Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Das Gerät darf nur an Wasserhähne angeschraubt werden
und ist bestimmt zur automatischen Bewässerung von
Pflanzen.
Geräusch-/Vibrationsinformation
Meßwerte ermittelt entsprechend EN 23 744. Wasserdruck
3 bar.
Der A-bewertete Schalldruckpegel des Gerätes ist typi-
scherweise kleiner als 70 dB (A).

Vor der Inbetriebnahme
Batterie einsetzen
Drücken Sie die Entriegelungstasten 3und öffnen Sie das
Batteriefach 7. Die Batterie an den Stecker anschließen
und einsetzen.
Batterie wechseln
Ist die Batterie erschöpft, wird das Bewässerungsprogramm
abgebrochen und das Magnetventil geschlossen. Die Batte-
rie muß ausgewechselt werden.
Zu Ihrer Sicherheit
Nur gewebeverstärkte Schläuche verwen-
den. Beschädigte oder rissige Schläuche
nicht verwenden, sondern austauschen.
■Gerät nicht im Inneren von Gebäuden verwenden.
■Gerät nicht in nassen Schächten oder unter der Erdober-
fläche einsetzen.
■Gerät nur in senkrechter Lage montieren.
■Anschlüsse regelmäßig auf festen Sitz prüfen.
■Nicht am Schlauch ziehen. Anschlüsse und Gehäuse
können beschädigt werden.
■Bei erstmaliger Inbetriebnahme den Ablauf des Pro-
gramms überwachen.
■Vor längerer Abwesenheit neue Batterie einsetzen.
■Gerät nur vollständig entleert und frostfrei aufbewahren.
Batterie entnehmen.
■Nur Original-Zubehör verwenden.

Wasserhahn vollständig öffnen.
Programmwahlschalter 4auf gewünschtes Programm dre-
hen.
Das Programm kann durch Drehen des Programmwahl-
schalters 4auf Position „0” sofort beendet werden. Das
Magnetventil wird geschlossen.
Bewässerungsprogramme
Bedienung
Beispiel:
Programm 3: Das Magnetventil wird im 12 Stunden-Takt
für die Dauer von 15 min geöffnet. Nach einer Zeitverzöge-
rung um ca. 7 Sekunden, nach Programmauswahl, öffnet
das Gerät das Magnetventil.

Gerät nur mit unbeschädigter Dichtung anschließen.
Überwurfmutter 2lockern.
Wasseranschluß 1von Hand auf den Wasserhahn schrau-
ben und festziehen.
Kein Werkzeug verwenden!
Überwurfmutter 2festziehen.
Wasserschlauch an Schlauchanschluß 5anschließen.
Betriebspausen
Kurzzeitige Unterbrechung
Programmwahlschalter 4auf Position „0” drehen.
Langzeitige Unterbrechung (z.B. über Winter)
Gerät vom Wasserhahn abschrauben und Batterie entneh-
men. Im Frühjahr möglichst neue Batterie einsetzen.
Wartung und Reinigung
Batterien am Anfang jeder Saison wechseln oder wenn das
Ventil sich nicht mehr öffnet.
Filter im Wasseranschluß 1nach Bedarf reinigen.
Sollte das Gerät trotz sorgfältiger Herstellungs- und Prüfver-
fahren einmal ausfallen, ist die Reparatur von einer autori-
sierten Kundendienststelle für BOSCH-Elektrowerkzeuge
ausführen zu lassen.
Bei allen Rückfragen und Ersatzteilbestellungen bitte unbe-
dingt die 10stellige Bestellnummer laut Typenschild des Ge-
rätes angeben.

Umweltschutz
Garantie
Für BOSCH-Geräte leisten wir Garantie gemäß den gesetz-
lichen/länderspezifischen Bestimmungen (Nachweis durch
Rechnung oder Lieferschein).
Schäden, die auf natürliche Abnützung, Überlastung oder
unsachgemäße Behandlung zurückzuführen sind, bleiben
von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
Beanstandungen können nur anerkannt werden, wenn Sie
das Gerät unzerlegt an den Lieferer oder an eine BOSCH-
Kundendienstwerkstätte für Druckluft- oder Elektrowerk-
zeuge senden.
Wasser sollte sparsam verwendet werden!
Gerät eignet sich auch zum Betrieb an Tröpfchen-
bewässerungs-Systemen.
Rohstoffrückgewinnung statt Müllentsorgung
Gerät, Zubehör und Verpackung sollten einer umweltge-
rechten Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden.
Diese Anleitung ist aus chlorfrei gefertigtem Recycling-
Papier hergestellt.
Zum sortenreinen Recycling sind Kunststoffteile gekenn-
zeichnet. In Deutschland können nicht mehr gebrauchsfä-
hige Geräte zum Recycling beim Handel abgegeben oder
(ausreichend frankiert) direkt eingeschickt werden an:

