.To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from
outlet.
12.Connect this appliance to a properly grounded outlet only.
13.This appliance is intended for household use only.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS CONTINUED
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded. If it malfunctions or breaks down, grounding
provides a path of least resistance for electric currents, to reduce the risk of electric
shock. This product is equipped with a cord which has an equipment-grounding
conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate
outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and
ordinances.
DANGER! – Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result
in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are
in doubt as to whether the product is product is properly grounded. Do not modify
the plug provided to you. If it does not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed
by a qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a nominal 110-120-volt circuit and has a grounding plug
that looks like the plug illustrated in the figure. Make sure that the product is
connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug. No adapter or
extension cord should be used with this product.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CONTINUED
Illustrations of treadmill assembly:
A minimum of two people are
required to assemble this treadmill.
Also, read and understand all
instructions thoroughly before
assembling the treadmill.
Failure to do so could result in injury.
1. Use 2 bolts (a) to secure the
bottle holder (J) to the right side
upright (D).
NOTE: Bottle hold can be placed
onto either the left (C) or right
(D) side uprights.
You will find two holes on one
side and that is the inner side of
the left and right uprights
2. Tie the attached black guide wire
to the wire connector and feed
the wire slowly through the
bottom left upright (C) opening
and pull the connector from the
top. Be sure not to pull on the
wire too hard if it does not feed
easily.
Then secure the left (C) and right
uprights (D) onto the base frame
with 2 bolts (b) to the front side
and 4 bolts (d) to the sides using
5mm allen wrench as shown.
Seal all those 6 holes with screw
covers (G) on top
Note: Leave all handlebar bolts
loose until console display has
been installed, then tighten all of
the handlebar bolts.

3. Insert handrails (E and F) onto console
mounting pipes connected to the
computer console (A); The speed
handrail control (F) goes on the right
and the incline handrail control (E)
goes on the left. Make sure that holes
are lined up with each other.
4. Rest the handrails with console on top
of the uprights. Secure them with 4
bolts (c).
5. Then tighten all handrail bolts.
Press to snap the left and right
handrail covers (H and I) in
place and secure them with 2
screws (e).

GETTING STARTED
SAFETY KEY & CLIP
Your Bladez treadmills is equipped with a safety key that will disable the treadmill if it is
not in place. You should attach the clip end to your clothing. The magnet end goes into the
recess of the console. If at any time you need to stop the treadmill quickly simply
pull the safety key off the console. This will cut all power to the treadmill and it will come to
a complete stop. To resume your workout, place the safety key back in place.
BEFORE STARTING
Straddle the running belt and stand on the plastic side rails. Insert the safety key and attach the
rope to your clothing. Do not stand on the walking belt while starting or stopping the treadmill.
QUICK START
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press START. The running belt will start to move at 0.5 MPH.
3. Adjust Speed with the keys.
4. Adjust Incline with the keys.
TO STOP
1. Step off running belt onto the plastic side rails.
2. Press STOP. The running belt will stop.
Note: For an immediate stop, pull out the safety key from the safety key recess and
the treadmill will stop abruptly.
MANUAL PROGRAM SET UP
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press MANUAL key ~ Display window will show LBS.
3. Adjust your weight with the keys.
3. Press ENTER key ~ Display window will show MIN.
4. Adjust time with the keys.
5. Press ENTER
6. Adjust Speed with the keys.
7. Adjust Incline with the keys.

9 HOLE AND 5K RUN PROGRAMS
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press the 9 HOLE or 5K RUN key ~ Display window will show LBS.
3. Adjust your weight with the keys.
4. Press ENTER ~ Display window will show Level (L1-L10)
5. Adjust level with the keys.
6. Press ENTER
WEIGHT LOSS AND INTERVAL PROGRAMS
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press the WEIGHT LOSS or INTERVAL keys~Display window will show LBS
3. Adjust your weight with the keys.
4. Press ENTER ~ Display window will show level (L1-L10)
5. Adjust level with the keys.
6. Press ENTER ~ Display window will show MIN.
7. Adjust your time with the keys.
8. Press ENTER
CALORIE GOAL PROGRAM
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press the CALORIE GOAL key ~ Display window will show LBS
3. Adjust your weight with the keys.
4. Press ENTER ~ Display window will show CAL
5. Adjust your calorie goal with the keys. (This will set your calorie
goal)
6. Press ENTER ~ Display window will show level (L1-L10)
7. Adjust your level with the keys.
8. Press ENTER
HEART RATE PROTECTION PROGRAM
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press the HEART RATE key ~ Display will show LBS
3. Adjust your weight with the keys.

