• Il presente manuale si rivolge a persone abilitate all'installazione di
"APPARECCHI UTILIZZATORI DI ENERGIA ELETTRICA" e richiede
una buona conoscenza della tecnica, esercitata in forma professionale
e della normativa vigente. I materiali usati devono essere certificati
e risultare idonei alle condizioni ambientali di installazione.
• Le operazioni di manutenzione devono essere eseguite da personale
qualificato. Prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o di
manutenzione, disinserire l'apparecchiatura dalla rete di alimentazione
elettrica.
• Le apparecchiature qui descritte dovranno essere destinate solo
all'uso per il quale sono state espressamente concepite:
"Il controllo del passaggio di veicoli" .
Il dispositivo è adatto alla selezione del passaggio di veicoli fino a
3m luce netta.
• L'applicazione è possibile sia a sx che a dx della luce passaggio.
• Questo prodotto è stato progettato e fabbricato in tutte le sue parti
a cura della Cardin Elettronica la quale ne ha verificato la perfetta
corrispondenza delle caratteristiche con quelle richieste dalla nor-
mativa vigente.
L'utilizzo dei prodotti e la loro destinazione ad usi diversi da quelli
previsti e/o consigliati, non è stata sperimentata dal costruttore,
pertanto i lavori eseguiti sono sotto la completa responsabilità del-
l'installatore. Il costruttore non risponde qualora l'impianto elettrico
non risulti conforme alle norme vigenti ed in particolare qualora il
circuito di protezione (terra) non sia efficiente.
È responsabilità dell’installatore verificare le seguenti condizioni
di sicurezza:
1) L’installazione deve essere sufficientemente lontana dalla
strada in modo da non costituire pericolo per la circola-
zione.
2) La sbarra nel suo movimento verticale non deve urtare contro
cavi aerei od ostacoli in generale.
3) L’ingresso motorizzato è principalmente adibito al passaggio
di vetture. Dove possibile installare per pedoni un ingresso
separato.
4) I comandi devono essere posti in vista, ma non entro il raggio
d’azione della barriera. Inoltre quelli installati all’esterno devono
essere protetti da una sicurezza tale da prevenire l’uso non
autorizzato.
5) È buona norma segnalare l’automazione con targhe di avver-
tenza (simili a quella in figura) che devono essere facilmente
visibili. Qualora l’automazione sia adibita al solo passaggio
di veicoli dovranno essere poste due targhe di avvertenza di
divieto di transito pedonale (una all’interno, una all’esterno).
6) Rendere consapevole l’utente che bambini o animali domestici
non devono giocare o sostare nei pressi della
barriera.
Se necessario indicarlo in targa.
7) La bontà della connessione di terra dell’ap-
parecchiatura è fondamentale ai fini della
sicurezza elettrica.
8) Per qualsiasi dubbio a riguardo della sicu-
rezza dell’installazione, non procedere ma
rivolgersi al distributore del prodotto.
DESCRIZIONE TECNICA
710/EL3024
Barriera elettromeccanica con motore 24Vdc completa di elet-
tronica a bordo, con batterie in tampone e con le funzioni auto-
matico, semiautomatico, limitazione della coppia e decodifica
radio S449.

Asta Ø 60mm x lungh.3000mm completa di braccio porta asta
per il collegamento alla barriera.
CONSIDERAZIONI GENERALI DI SICUREZZA
- Motore 24V corrente continua con vite senza fine in acciaio;
- Copertura superiore in plastica antiurto;
- Particolari sblocco in plastica rinforzata;
- Riduttore con ingranaggi in acciaio racchiusi in semigusci di
alluminio pressofuso;
- Staffe supporto motore in acciaio zincato;
- Particolari braccio porta-asta in alluminio pressofuso;
- Lubrificazione a grasso fluido permanente;
- Corpo barriera in profili di alluminio estruso verniciati;
- Lampeggiatore incorporato di serie.
Durante la manovra si deve controllare il movimento dell’asta
e azionare il dispositivo di arresto immediato (STOP) in caso di
pericolo.
In caso di emergenza l’asta può essere sbloccata manualmente
(vedi sblocco manuale pag.10).
ATTENZIONE: l’asta non è bilanciata, essa dovrà essere
accompagnata manualmente in caso di sblocco.
In caso di guasto o anomalie di funzionamento staccare l'ali-
mentazione elettrica a monte dell'apparecchiatura e chiamare
l'assistenza tecnica.
Verificare periodicamente il funzionamento delle sicurezze
(fotocellule ecc.)
Le eventuali riparazioni devono essere eseguite da personale
specializzato usando materiali originali e certificati.
L'uso dell'automazione è idoneo all'azionamento in continuo
(vedi caratteristiche tecniche pagina 20).
• I comandi minimi che possono essere installati sono APER-
TURA-STOP-CHIUSURA, tali comandi devono essere posti in
un luogo non accessibile a bambini o minori e fuori dal raggio
d’azione della barriera.
• Il terreno deve avere caratteristiche tali da garantire una suf-
ficiente tenuta al plinto di fondazione, in cui sarà inserita la
piastra di base con relative zanche di fissaggio.
