at the same time. To switch between the two modes, hold

If you connect the drive via
USB, click Install.
If you use LAN port on the
drive, click Share data by
LAN.
Installing Your DriveStation
Insert the installation
CD into your PC’s CD-
ROM drive. Setup will
automatically launch. Click
on Begin Installation.
The wizard will guide you
through installation. First,
you’ll install the DriveStation
as a USB device. Then, you’ll
switch modes and install the
DriveStation in LAN mode
as a NAS device. Follow the
directions on each screen and
continue pressing Next to
step through the installation.

When installation is complete,
you may close the installation
window.
Congratulations! Your DriveStation is ready to use. Turn to page 6
for instructions on DriveStation as a networked LAN drive, or page 7
for instructions on using it as a USB drive.

Using your DriveStation in LAN Mode
In LAN mode, the mode button will
glow green. If it’s red, hold it in for a
few seconds, and then release it. The
LED will change to green.
After running the installation wizard,
this icon will be on your desktop:
BrowseHD-CELU2-XXX.
In LAN mode, clicking BrowseHD-
CELU2-XXX takes you directly to the
main folder on your DriveStation.
note:
Connect DriveStation to a router or
an existing network.If connecting
DriveStation directly to your PC, you
cannot use it via LAN although the
setup wizard is complete.

Using your DriveStation in USB Mode
In USB mode, the mode button will
glow red. If it’s green, hold it in for a
few seconds, and then release it. The
LED will change to red.
In USB mode, the DriveStation
functions as a normal external USB
hard drive. It can be accessed from My
Computer. By default, it will receive
the next available drive letter and will
be named HD-CELU2.
note:
DO NOT press the mode button while
you are transferring the data.Otherwise
the data may be corrupted or lost
depending on your PC confi guration.

Instalar a sua DriveStation
Insira o CD de instalação na
unidade de CD-ROM do seu
PC. A confi guração inicia-se

Begin Installation.

Utilizar a sua DriveStation no modo LAN
No modo LAN, o botão modo acende
uma luz verde. Se for vermelha,
mantenha-o premido durante alguns
segundos e depois solte-o. O LED
mudará para verde.
Depois de executar o assistente de
instalação, este ícone aparece no seu
ambiente de trabalho: BrowseHD-
CELU2-XXX.
No modo LAN, fazer clique em
BrowseHD-CELU2-XXX o levará
directamente para a pasta principal na
sua DriveStation.
nota:
Ligue a DriveStation a um router
ou a uma rede existente.Se ligar a
DriveStation directamente ao seu PC,
não pode utilizá-la via LAN ainda que a
instalação esteja concluída.

Utilizar a sua DriveStation no modo USB
No modo USB, o botão modo acende

USB externa normal. Pode ser acedida
a partir de O meu computador. Por
defeito, receberá a próxima letra de
unidade disponível e terá a designação
de HD-CELU2.

está a transferir dados.Caso contrário,

perdidos, dependendo da confi guração

Indien u de schijf via USB
verbindt, klik dan Install.
Indien u een LAN poort op
de schijf gebruikt, klik dan
Share data by LAN.
Installatie van het SchijfStation
Plaats de installatie-cd in
het cd-station van de pc. Het
installatieprogramma wordt
automatisch gestart. Klik op
Begin Installation.
De wizard leidt u door de
installatie. U installeert
eerst het SchijfStation als
een USB-apparaat. Daarna
wisselt u van modus en
installeert u het SchijfStation
als NAS-apparaat. Voer de
instructies op het scherm uit
en blijf op Next klikken tot
u het installatieproces hebt
doorlopen.
