WARNING
All mounting hardware is supplied. Installer must use appropriate anchors for wall construction. Wall anchors
used must have a minimum pull-out rating of 500 lb.
The electronic dispenser assembly is no stronger than the anchors and walls to which they are attached,
and therefore, must be firmly secured in order to meet regulatory requirements. To avoid potential injury, the
building owner or maintenance personnel should remove dispenser assembly from service if the mounting is
not adequately secured to the wall or if there is any observed product function issues.
CAUTION
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required during the installation and maintenance of this product.
NOTICE
Before installing this product ensure that there are adequate clearances around the product in both the user
position and the stored position.
IMPORTANT
Read this entire installation manual to ensure proper installation. When finished with the installation, file
this manual with the owner or maintenance department. Compliance and conformity to local codes and
ordinances is the responsibility of the installer.
For recommended mounting height, do not exceed 55" distance from the top of the towel dispenser to the
finished floor.
Separate parts from packaging and make sure all parts are accounted for before discarding any packaging
material. If any parts are missing, do not begin installation until you obtain the missing parts.

Supplies Required
• Included hardware kit or hardware suitable
for mounting surface
• Mounting template (provided)
• Level
• Pencil
• Drill with an appropriate drill bit for wall
surface and hardware
• Phillips screwdriver
• Approved eye protection
• (4) D Batteries
Locate Mounting Position

Insert Fastener Anchors

Insert fastener anchors into the wall, if needed.
Attach Dispenser

With the dispenser in the open position, use
the supplied hardware (or suitable hardware)
to mount the dispenser securely into place.
Be sure to use the appropriate fastener anchors
and hardware for the surface. Use the level to ensure the dispenser is
balanced.
Use the key to open the dispenser and hold
the dispenser in the desired location.
Mark Mounting Holes

Using the provided mounting template, place a
level across the top of the mounting template
to level the dispenser, and mark a minimum of
4 mounting hole locations on the wall.
Drill Mounting Holes

Using a drill with the appropriate drill bit,
drill the holes into the wall or surface.