• Possibilmente proteggere il corpo barriera da urti accidentali
da parte di veicoli che transitano nei pressi della barriera.
• Prevedere il percorso dei cavi secondo le necessità di appli-
cazione dei dispositivi di comando e sicurezza a norme (ved.
impianto tipo fig.1 pag.2).
FISSAGGIO DEL DISPOSITIVO (fig.4)
- preparare una piazzola in cemento in cui sia inserita la piastra
di base "A", con annesse le zanche di ancoraggio, da cui
dovranno emergere le condutture per il passaggio dei cavi
elettrici "B", utilizzando l’apposita apertura, e quattro gambi
filettati M8, sporgenti 30mm;
- la piastra dovrà risultare perfettamente in bolla, pulita in tutta la
sua superficie e con i filetti M8 emergenti perpendicolarmente
dalla piastra e perfettamente puliti.
N.B. È preferibile che la piazzola sporga dal livello terra di circa
50mm, questo per evitare che accumuli d’acqua possano
danneggiare l’apparecchiatura.
• Quindi procedere come segue per l’installazione della bar-
riera:
- svitare i quattro dadi autobloccanti "D" sui quattro gambi
filettati (utilizzati per bloccare le zanche) e inserirvi la base
"C" della barriera. Quindi fissarla tramite i quattro dadi auto-
bloccanti "D" e relative rondelle in dotazione;
- è anche possibile fissare la base della barriera ad una pavi-
mentazione in cemento già esistente purché lo spessore della
pavimentazione sia tale da garantire la presa del tassello e sia
di buona fattura.
Tassello consigliato: "Ancorante in acciaio M8/d.14 per fis-
saggi pesanti".

ISTRUZIONI SUL POSIZIONAMENTO DEL GRUPPO
L’apparecchiatura è assem-
blata in fabbrica per essere
installata a DESTRA della
luce passaggio. Per installa-
zione a SINISTRA invertire i
cavi di alimentazione motore
(posizione "CN3") ed i cavi dei
finecorsa (posizione "10" e "11"),
mentre il comune del finecorsa (posi-
zione "9") resta al suo posto.
• Verificare con alcune manovre in modalità "UOMO PRESENTE"
il corretto funzionamento della sbarra (vedi libretto d’istruzioni
ZVL411.02).
APPLICAZIONE CORDINO AL PORTELLO (fig.10)
Per evitare una caduta involontaria del portello, dopo averlo aperto,
occorre collegarlo con la parte fissa della barriera per mezzo di
un cordino fornito in dotazione. Per il montaggio procedere come
segue:
- montare prima di tutto il cordino stesso, come illustrato in fig.10A
e 10B, con alle estremità le due ganasce "W" e "X" di forma
identica, che possono essere allentate o strette per mezzo della
vite autofilettante 3,5x13 pos. "Z".
- fissare l’estremità "W" alla parte fissa della barriera, per esempio
sul montante destro superiore, come indicato;
- infine fissare anche l’altra estremità "X" al portello, sulla nervatura
interna.
TAGLIO DELL’ASTA
Nel caso in cui l’installazione richieda un accorciamento dell’asta è
opportuno tagliare quest’ultima nella parte finale del tubo, opposta
al braccio porta asta.
LAMPEGGIATORE
La lampada di segnalazione del movimento è fissata internamente
alla barriera, sulla parte alta centrale del portello (fig.8, pos.K).
Lampadina utilizzata: lampada a sfera 24V-25W con attacco E14-
chiara. Il portalampada è fissato al portello con un sistema a clip,
per rendere rapido l’aggancio e lo sgancio. Attenzione: una volta
sganciato il portalampada dal supporto abbassare con cura la
lampada, fino ad appoggiarla su una parte sicura, non soggetta
ad urti, per non rischiare di romperla.
• Accertarsi, prima di eseguire il collegamento elettrico, che la
tensione e la frequenza riportate sulla targhetta caratteristiche
corrispondano a quelle dell'impianto di alimentazione.
Tra la centralina di comando e la rete deve essere inter-
posto un interruttore onnipolare, con distanza di apertura tra
i contatti di almeno 3mm.
• Collegare i fili di comando e quelli provenienti dalle sicurezze.
• Collegare il cavo di alimentazione alla centralina avendo cura
di stringere adeguatamente l’apposito pressacavo.
• Non utilizzare cavo con conduttori in alluminio; non stagnare
l’estremità dei cavi da inserire in morsettiera; utilizzare cavo con
marcatura T min 85°C resistente agli agenti atmosferici.
• I conduttori dovranno essere adeguatamente fissati in prossimità
delle morsettiere in modo che tale fissaggio serri sia l’isolamento
che il conduttore (è sufficiente una fascetta).
APERTURA DEL PORTELLO (fig.8)
Per aprire il portello ed accedere agli organi interni della barriera
occorre svitare le due viti senza testa "E" con chiave esagonale
da 3mm, poste sugli angoli laterali superiori del portello, fino al
raggiungimento del fermo meccanico che impedisce loro di sfilarsi
dalla propria sede. Quindi aprire e, se serve, tirare verso l’alto al
fine di sfilare le due cerniere in plastica "F" poste alla base.