7. Press ENTER ~ Display will show BPM (Beats Per Minute)
8. Adjust your maximum safe heart rate with the keys.
Note: The computer sets your low-end target heart rate by calculating
65%ofyour maximum heart rate.
8. Press ENTER ~ Display will show MIN.
9. Adjust your time using the keys.
10. Press ENTER
The speed and incline will slowly adjust to get and keep you within your target
heart rate zone.
The treadmill must be receiving your heart rate signal by the chest strap.
USING HEART RATE
GRIP PULSE – To periodically check your heart rate, grab the sensors at the base of
the console. The PULSE LED will flash and after about 9 seconds your pulse will
be shown in the pulse window.
HEART RATE CHEST STRAP – Using your chest strap, you can monitor your
heart rate at any time during your workout. The heart rate strap will send your
heart rate to the display and your pulse will be displayed.
CUSTOM PROGRAMS
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press one of the CUSTOM keys ~ Display will show LBS
3. Adjust your weight with the keys.
4. Press ENTER ~ Display will show SE01 (Segment #1)
5. Adjust the speed of this segment with the keys.
6. Adjust the incline of this segmentwiththe keys.
7. Press ENTER ~ Display will show SE02 (Segment #2)
8. ETC.
9. Press START
You will have to program 50 segments with your custom information.

The computer console will remember your custom program until it is changed.

USING BODY FAT
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press BODY FAT ~ Age will be flashing
3. Adjust your age with the keys.
4. Press ENTER ~ Gender will be flashing
5. Adjust your gender with the keys.
6. Press ENTER ~ Height will be flashing
7. Adjust your gender with the keys
8. Press ENTER ~ Weight will be flashing
9. Adjust your weight with the keys
10. Press ENTER
11. Hold the heart rate sensor firmly for 30 seconds for best results.
KEY FUNTIONS
START – This key is used to begin any treadmill program or quick start.
STOP - This key is used to stop the treadmill at any time.
Press the STOP button and hold for 3 seconds and the treadmill
will reset itself.
INSTANT SPEED KEYS – You can change the speed of the treadmill by pressing
one of the Instant Speed Key buttons. Each key represents the
assigned value in Miles per hour (MPH).
INSTANT ELEVATION KEYS – You can change elevation of the treadmill
by pressing one of the Instant Speed Keys buttons. Each key represents the
assigned value percent of incline (0-12%)

HANDRAIL CONTROLS –
The right handrail controls the speed of the treadmill and can be
adjusted at any time during your workout.
The left handrail controls the elevation of the treadmill and can be
adjusted at any time during your workout.
CONSOLE FEEDBACK
TIME – This will read the number of minutes left in the program that you
have selected. In Quick start it will read the number of minutes
that you have been exercising.
CALORIES – This reading is the amount of body heat in calories burned
during your workout. This is an estimated value.
ELEVATION – Elevation will read as a percent of incline (0-15%)
PULSE - Pulse will read in beats per minute. (BPM)
SPEED – This is how fast you are moving in terms of miles per hour. (MPH)
DISTANCE – Total distance traveled during your workout. This value is
displayedinmiles.
SCAN – This will allow the window to scroll through all of the readouts like
Distance, Calories, Pace, Mets, and Pulse sequentially.
PACE – This is the time required to complete one mile at your chosen speed.
METS – This is a measurement of oxygen consumption. One MET equals the
approximate amount of oxygen consumed per minute by a person at rest.
A person exercising at two METs is consuming oxygen at twice their
resting rate.
