Example: If you want to get a weighing value of your baby, you can weigh
yourself first, and then hold your baby together, without stepping off thescale.
Then you will get the total weight reading. Subtracting the previous reading

ABOUT CALORIE
The Body Mass Index(BMI) is calculated from a person's weight and
height, and is a widely accepted measurement of weight. A BMI of 20
~25 is considered to be ideal. Lower than 20 is too slim, and higher
than 25 is considered over weight. (BMI is only for reference)

1.Calorie & Ene rgy Con sumpt ion
2. Cal orie & Los ing Weigh t
Con trol the calorie intak e comb ined with proper exercise is an effective
way to lose wei gh t. This is a ver y simpl e theory. As the daily ener gy
intake can not support the energy consump tion of the human body, the
saccharide and fat stored inside will decomp ose and pr ov ide energy to
human bo dy . That leads to wei ght loss.
Cal orie: Ener gy Uni t
The data readi ng indicates the energy you need to sust ain the daily
metabol ism and ordina ry activities required for your wei ght, height,
age and sex .

6.Keep the scale in cool place with dry air.
7.Always keep your scale in horizontal position.
8.If failed to turn on the scale, check whether battery is installed, or