ATTENZIONE! La lampada del lampeggiante è fissata all’interno
del portello quindi procedere con cautela (ved. istruzioni "lam-
peggiatore").
Per richiudere il portello infilare le due cerniere in plastica "F"
poste alla base e curare l’inserimento degli angoli laterali inferiori
del portello nelle corrispondenti scanalature del mobiletto fino ad
inserire i lembi laterali del portello per tutta l’altezza, quindi ribloc-
care definitivamente i grani "E".
APERTURA CALOTTA SUPERIORE (fig.7)
Dopo aver aperto e smontato il portello, abbassare le piastrine
"G" dopo aver allentato il grano "H". Con un cacciavite a croce
"M" togliere le due viti autofilettanti "L" e quindi procedere allo
smontaggio della copertura superiore.
MONTAGGIO DELL’ASTA (fig.5)
Definire l’orientamento del mozzo (pos.2, fig.2) in base al senso
di chiusura dell’asta:
- chiusura verso sinistra (fig.5A);
- oppure verso destra (fig.5B);
Quindi fissare il mozzo "N" al braccio porta-asta tramite la vite
"P".
Inserire il mozzo del braccio porta-asta nell’albero scanalato "Q"
del motoriduttore, mantenendo l’asta in posizione verticale. Por-
tare il mozzo in battuta all’albero scanalato usando un mazzuolo
in gomma e fissarlo con la vite "J" (M8x35), coppia di serraggio
30 Nm.
Bloccare il mozzo all’albero scanalato del motoriduttore con la
vite "R" (fig.5A, 5B), utilizzando chiave esagonale da 6 mm, con
coppia di serraggio 30 Nm.
REGOLAZIONE FINECORSA APERTURA/CHIUSURA
I microinterruttori di rallentamento sono stati regolati in fabbrica,
come descritto a pag.7 nota "B" del libretto istruzioni ZVL411.02
(relativo al programmatore elettronico) fornito in coppia col pre-
sente libretto e quindi non serve regolarli se la barriera viene
posizionata a destra della luce passaggio, mentre può essere
necessario regolare i fermi meccanici "T" e "U" (fig.6) relativi alla
battuta d’arresto della leva "S" con asta in posiz. verticale a 90° e
in posiz. orizzontale a 0°. Se invece la barriera viene posizionata
a sinistra della luce passaggio sarà necessario riposizionare le
camme di rallentamento, oltre che regolare i fermi meccanici "T"
ed "U". Verificare inoltre le raccomandazioni relative al capitolo:
"ISTRUZIONI SUL POSIZIONAMENTO DEL GRUPPO".
L’operazione di sblocco va fatta solamente a motore fermo, per
mancanza di energia elettrica. Per poter accedere al meccanismo
di sblocco è necessario aprire il portello anteriore (fig.8). Vedere
istruzioni per l’apertura del portello.
Per sbloccare
Agire direttamente sulla leva "V" fino a raggiungere la posizione
di sblocco (fig.9B), dove resterà agganciata grazie ad un fermo
antiritorno.
ATTENZIONE: l’asta non è bilanciata, essa dovrà essere
accompagnata manualmente in caso di sblocco.
Per ribloccare
Forzare leggermente la leva "V" dalla posizione di sblocco (fig.9B)
in cui si trova per vincere il fermo antiritorno che la mantiene in
quella posizione, nel verso opposto a quello di prima. Il ritorno alla
posizione bloccato (fig.9A) avviene automaticamente per effetto di
una molla. Il riaggancio dei denti dell’ingranaggeria, all’interno del
motoriduttore, può non essere immediato però può subito essere
ottenuto spostando leggermente l’asta da quella posizione.

WARNING
- 24Vdc motor with a steel never ending screw.
- Carter in shock-proof plastic.
- Manual release components in reinforced plastic.
- Geared motor with steel gears enclosed in a die cast two-piece
aluminium shell.
- Motor support base in zinc-plated steel
- Boom holder in die cast aluminium.
- Lubrication using permanently fluid grease.
- Barrier cabinet in spray painted die cast aluminium.
- Incorporated warning light.
During the opening/closing manoeuvre check for correct operation
and activate the emergency stop button in case of danger.
During blackouts the gate can be released and manually manoeu-
vred (see manual release pag.12).
Attention! The boom is not balanced and must be held
during manual release
In case of failure or operational anomalies switch off the power at
the mains do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
Periodically check the correct operation of all safety devices
(photoelectric cells etc.)
Eventual repair work must be carried out by specialised personnel
using original spare parts.
The appliance is suitable for continuous operation (see technical
data on page 20).
• The minimum controls which may be installed are OPEN-
STOP-CLOSE, these controls must be installed in a location
not accessible to children.
• The ground must be stable enough to firmly hold the plinth and
the anchor plates.
• Where possible protect the barrier cabinet from accidental
knocks by passing vehicles.
• Work out the run of the cables according to the command and
control devices fitted and make sure the system conforms to the
local standard and regulations in force (see installation example
fig.1 pag. 2).
FITTING THE UNIT
- prepare a cement base with the base plate and anchors "A"
embedded. The cable passage tube "B" and the four threaded
bolts "D" M8 must protrude (30mm) from the base plate.
