Technisc
Das Gerät enthält elektronische Bauelemente,

Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß . Für hieraus

Technische und elektrische Daten
Das Gerät enthält elektronische Bauelemente,
die gegen elektrostatische Entladung (ESD)
empfindlich reagieren. Berührung mit elektro-
statisch aufgeladenen Personen oder Gegen-
ständen gefährdet diese Bauelemente. Im

INSTALLATION UND BETRIEB
Fluidische Installation
Wählen Sie die verfügbaren fluidischen Anschlüsse passend zum
maximalen Durchfluss. Einlaufstrecken sind nicht erforderlich. Falls
notwendig, liefern wir auch Sondergrößen, wobei die Auslegung der
fluidischen Anlage hinsichtlich Strömung und Druckabfall berück-
sichtigt werden muss.
Verschraubungen
Die Geräte können auf Wunsch auch mit Einschraubverschrau-
bungen geliefert werden. Bitte wählen Sie die entsprechende
Verschraubung aus derTabelle im Anhang der Bedienungsanleitung
aus.
INSTALLATION UND BETRIEB
Allgemeine Hinweise zu Installation und Betrieb
Beachten Sie vor der Installation:
• Schalten Sie geeignete Filter vor, um die Sauberkeit des
Betriebsmediums zu gewährleisten.
• Beachten Sie die Einbaulage (siehe Kalibrierdaten).
• Sehen Sie ein Netzteil mit ausreichender Leistung vor.
• Beachten Sie die max. Restwelligkeit der Betriebsspannung.
• Entfernen Sie vor dem Einbau des MFCVerschmutzungen aus
den Rohren.
Gehen Sie bei der Inbetriebnahme eines MFC / MFM in der
beschriebenen Reihenfolge vor:
1. Mechanische und fluidische Installation
2. Elektrische Installation
3. Beaufschlagen mit Betriebsmedium
4. Regulärer Arbeitsantrieb
*Die festgelegte Genauigkeit wird erst dann erreicht, wenn nach
dem Einschalten die thermischen Ausgleichsvorgänge abgelaufen
sind und das Gerät seine Betriebstemperatur erreicht hat.
Verbinden Sie zur Gewährleistung der elektromagne-
tischenVerträglichkeit (EMV) das Gehäuse über ein
möglichst kurzes Kabel (Querschnitt so groß wie
möglich) mit der Funktionserde (FE).
Die GND- oder Masse Leitungen aller Signale des
MFC / MFM müssen in jedem Fall einzeln an den
MFC herangeführt werden. Werden alle GND-Signale
direkt am MFC gebrückt und nur eine gemeinsame
Leitung zum Schaltschrank geführt, kann es zu
Signalverschiebungen sowie Störungen (Impulse,
Schwingungen usw.) der analogen Signale kommen.
Die MFC / MFM werden mit einer 24-V-Gleichspannungsversorgung
betrieben. Wählen Sie den Anschlussquerschnitt abhängig vom
verwendetenVentil und möglichst groß (siehe Technische Daten ).
Geeignete Anschlusskabel finden Sie im Anhang der Bedienungsan-
leitung.
➔Schließen Sie die Funktionserde (FE) an der gekennzeichneten
Schraube an, z.B. mit Hilfe einer Ringzunge.

INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
Fluidic installation
Select the available fluidic connections to match the maximum
flow rate.Intake sections are not required. If necessary, we can
also supply special sizes, whereby the dimensioning of the fluidic
system with regard to flow and pressure drop must be taken into
account.
Screw joints
The device can on request also be supplied with screw-in joints
alredy assembled. Please select the corresponding screw joints
from the table in the annex to the Operating Instructions.
INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
General notes on installation and operation
Before installation:
• Install a suitable filter upstream to assure cleanliness of the
operating medium.
• Observe the installation position (see calibration data).
• Provide a power supply with adequate power.
• Observe the max. residual ripple on the operating voltage.
• Remove dirt from the piping before installation of the MFC.
Proceeded in the following sequence on commissioning am MFC /
MFM:
1. Mechanical and fluidic installation
2. Electrical installation
3. Pressurize with operating medium
4. Regular working operation
* The specified precision will be obtained only when, after
switching on, the thermal equilibration process have been
completed and the device has reached its operating temperature.
CONNECTION CONFIGURATION
To assure electromagnetic compatibility (EMC),
connect the housing via as short a cable as possible
(with as large a cross-section as possible) to the
functional earth (FE).
The GND or mass conductors for all signals of the
MFC / MFM must in all cases be led individually to
the MFC. If all GND signals are bridged directly at
the MFC and only one common conductor is led to
the switching cabinet, signal displacements and
disturbances (pulses, oscillations, etc.) to the
analog signals may result.
The MFCs / MFMs are operated with 24 V power supply. Select
the connectors cross-section according to the valve used and as
large as possible (see Technical data ).Suitable connecting cables
are to be found in the table in the annex to the Operating
Instructions.