Intended Use
The unit may be screwed only onto a water tap and is in-
tended for the automatic watering of plants.
Noise/Vibration information
Measured values determined according to EN 23 744. Wa-
ter pressure 3 bar.
Typically the A-weighted sound pressure level of the tool is
less than 70 dB (A).

Before Use
Inserting the Battery
Press the unlocking button 3and open the battery compart-
ment 7. Connect and insert the battery.
Changing the Battery
If the battery is exhausted, the watering program stops and
the magnetic valve is closed. The battery must be changed.
For Your Safety
Use only fabric reinforced hoses. Damaged
or cracked hoses should be replace and not
used.
■Do not use the unit in the interior of buildings.
■Do not use the unit in damp pits or under the surface of
the earth.
■Mount the unit in a vertical position only.
■Check the connections regularly for tight seating.
■Do not pull on the hose. The connections and the hous-
ing could be damaged.
■When using for the first time, observe the progress of
the program.
■Before a long absence, insert new batterie.
■Store the unit only completely empty and in a frost-free
place. Remove the batterie.
■Use only original accessories.

Open the water completely.
Turn the program selector switch 4to the desired program.
The program can be stopped immediately by turning the
program selector switch 4to position “0". The magnetic
valve is closed.
Watering Programs
Operation
Example:
Program 3: The magnet valve is opened at 12 hour inter-
vals for a duration of 15 minutes. After a time delay of ap-
prox. 7 seconds after program selection, the unit opens the
magnetic valve.

Connecting the Unit
Connect the unit only with a undamaged gasket.
Loosen the coupling ring 2.
Screw the water connection 1by hand onto the water tap
and tighten.
Do not use tools!
Tighten the coupling ring 2.
Connect the water hose to the hose connection 5.
Periods not in Service
Interruption for Short Periods
Turn the program selector switch 4to position “0".
Long Term Interruption (for example, over winter).
Unscrew the unit form the water tap and remove the bat-
tery. In the spring, a new battery should be inserted.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Replace the battery at the beginning of the season or when
the valve no longer opens.
Clean the filter in the water connection 1as necessary.
If the machine should happen to fail despite the care taken
in manufacture and testing, repair should be carried out by
an authorised customer services agent for Bosch power
tools.
For all correspondence and spare parts orders, always in-
clude the 10 digit order number of the machine!

Environmental protection
Guarantee
We guarantee Bosch appliances in accordance with statuto-
ry/country-specific regulations (proof of purchase by invoice
or delivery note).
Damage attributable to normal wear and tear, overload or
improper handling will be excluded from the guarantee.
In case of complaint please send the machine, undisman-
tled, to your dealer or the Bosch Service Centre for electric
power tools.
Water should be used sparingly!
The unit is suitable for use with trickle watering systems.
Recycle raw materials instead of disposing as waste.
Machine, accessories and packaging should be sorted for
environment-friendly recycling.
These instructions are printed on recycled paper manufac-
tured without chlorine.
The plastic components are labelled for categorized recy-
cling.

Utilisation conforme
L’appareil ne doit être raccordé que sur des robinets d’eau. Il
est conçu pour l’arrosage automatique de plantes.