- the base plate must be perfectly in square, its surface must be
clean and the four threaded bolts must emerge perpendicu-
larly.
Note: the cement base should preferably protrude 50 mm out of
the ground in order to avoid water build up which could damage
the appliance.
• To install the barrier proceeds as follows:
- remove the 4 self locking nuts "D" from the four threaded bolts
(used to fasten down the anchors) and insert the base of the
barrier "C". Fasten down the barrier using the 4 self locking nuts
and washers "D" supplied with the appliance.
- it is also possible to fasten the barrier to an already existing
cement base as long as the thickness of the base is great enough
to guarantee a strong hold for the rawlplugs.
We advise you to use the following type of rawlplug: "Steel
anchor bolts M8/diam. 14 for heavy duty use".
• These instructions are aimed at professionally qualified "INSTALL-
ERS OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT" and must respect the local
standards and regulations in force. All materials used must be
approved and must suit the environment in which the installation
is situated.
• All maintenance operations must be carried out by professionally
qualified technicians. Before carrying out any cleaning or main-
tenance operations make sure the power is disconnected at the
mains.
• This appliance must be used exclusively for the purpose for which
it has been made. "i.e. for traffic control". The appliance may be
used to control passageways with a maximum width of 3m.
• The unit may be fitted both to the right and to the left of the pas-
sageway.
• This product and all its relative components has been designed
and manufactured by Cardin Elettronica who have verified that
the product conforms in every aspect to the safety standards in
force.
Any non authorised modifications are to be considered improper
and therefore dangerous. The manufacturer accepts no liability for
situations arising from the use of an electrical installation which
does not conform to the local standards and regulations in force
and in particular when the earthing circuit is not efficient.
It is the responsibility of the installer to make sure that the following
public safety conditions are satisfied:
1) Ensure that the boom operating installation is far enough away from
the main road to eliminate possible traffic disruptions.
2) In its vertical movement the boom must not come into contact with
overhead cables and other such obstacles.
3) The boom operator is designed for use on passageways through
which vehicles are passing. Pedestrians should use a separate
entrance.
4) The boom must be in full view when it is operating therefore controls
must be situated in a position where the operator can see the boom
at all times.
5) At least two warning signs (similar to the example on the right) should
be placed, where they can be easily seen by the public, in the area
of the system of automatic operation. One inside the property and
one on the public side of the installation.
These signs must be indelible and not hidden by any objects (such
as tree branches, decorative fencing etc.).
6) Make sure that the end-user is aware that children
and/or pets must not be allowed to play within the
area of an automatic installation. If possible include
this in the warning signs.
7) A correct earth connection is fundamental in order
to guarantee the electrical safety of the machine
8) If you have any questions about the safety of the
barrier operating system, do not install the operator.

OPENING THE ACCESS DOOR (fig.8)
To open the door giving access to the internal components loosen
the two grub screws "E" (situated laterally in the top corners) using
a 3 mm hexagonal key.
Open the access door and if necessary pull upwards to release it
from the two plastic hinges "F" located at the bottom.
Attention! Be careful because the warning lamp bulb is fastened
on the inner side of the access door ( see "warning light" instruc-
tions).
To close the door, insert the two plastic hinges, located at the
bottom, into the grooves on the access door and when the sides are
flush fitting to the cabinet fasten down the two grub screws "E".
OPENING THE TOP COVER (fig.7)
After having opened and removed the front access panel, loosen
the grub screw "H" and lower the plate "G". Using a posidrive
screwdriver "M" remove the two self-tapping screws "L" and
dismantle the top cover.
ASSEMBLING THE BOOM (fig.5)
Work out the orientation of the hub (pos 2, fig.2) depending on
which direction the barrier has to open:
- closing to the left (fig.5A);
- closing to the right (fig.5B);
Fasten down the hub "N" to the bar holder arm using the screw
"P".
Insert the hub of the bar holder arm onto the threaded shaft "Q" of
the geared motor, keeping the bar in a vertical position.
Using a rubber mallet make sure the hub is well fastened down
and tighten into place using the screw "J" (M8x35).
Fastening torque 30Nm.
With a hexagonal key fasten the hub to the threaded shaft using
the screw "R" (fig. 5A, 5B). Fastening torque 30Nm.
ADJUSTING THE OPENING/CLOSING TRAVEL LIMITS
The deceleration microswitches have been factory set as described
in note B pag.7 of the instruction manual ZVL411.02 (referring to
the electronic programmer) supplied together with this manual.
Therefore if the barrier is to be positioned to the right of the pas-
sageway no adjustment is necessary.
It may be necessary to adjust the mechanical stops "T" and "U"
(fig.6) of the lever "S" with the bar in a vertical position 90° and in
a horizontal position 0°.
Therefore if the barrier is to be positioned to the left of the pas-
sageway the deceleration cam will have to be repositioned as well
as adjusting the mechanical stops "T" and "U". Read the paragraph
"POSITIONING THE UNIT"
Releasing the gate should only be carried out when the motor has
stopped because of blackouts.
Remove the front panel (fig.8) to access the release mechanism.
See instructions "Opening the access door".
