ASSEMBLY
1. Read all pages before starting assembly.
2. Assemble according to the instruction manual.
3. Improper assembly can create a hazardous situation.
4. Do not overtighten screws/bolts as it could damage the workbench support beams.
5. Wear ANSI approved safety glasses and protective gloves during assembly.
6. Keep children and bystanders out of assembly area.
7. Assemble in a clear, flat area with good lighting.
8. Max weight capacity only applies to completely assembled product.
9. Do not exceed weight capacity per each section.
10. Inspect before every use, do not use if any parts are loose or damaged.

Read the “IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION” section
before starting any assembly.
NOTE: Unless otherwise stated, the connections are made using Bolts, Washers and Nuts (W).
NOTE: Finger tighten all connections until assembly is completed, then tighten all bolts/nuts.
NOTE: Assemble workbench on a hard, level, flat surface.
STEP 1:
Attach Side Beams (D x 2pc) to Lower Section of Front (A x 2pc) and Back Posts (B x 2pc).
NOTE: Back Post are longer with 6 holes on top.
Front Post are shorter with 4 holes on top.
STEP 2:
Attach Rubber Feet (C x 4pc) to bottom of each post.

Attach Bottom Beams (E x 2pc) to
Front and Back Posts.
STEP 4:
Attach Side Beams (D x 2pc).
NOTE: Top two holes on Front
Post.
NOTE: Middle two holes on
Back Post.
STEP 5:
Attach Top Beams (E x 2pc)
NOTE: Top two holes on
Front Post.
NOTE: Middle two holes on
Back Post.
*Note: Warning label on side beam.

TOPREVENT SERIOUS INJURY:
1. Setup and use indoors only. Keep your work bench dry.
2. Do not exceed 514 lb. maximum load capacity, evenly distributed. Be aware of
dynamic loading! Sudden load movement may briefly create excess load causing
productfailure.
3. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
4. Do not overtighten workpiece; damage to workpiece may occur. Be careful not to
pinchfingers when working.
5. Locate work bench on a flat, level, solid surface that is capable of supporting the
weightof the workpiece, workbench and tools.
6. Do not allow children to play with or near work bench.
7. Donot remove this label.

STEP 6:
Attach Front Bracket(G x 1pc) and
Back Bracket (G x 1pc) with Pegboard
Mount (M x 1pc)
STEP 7:
Attach Middle Drawer Mounts
(I-R x 1pc) and (I-L x 1pc) to
Front and Back Drawer Brackets.
STEP 8:
Attach Left (H-L x 1pc) and Right
(H-R x 1pc) Drawer Mounts to Front
and Back Posts.
STEP 9:
Tighten all Nuts/Bolts at this time.
*Make sure workbench is on a flat
surface.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 10:
Attach Drawer Handle (U x 1pc)
to the Front Drawer Panel
(J x 1pc) using Bolts/Washers/
Nuts (V x 4pc)
*Note: Tighten all Nuts/Bolts at
this time.
STEP 11:
Lay Wood Drawer Bottom
(T x 1pc) down on a flat surface.
Attach Right (L-R x 1pc) and
Left (L-L x 1pc) Drawer Panels to
the Front (J x 1pc) and
Back (K x 1pc).
STEP 12:
Install the two drawers into the
workbench.
*Note: When sliding in, make sure
the runners on the drawer are level
with the drawer mounts.
Repeat Steps 10 & 11
for second drawer.

to Back Shelf Post.

Attach Front Shelf Beam (F1x 1pc) to
Left and Right Shelf Beams

Attach Pegboard (R x 1pc) to Upper

CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION
LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY
1. BEFORE EACH USE:
Inspect the overall condition of the workbench and look for...
• Misalignment or binding of moving parts.
• Cracked, Broken or Loose parts.
• Any other conditions that could affect a safe working environment.
2. AFTER EACH USE:
Clean off working area and wipe down all surfaces with a dry clean cloth
The Cala Industries 90-day warranty is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days
after the date of purchase by the original owner of the product. If this product is defective, please call Cala Industries
at (619) 448-2252. Cala Industries shall not be liable for any damage for loss of the product or consequential
damages of any kind. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
also have other rights which vary from state to state.
