IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
This exercise machine is built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions apply
whenever you operate a piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to read the entire manual
before you assemble or operate your machine. In particular, note the following safety
precautions:
1. Keep children and pets away from the machine at all times. DO NOT leave children
unattended in the same room with the machine.
2. Only one person at a time should use the machine.
3. If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms,
STOP the workout at once. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
4. Position the machine on a clear, leveled surface. DO NOT use the machine near water
or outdoors.
5. Keep hands away from all moving parts.
6. Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear robes or
other clothing that could become caught in the machine. Running or aerobic shoes are
also required when using the machine.
7. Use the machine only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
8. Do not place any sharp object around the machine.
9. Disabled person should not use the machine without a qualified person or physician in
attendance.
10.Before using the machine to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm
up.
11.Never operate the machine if the machine is not functioning properly.
12.The max. user capacity is 125 KGS.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
STEP 1
Attach front stabilizer (3) to main frame (1), tighten with 2 sets of carriage bolt (6), flat
washer (4) and domed nut (5).
Attach rear stabilizer (2) to main frame (1), tighten with 2 sets of carriage bolt (6), flat
washer (4) and domed nut (5).
STEP 2
Insert front post (13) through front post cover (42) and connect sensor wire (24) with
extension sensor wire (25). Adjust tension cable (65) to level 8 and connect upper
tension cable with lower tension cable (70). Please see page 9 for a detailed
description of the assembly. Insert front post (13) into main frame (1) and tighten with
5 sets of allen screw (27) and curved washer (26), then put down the cover for front
post (42).
Attach bottle holder (33) to front post (13) and tighten with 2 self tapping screws (45)
which are pre-assembled on the front post (13). Put the bottle (34) into bottle holder
(33).

HOW TO CONNECT TENSION CONNECTOR
Slide the Cable wire from the
Upper Tension Connector in
between the opening on the
wire holder on the Lower
Tension Connector.
Pull the Upper Tension
Connector backward and slide
the wire through the slot on the
bracket.
Drop down the Connector so
the fitting sits firmly on top of
the bracket.
NOTE: In able to hold the Front Post while connecting the cables and wires，
extra help may be needed.

STEP 3
Remove the clamp (32) and allen screw (16) from front post (13). Attach handlebar (14)
to front post (13) and tighten with clamp (32), allen screw (16), cover for clamp (31) and
T-type knob (30).
Insert the hand pulse wires (28) through the grommet (29) and pull out from top bracket.
Attach hand pulse wires (28) and sensor wire (25) to the computer (15) accordingly.
Tighten with four screws (20) which are pre-assembled on the back of computer.
STEP 4
Release the nuts under the seat (12), attach the seat to sliding tube (36) and tighten the
nuts. Remove the quick release knob (41) from the main frame (1). Insert seat post (11) into
main frame (1) through the seat post cover (38). Line up the holes and secure seat in
position with quick release knob (41). The correct height for seat can be adjusted after the
bike is fully assembled.

STEP 5
The left and right pedals (9 & 10) are marked “L” & “R”. Attach the straps to the pedals.
Connect left pedal (9) to the left crank arm (46L). The left pedal is on the left hand side of
the cycle as you sit on it. Repeat for the right pedal. Note that the right pedal should be
threaded on clockwise and the left pedal on counter-clockwise.

COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS
DISPLAY FUNCTIONS
ITEM DESCRIPTION
RPM Display the rotation per minute with range from 0~15 to 999.
SPEED Display current training speed. Maximum speed is 99.9 KM/H or
ML/H.
TIME
Count up - No preset target, Time will count up from 00:00 to
maximum 99:59 with each increment is 1 minute.
Count down – The console will countdown from preset time to 00:00
and each preset increment or decrement will be 1 minute between
01:00 to 99:00.
DISTANCE
A
ccumulates total distance from 00:00 up to 99.99 KM or ML. User
may preset target distance value with the joggle wheel. Each
increment is 0.5KM or ML.
CALORIES Accumulates calories consumption during training from 0 to maximum
9999 calories.
PULSE
User may set up target pulse value from 0~30 to 199 and the console
buzzer will beep when the actual heart rate is over the target value
during workout.
CLOCK Display time from 0:00~23:59 in 24 hours format

BOTTON FUNCTION
OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1. When POWER ON, LCD will full display 2s (Figure 1) with long beep sound, then display
wheel diameter 1s in DIST area (Figure 2).