Releasing the bar
Press the lever "V" until it reaches the released position (fig.9B)
where it will remain thanks to an anti return mechanism.
Attention! The boom is not balanced and must be held
during manual release
Locking the bar
Slightly force the lever "V" from the release position to overcome
the anti return mechanism.
The return to the blocked position (fig.9B) is carried out auto-
matically by a spring. The cogs within the geared motor may not
necessarily slot together straight away.
They can however easily be locked together by moving the bar
slightly.
The appliance is factory assem-
bled for an installation to the
right of the passageway. For
installations to the left of the
passageway invert the motor
power supply cables (pos. "CN3")
and the travel limit cables (pos. "10"
and "11") while the travel limit neutral wire
remains in the same position.
• Carry out several trial manoeuvres in the "MANUAL" mode to
make sure the barrier works correctly. (see instruction manual
ZVL411.02).
FITTING THE CORD TO THE ACCESS DOOR (fig.10)
To make sure the access door doesn’t accidentally fall after it has
been opened you have to wire a piece of cord (supplied with the
appliance) between the cabinet and the door. To assemble it pro-
ceed as follows:
- first of all assemble the cord as shown in figure "10A" and "10B"
with the two identical grips "W" and "X" which can be loosened
or tightened using the self-tapping 3,5x13 screw pos. "Z";
- fasten the end "W" to the barrier cabinet e.g. to the right-hand
upright as indicated by the arrow in the drawing;
- then fasten the other end "X" to the rib structure of the access
door.
CUTTING THE BOOM
If the installation requires the boom to be shortened; make sure cut
the end which is not going to be inserted into the boom holder.
WARNING LIGHTS
The movement indicator light is located inside the barrier on the
middle part of the access door (fig.8, pos.K).
Lamp type: sphere bulb 24V-25W with an E14-clear connector.
The lamp holder is fixed to the door using a clip which can easily
be extracted.
Attention! Once you have disconnected the lamp holder lay it down
carefully in a safe position where it cannot be damaged.
Before connecting the appliance make sure that the voltage rated
on the data plate conforms to that of the mains supply.
WARNING! An all pole trip switch with a least 3mm
between the contacts must be installed between the unit and
the mains supply.
• Connect the command and safety device wires.
• Fasten the power cable to the programmer so that both the
power wires and the sheath are well blocked by the supplied
cable clamp.
• Do not use cables with aluminium conductors; do not solder the
ends of cables which are to be inserted into the binding posts;
use cables which are marked T min 85°C and are resistant to
atmospheric agents.
• The terminal wires must be positioned in such a way that both
the wire and the insulating sheath are tightly fastened. You may
use a cable jubilee clip or similar.

ATTENTION
- Moteur 24V courant continu avec vis sans fin en acier.
- Capot en matière plastique antichoc.
- Pièces du système de déverrouillage en matière plastique ren-
forcée.
- Réducteur avec engrenages en acier sous boîtier constitué de
deux demi-coques en aluminium moulé sous pression.
- Étriers de support du moteur en acier galvanisé.
- Éléments du bras porte-lisse en aluminium moulé sous pres-
sion.
- Lubrification permanente par graisse fluide.
- Fût de la barrière en profilés d’aluminium extrudé peints.
- Clignoteur incorporé en standard.
Durant la manœuvre, contrôler le mouvement de la lisse et action-
ner, en cas de danger, le dispositif d’arrêt d’urgence (STOP).
En cas de coupure de courant, la lisse peut être déverrouillée
manuellement (voir déverrouillage manuel à la page 14).
ATTENTION: la lisse n’étant pas équilibrée, elle devra être
accompagnée manuellement en cas de déverrouillage.
En cas de panne ou de mauvais fonctionnement, mettre l’appareil
hors tension et contacter le service d’assistance technique.
Contrôler régulièrement le fonctionnement des dispositifs de
sécurité (cellules photoélectriques, etc ...).
Les éventuelles réparations devront être effectuées par un per-
sonnel spécialisé qui devra prendre soin de monter exclusivement
des pièces détachées d’origine et certifiées. L’automatisme est
adapté à une activation continue (voir caractéristiques techniques
page 20).
• L’organe de commande minimum requis est une boîte à boutons
OUVERTURE-STOP-FERMETURE; celle-ci devra être installée
impérativement hors de portée de mineurs, notamment des
enfants, et hors du rayon d’action de la barrière.
• Le terrain doit être tel à pouvoir supporter sans problème l’assise
en béton sur laquelle sera placée la plaque de base avec les
pattes de scellement.
• Il convient de protéger le fût de la barrière des chocs qui pour-
raient éventuellement être causés par les véhicules passant à
proximité.
• Prévoir le parcours des câbles en fonction des dispositifs de
commande et de sécurité imposés par les normes en vigueur
(voir exemple d’installation fig.1 page 2).
FIXATION DU DISPOSITIF
- préparer une assise en béton où il faudra placer la plaque de
base "A" avec les pattes de scellement. De cette plaque devront
saillir les conduits pour le passage des câbles électriques "B",
à travers l’ouverture prévue à cet effet, et quatre tiges filetées
M8; celles-ci devront dépasser de 30 mm;
- la plaque devra être parfaitement à niveau et propre. S’assurer
de la verticalité des tiges filetées M8 qui saillent de la plaque et
de leur propreté.
