Thanks for bringing Burrow into
your home.
Everything we make is incredibly
simple to set up, including your
new bench. You won’t need any
tools, but having an extra set of
hands to help flip will be useful.

Place the main bench body upside
down on a soft surface, like a rug or
the cardboard box. Then, lower the
crossbeam in between the two
built-in supports, with the dovetails
on the ends flat against the base of
the bench body.
Next, slide in each of the support
legs by inserting the dovetail on
the ends of the crossbeam into
the grooves on the insides of the
legs. They should rest in place.
Secure the legs and the cross-
beam to the bench body by
screwing the included thumb-
screws into the four holes on the
outside of the support legs. Turn
the thumbscrews clockwise until
they are tight.

With another person to help,
flip the bench upright so it is
standing on its legs. Be careful
while flipping the bench, as
the lid may open.

Adjusting the lid
If the lid on your bench has a slight gap or overlap with the edge, don’t fret.
It’s very easy to adjust the three hinges to fine tune the position.
Snap off the cover, imprinted with the “blum” logo, to access the alignment
screw on each hinge.
If there’s a gap between the lid and the edge of the bench, use a Phillips head
screwdriver to turn the alignment screw counterclockwise on each of the hinges.
If your lid overlaps the edge of the bench, use a Phillips head screwdriver
to turn the alignment screw clockwise on each of the hinges.