2. CLOCK setting
In CLOCK mode, HOUR is flashing in 1HZ, rotate the joggle wheel to adjust hour value
(Figure 3) and press [MODE] to confirm. The range is 0~23 hours. Then MINUTE is
flashing in 1HZ, rotate joggle wheel to adjust minute value (Figure 4), the range is 0~59
minutes. Press [MODE] to confirm.
3. G1 program：
Without signal input (In Standby mode), STOP symbol is light up,G1 flash in 1HZ. Rotate
joggle button to select: G1→G2→G3→G4 (Figure 5), press [MODE] to enter selected
program. With RPM signal input, console will start to run directly.
3.1 In G1 (Manual) mode:
①The number in TIME window is flashing in 1HZ, set time by joggle button(Figure 6), press
[MODE] to confirm the value and enter to next setting. After setting DISTANCE, CALORIES,
and PULSE Target, press [MODE] key to go to Standby mode. Press MODE again, you can

RECOVERY With PULSE input, press [RECOVERY] to test heart rate recovery
status.
MODE Confirm setting or selection.
JOGGLE
WHEEL
Use the joggle wheel to select an exercise program (G1~G4) and also
to set up value for TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and PULSE.
RESET To clear settings of TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and PULSE.
Press and hold this key for 2 seconds to reboot the console.

reset TIME or press RESET key to back to G1~G4 selection.
Whenever there is RPM signal in, system will START directly, STOP symbol will be crush②
out (Figure 7). When TIME counts down to 0, beeper will sound 4 alarm/s for 8s. Press any
key to stop the alarm, then system continue to count up. System will enter into
Power-saving mode if there is no RPM signal for 4 minutes.
③During training, the GAME window is flashing according to user RPM input frequency and
the animation character changes every 0.1KM/Mile.
During training, DISTANCE window display SPEED→RPM→DIST④in turn per 6s.

3.2 G2、G3、G4 (Training) mode:
①The training time is set for 20 minutes
②When there is RPM IN, start training directly. PC figure activate as the console preset
value, user should follow PC speed (within PC speed bar ±10% tolerance) to work out.
If USER speed >PC speed 10%, then USER character is ahead of PC one position
(Figure 9);
If USER speed =PC speed 10%, then USER character is in same position as PC
(Figure10);
If USER speed <PC speed 10%, then USER character fall behind of PC one position
(Figure 11).

When TIME counts down to 0, STOP symbol is light up, beeper will sound 4 alarm/s for③
8s. Meanwhile, system will display victory picture and stop all calculations. Press any key to
stop the alarm. STOP symbol will be crush out, System continue to cycle count down.
System will enter into Power-saving mode if there is no RPM signal for 4 minutes.

If user can follow the PC's speed over 60%, console will show "U-Win" (Figure 12); If user
only follow the PC's speed below 60%, console will show "P-Win" (Figure 13).

4. RECOVERY mode
After exercising for a period of time, keep holding on handgrips and press [RECOVERY]. All
function display will stop except “TIME” that will start counting down from 00:60 to 00:00.
LCD will display your heart rate recovery status with the F1, F2….to F6.F1 is the best, F6 is
the worst. Press the RECOVERY button again to return the main display.

Auto power-on/ power-off:
1. Auto power-on
Press any key or w/RPM IN, console return to previous display, no need to input all function
value again. If user want to reset the value, press MODE key. Then select TIME,
DISTANCE CALORIES→PULSE→TIME and set by joggle wheel, confirm the value by
MODE key.
W/RPM IN during the setting, system will start to calculate automatically.
2. Auto power-off
During POWER ON mode, when there is no KEY IN/RPM IN/ PULSE signal in for 4
minutes, console enter into auto power-off mode and display CLOCK.

EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS
Using your MANUAL MAG BIKE will provide you with several benefits, it will improve your
physical fitness, tone muscle and in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet help you lose
weight.
1. The Warm Up Phase
This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It
will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury. It is advisable to do a few stretching
exercises as shown below. Each stretch should be held for approximately 30 seconds, do
not force or jerk your muscles into a stretch - if it hurts, STOP.
2. The Exercise Phase
This is the stage where you put the effort in. After regular use, the muscles in your legs will
become more flexible. Work to your but it is very important to maintain a steady tempo
throughout. The rate of work should be sufficient to raise your heart beat into the target
zone shown on the graph below.
This stage should last for a minimum of 12 minutes though most people start at about 15-20
minutes
3. The Cool Down Phase

This stage is to let your Cardio-vascular System and muscles wind down. This is a repeat of
the warm up exercise e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5 minutes. The
stretching exercises should now be repeated, again remembering not to force or jerk your
muscles into the stretch.
As you get fitter you may need to train longer and harder. It is advisable to train at least
three times a week, and if possible space your workouts evenly throughout the week.
MUSCLE TONING
To tone muscle while on your MANUAL MAG BIKE you will need to have the resistance
set quite high. This will put more strain on our leg muscles and may mean you cannot train
for as long as you would like. If you are also trying to improve your fitness you need to alter
your training program. You should train as normal during the warm up and cool down
phases, but towards the end of the exercise phase you should increase resistance making
your legs work harder. You will have to reduce your speed to keep your heart rate in the
target zone.
WEIGHT LOSS
The important factor here is the amount of effort you put in. The harder and longer
you work the more calories you will burn. Effectively this is the same as if you were
training to improve your fitness, the difference is the goal.