Avant la mise en service
Monter la pile
Appuyer sur les touches de déverrouillage 3et ouvrir le compar-
timent de la pile 7. Brancher la pile sur la connexion souple et
l’introduire dans le compartiment.
Changer la pile
Lorsque la pile est épuisée, le programme d’arrosage est arrêté
et la vanne magnétique est fermée. Il faut alors changer la pile
par une nouvelle.
Pour votre sécurité
N'utiliser que des tuyaux d'arrosage renforcés
fibre. Les tuyaux fissurés ou endommagés ne
doivent pas être mis en oeuvre: les remplacer.
■Ne pas utiliser cet appareil à l'intérieur d'un bâtiment.
■Ne pas utiliser cet appareil dans un puits de mine humide ou
en sous-sol (ne pas enterrer l'appareil).
■Monter l'appareil en position verticale.
■Vérifier régulièrement que les branchements tiennent.
■Ne pas tirer sur le tuyau d'arrosage: cela pourrait endomma-
ger les raccords ainsi que le carter de l'appareil.
■Surveiller le déroulement du programme lors de la première
mise en service de l'appareil.
■Mettre en place des piles neuves avant toute absence pro-
longée.
■Ranger l'appareil à l'abri du gel. Au préalable, le vider de
toute l'eau qu'il contient.
■N'utiliser que des accessoires d'origine.

Ouvrir à fond le robinet d’eau.
Choisir le programme à l’aide du sélectionneur de program-
me 4.
Il est possible d’arrêter aussitôt le programme en mettant le sé-
lectionneur de programme 4sur la position “0". La vanne ma-
gnétique est alors fermée.
Programmes d’arrosage
Utilisation
Exemple:
Programme 3: La vanne magnétique est ouverte à un interval-
le de 12 heures pour une durée de 15 minutes. Une fois le pro-
gramme sélectionné, après une temporisation de 7 secondes
environ, l’appareil ouvre la vanne magnétique.

Branchement de l'appareil
Avant de brancher l'appareil sur la canalisation d'eau, s'assurer
que le joint utilisé est en parfait état.
Desserrer l’écrou-raccord 2.
Visser puis bloquer à la main le raccord fileté 1sur le robinet
d'eau.
Ne pas utiliser d'outil!
Serrer l’écrou-raccord 2.
Raccorder le tuyau d'arrosage au raccord de tuyau 5.
Arrêts de fonctionnement prolongés
Arrêt de fonctionnement instantané
Mettre le sélectionneur de programme 4sur la position “0".
Arrêt de fonctionnement prolongé (durant l’hiver, par exem-
ple)
Dévisser l’appareil du robinet d’eau, enlever la pile. Au prin-
temps, remettre une pile (neuve, si possible).
Maintenance et nettoyage
Changer la pile au début de chaque saison ou lorsque la vanne
ne s’ouvre plus.
Si besoin est, nettoyer le filtre se trouvant dans le raccord
d’eau 1.
Si, malgré tous les soins apportés à la fabrication et au contrôle
de l'appareil, celui-ci devait avoir un défaut, la réparation ne doit
être confiée qu'à une station de service après-vente pour outilla-
ge Bosch agrée.
Pour toute demande de renseignement ou commande de piè-
ces de rechange, nous préciser impérativement le numéro de
référence à dix chiffres de la machine.

l‘environnement
Garantie
Les appareils Bosch sont garantis conformément aux disposi-
tions légales/nationales (contre preuve d'achat: facture ou borde-
reau de livraison). Cette garantie implique le remplacement gra-
tuit des pièces défectueuses. En tout état de cause s'applique la
garantie légale couvrant toutes les conséquences des défauts ou
vices cachés. (Articles 1641 et suivants du Code civil.)
Cette garantie correspond à un emploi normal de l'outil et exclut
les avaries dues à un mauvais usage, à un entretien défectueux
ou à l'usure normale. Le jeu de la garantie ne peut en aucun
cas donner lieu à des dommages et intérêts.
Pour que cette garantie soit valable il y a lieu de retourner l'outil
non démonté au vendeur ou à une station service Bosch ac-
compagné de la preuve d’achat mentionnant la date d'acquisi-
tion, le nom de l'utilisateur et le nom du revendeur.
L'eau est une ressource à utiliser avec économie.
Cet appareil peut aussi être utilisé en combinaison avec des
systèmes d'arrosage goutte à goutte.
Récupération des matières premières plutôt qu'élimination
des déchets
Les machines, comme d‘ailleurs leurs accessoires et emballa-
ges, doivent pouvoir suivre chacun une voie de recyclage ap-
propriée.
Ce manuel d'instructions a été fabriqué à partir d'un papier recy-
clé blanchi en l'absence de chlore.
Nos pièces plastiques ont ainsi été marquées en vue d‘un recy-
clage sélectif des différents matériaux.