N.B. Il est conseillé de faire dépasser l’assise d’environ 50mm
du sol pour éviter d’endommager l’appareil en cas de flaques
d’eau.
• Ensuite, procéder à l’installation de la barrière en observant les
instructions suivantes:
- dévisser les quatre écrous indesserrables "D" sur les quatre
tiges filetées (utiliser pour bloquer les pattes de scellement) et
y placer la base "C" de la barrière. Après quoi, la fixer au moyen
des quatre écrous indesserrables "D" et les rondelles fournies
en dotation;
- la fixation de la base de la barrière peut s’effectuer même sur
un sol en béton existant à condition que son épaisseur soit telle
à garantir la prise de la cheville et qu’il soit bien fait. Cheville
conseillée: "Cheville d’ancrage en acier M8/d.14 pour utilisation
lourde".
• Ce livret est destiné à des personnes titulaires d'un certificat
d'aptitude professionnelle pour l'installation des "APPAREILS
ÉLECTRIQUES" et requiert une bonne connaissance de la tech-
nique appliquée professionnellement, ainsi que des normes en
vigueur. Les matériels utilisés doivent être certifiés et être adaptés
aux conditions atmosphériques du lieu d'implantation.
• Les travaux de maintenance ne doivent être effectués que par un
personnel qualifié. Avant une quelconque opération de nettoyage
ou de maintenance, mettre l'appareil hors tension.
• Les appareils décrits dans ce livret ne doivent être destinés qu’à
l’utilisation pour laquelle ils ont été expressément conçus à savoir:

dispositif est indiqué pour la régulation des véhicules sur pas-
sage d’une largeur nette de 3m.
• Tous les modèles sont applicables aussi bien à droite qu’à gauche
du passage.
• Ce produit a été étudié et construit entièrement par la Sté Cardin
Elettronica qui a pris soin de vérifier la conformité de ses carac-
téristiques avec les exigences des normes en vigueur.
Une diverse utilisation des produits ou leur destination à un usage
différent de celui prévu et/ou conseillé n'a pas été expérimentée
par le Constructeur. Par conséquent, les travaux effectués sont
entièrement sous la responsabilité de l'installateur. Le Construc-
teur décline toute responsabilité en cas d'installation électrique
non conforme aux normes en vigueur, notamment en cas de circuit
de protection (mise à terre) inefficace.
Il appartient à l’installateur de vérifier les conditions de sécurité
ci-dessous:
1) L’installation doit se trouver suffisamment loin de la route pour ne pas cons-
tituer de risque pour la circulation;
2) Pendant que la barrière s’ouvre, la lisse ne doit pas heurter de câbles aériens
ou un quelconque autre obstacle;
3) La barrière levante automatisé est affecté principalement au passage de
véhicules. Si possible, prévoir une entrée séparée pour les piétons;
4) Les organes de commande doivent être placés de façon qu’ils soient bien
en vue et hors du rayon d’action du barrière levante. En outre, ceux placés
à l’extérieur doivent être protégés contre les actes de vandalisme;
5) Il est conseillé de signaler l’automatisation du portail par des panneaux de
signalisation (comme celui indiqué en figure) placés bien en vue.
Dans l’hypothèse où l’automatisme serait affecté exclusivement au passage
de véhicules, il faudra prévoir deux panneaux d’interdiction de passage aux
piétons (l’un à l’intérieur et l’autre à l’extérieur);
6) Faire prendre conscience à l’utilisateur du fait que les enfants et les animaux
domestiques ne doivent pas jouer ou stationner à proximité du barrière
levante. Si nécessaire, l’indiquer sur le panneau;
7) Pour garantir la sécurité électrique, il est impératif de
brancher l’appareil à la prise de terre.
8) En cas d’un quelconque doute sur la sécurité de l’ins-
tallation, interrompre la pose et contacter le distributeur
du matériel.

OUVERTURE DE LA PORTE (fig.8)
Pour ouvrir la porte et pouvoir accéder aux organes internes de la
barrière, il est nécessaire de dévisser, au moyen d’une clé hexago-
nale de 3mm, les deux vis sans tête "E", situées des deux côtés
de la partie haute de la porte, jusqu’à l’arrêt qui leur empêche de
tomber de leur siège. Ensuite, ouvrir et tirer vers le haut, s’il en
est besoin, de façon à dégager les deux charnières en plastique
"F" placées sur la base.
ATTENTION! La lampe du clignoteur étant fixée à l’intérieur de
la porte, faire attention à ne pas la casser (voir instructions "cli-
gnoteur").
Pour refermer la porte, engager les deux charnières en plastique
"F" sur la base, et insérer les angles inférieurs de la porte dans
les rainures correspondantes de l’élément et ensuite les parties
latérales de la porte sur toute la hauteur. Après quoi, serrer à fond
les vis sans tête "E".
OUVERTURE DU CAPOT (fig.7)
Après avoir ouvert et démonté la porte, abaisser les plaquettes
"G" après avoir desserré la vis sans tête "H". Au moyen d’un
tournevis cruciforme "M", enlever les deux vis-tarauds "L" et
démonter le capot.
