Operating instructions
The wine cabinet should be placed where the ambient temperature is between 5-35oC (41-95oF). If the
ambient temperature is above or below this range, the performance of the unit may be affected. For
example, placing you appliance in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to
fluctuate and the required temperature may not be achieved.
Setting the temperature control
The temperature within the cabinet can
be controlled by adjusting the thermostat.
To turn off the wine cabinet turn the control to
the “0” position.
When using the cabinet for the first time the control should be adjusted to position “5”.
After 20 minutes the control should be reset to the desired setting.
Notes:
• Adjust the internal temperature according to the amount of product and the ambient
temperature.
Winter (5-10oC/50-59oF) - Setting 2 - 4
Summer (15-30oC/59-86oF) - Setting 4 - 5
• The inner temperature varies in different parts of the cabinet .The back of the chiller will be
colder than the front.
• There is a 4 to 6 C variance between the top and bottom shelves of the wine chiller.
Therefore, if you have set the wine cabinet for red wine only and you want to place a mix of
white and red wines, you should place the white wine bottles on the bottom shelves and the red
wines on the top shelves.

Care and maintenance
Cleaning
• Turn off the power;unplug the wine cabinet, and remove the bottles.
• Wash the inside with a warm water and baking soda solution. (The solution should be about 1
tablespoon of baking soda to a litre of water.).
• Wash the shelves and trays with a mild detergent solution.
• The outside of theWine Cabinet should be cleaned with mild detergent and warm water.
• It may also be necessary to periodically wipe the bottom part of the storage area as the Wine
Cabinet is designed to retain humidity, and condensation may collect there.
Power Failure
Most power failures are corrected within a few hours and should not affect the temperature of your
wine cabinet if you minimize the number of times the door is opened. If the power is going to be off for a
longer period of time you need to take the proper steps to protect the contents.
Holidays
• Short holidays: Leave the wine cabinet operating during holidays of less than three weeks.
• Long holidays: If the wine cabinet will not be used for several months, remove all the bottles and
disconnect. Clean and dry the interior thoroughly. To prevent odour and mould growth, leave the
door open slightly (blocking it open if necessary).
Moving your wine cabinet
• Remove all the bottles.
• Securely tape down all loose items inside yourWine Cabinet.
• Turn the leveling screws up to the base to avoid damage.
• Tape the doors shut.
• Be sure theWine Cabinet stays secure and upright during transportation. Also be sure to protect the
outer casing of the cabinet whilst in transit (e.g.with a blanket)