MONTAGE DE LA LISSE (fig.5)
Déterminer l’orientation du moyeu (pos.2, fig. 2) en fonction du
sens de fermeture de la lisse:
- fermeture vers la gauche (fig. 5A);
- fermeture vers la droite (fig. 5B).
Ensuite, fixer le moyeu "N" au bras porte-lisse au moyen de la
vis "P".
Engager le moyeu du bras porte-lisse dans l’arbre rainuré "Q" du
motoréducteur tout en maintenant la lisse en position verticale.
Introduire le moyeu jusqu’à la butée au moyen d’un maillet en
caoutchouc et le fixer au moyen de la vis "J" (M8x35), couple de
serrage 30Nm.
Fixer le moyeu à l’arbre rainuré du motoréducteur par la vis "R"
(fig.5A, 5B) à l’aide d’une clé hexagonale de 6mm, couple de
serrage 30Nm.
RÉGLAGE FINS DE COURSE EN OUVERTURE/
FERMETURE
Les micro-interrupteurs de ralentissement ont été réglés en usine
ainsi qu’il est décrit à la note "B" page 7 du livret d’instructions
ZVL411.02 (inhérent au programmateur électronique), fourni avec
le présent livret. Il n’est donc pas nécessaire de les régler si la
barrière est montée à droite du passage. Il faudra peut-être régler
les butées mécaniques "T" et "U" (fig.6) inhérentes à l’arrêt du levier
"S" avec lisse en position verticale à 90° et en position horizontale
à 0°. Par contre, si la barrière est montée à gauche du passage,
il est nécessaire de repositionner les cames de ralentissement et
de régler les butées "T" et "U". En outre, consulter les consignes
du paragraphe:
"INSTRUCTIONS SUR LA MISE EN PLACE DU GROUPE".
Le déverrouillage se fait seulement avec moteur arrêté à cause
d’une coupure de courant.
Pour pouvoir accéder au mécanisme de déverrouillage, il est néces-
saire d’ouvrir la porte (fig.8). Voir les instructions pour l’ouverture
de la porte.
Pour déverrouiller
Agir directement sur le levier "V" jusqu’à atteindre la position de
déverrouillage (fig.9B), où il restera accroché grâce à un arrêt
anti-retour.
ATTENTION: la lisse n’étant pas équilibrée, elle devra être
accompagnée manuellement en cas de déverrouillage.
Pour verrouiller
Déplacer le levier "V" de sa position de déverrouillage (fig. 9B) afin
de libérer l’arrêt anti-retour qui le maintient dans cette position, en
exerçant une légère pression dans le sens opposé. Le retour en
position de verrouillage (fig.9A) se produit automatiquement par
effet d’un ressort. Le remise en prise des dents de l’engrenage, à
l’intérieur du motoréducteur, peut ne pas être immédiat. Pour que
la mise en prise se fasse immédiatement, déplacer légèrement la
lisse de cette position.

montage à GAUCHE, intervertir
les câbles d’alimentation du
moteur ("CN3") et les câbles
des fins de course (position
"10" et "11"); le commun du fin
de course (position "9") reste à sa
place.
• S’assurer du bon fonctionnement de la barrière en faisant
quelques essais en mode MANUEL (voir livret d’instructions
ZVL411.02).
APPLICATION DU CÂBLE À LA PORTE (fig.10)
Pour éviter une chute accidentelle de la porte après l’avoir ouverte,
il est nécessaire de la relier à la partie fixe de la barrière au moyen
du câble fourni en dotation. Pour l’application du câble, procéder
de la façon suivante:
- monter avant tout le câble, ainsi qu’il est illustré sur les figures
10A et 10B, muni, aux extrémités, des deux éléments de serrage
"W" et "X" de même forme, qui peuvent être desserrés ou serrés
au moyen de la vis-taraud 3,5x13 (pos. "Z");
- fixer l’extrémité "W" à la partie fixe de la barrière, par exemple
sur le montant droit, en partie haute, ainsi qu’il est indiqué;
- ensuite, fixer l’extrémité "X" à la porte, sur la nervure interne.
DÉCOUPE DE LA LISSE
Dans l’hypothèse où il faudrait raccourcir la lisse, il est conseillé
de la couper vers la fin du tuyau, c’est-à-dire la partie opposée
au bras porte-lisse.
CLIGNOTEUR
La lampe de signalisation de la manœuvre est fixée à l’intérieur de
la barrière, sur la partie haute, au centre de la porte (fig.8, pos.K).
Ampoule utilisée: ampoule globe 24V-25W avec culot E14 - claire.
Le porte-ampoule est fixé à la porte par clippage pour pouvoir
l’enlever et le fixer rapidement. Attention: une fois que le porte-
ampoule a été décroché de son support, déposer l’ampoule à un
endroit sûr, à l’abri de chocs pour ne pas l’endommager.
• Avant d’effectuer le branchement électrique, contrôler que la
tension et la fréquence indiquées sur la plaquette signalétique
correspondent aux données du réseau d’alimentation électri-
que.
Il est indispensable d’interposer, entre l’armoire de
commande et le réseau d’alimentation, un interrupteur
omnipolaire avec ouverture des contacts d’au moins 3mm.
• Brancher les fils des commandes et ceux qui proviennent des
dispositifs de sécurité.
• Brancher le câble d’alimentation à l’armoire de commande en
veillant à bien serrer le presse-étoupe.
• Ne pas utiliser de câble avec conducteurs en aluminium; ne pas
étamer l’extrémité des fils à brancher sur le bornier; utiliser un
câble marqué T min. 85°C et résistant aux agents atmosphé-
riques.
• Les conducteurs devront être fixés à proximité des borniers de
telle façon que la fixation maintienne aussi bien l’isolation que
le conducteur (il suffit d’un collier).

- 24V-Gleichstrommotor mit Schneckenschraube aus Stahl.
- Schutzgehäuse aus stossfestem Kunststoffmaterial.
- Entriegelungsteile aus verstärktem Kunststoffmaterial.
- Untersetzungsgetriebe mit Stahlzahnrädern in Druckgussaluminium-
halbschale eingeschlossen.
- Motorhaltebügel aus verzinktem Stahl;
- Schlagbaumträgerarm-Einzelteile aus Druckgussaluminium;
- Dauerschmierung durch Flüssigfett.
- Schrankenkörper aus fliessgepressten, lackierten Aluminium-Profi-
len;
- Serienmäßig eingebautes Blinklicht.
Während der Bedienung sollte die Bewegung des Balkens beobachtet
werden. Bei Gefahr muss die Notstopvorrichtung (STOP) betätigt werden.
Im Notfall kann der Balken von Hand entriegelt werden (siehe manuelle
Entriegelung S.16).
ACHTUNG: Der Balken ist nicht ausbalanciert und muss bei
Entriegelung mit der Hand geführt werden.
Im Falle von Störungen oder Unregelmäßigkeiten beim Betrieb ist die
Stromversorgung vor dem Einlass in die Apparatur zu unterbrechen und
der technische Kundendienst zu rufen. Die Funktionstüchtigkeit der Sicher-
heitsvorrichtungen (Lichtschranken, usw.) ist periodisch zu kontrollieren.
Eventuelle Reparaturen sind von Fachpersonal und unter Verwendung von
zertifizierten Originalersatzteilen auszuführen. Die Automatisierung ist für
den Dauerbetrieb geeignet (siehe technische Eigenschaften Seite 20).
• Die Minimalbefehle, die installiert werden können, sind OFFNEN-STOP-
SCHLIESSEN. Diese Befehle müssen von einer Stelle ausführbar sein,
die sich außerhalb des Aktionsradiuses der Schranke befindet und für
Kinder und Minderjährige unzugänglich ist.
• Der Boden muss so beschaffen sein, dass der Halt der Fundament-
platte, in die die Grundplatte mit den Befestigungsankern eingesetzt
wird, gewährleistet ist
• Der Schrankenkörper ist möglichst vor den eventuell durch die durch-
fahrenden Fahrzeuge verursachten Stöße zu schützen.
• Den Kabelverlauf gemäß den Installationserfordernissen der Steuer-
und Sicherheitsvorrichtungen gemäß den Sicherheitsnormen (siehe
Anlagenart Abb.1, S.2) vorbereiten.
BEFESTIGUNG DER VORRICHTUNG (Abb.4)
- die Stelle mit Beton ausgießen, in den die Grundplatte "A" mit den
daran befindlichen Verankerungen eingelegt wird. Aus der Grundplatte
sollten die Röhren für die Verlegung der elektrischen Kabel "B" aus
der dafür vorgesehenen Öffnung und die vier 30 mm hervorstehenden
M8-Gewindestifte herausragen;
- die Grundplatte sollte vollkommen waagerecht und auf der gesamten
Oberfläche sauber sein.
Aus der Grundplatte müssen die M8-Gewindestifte senkrecht heraus-
stehenden und vollkommen sauber sein.
Hinweis: Es ist ratsam, dass die Betonebene zirka 50mm über die
Bodenoberfläche herausragt, so dass das Ansammeln von Wasser,
das die Apparatur schädigen könnte, vermieden wird.
• Danach wie nachstehend beschrieben mit der Installation der Schranke
fortfahren:
- die vier selbstblockierenden Schraubenmuttern "D" von den vier
Gewindestiften abschrauben (sie dienten zur Befestigung der Veran-
kerungen) und die Schrankenbasis "C" aufsetzen. Diese dann mit den
vier selbstblockierenden Schraubenmuttern "D" und den mitgelieferten
Unterlegescheiben befestigen:
- die Schrankenbasis kann auch auf einer schon bestehenden Betonflä-
che angebracht werden, wenn diese eine gute Qualität hat und deren
Bodenstärke einen guten Halt des Dübels gewährleistet.
Empfohlener Dübel: "Stahlanker M8/d.14 für Schwerbelastung".
BETRIEBSANLEITUNGEN
• Das vorliegende Handbuch wendet sich an Personen, die zur Installation
von "ELEKTROGERÄTEN" befähigt sind und setzt gute technische Kennt-
nisse und die Kenntnis der geltenden Vorschriften voraus. Die verwendeten
Materialien müssen zertifiziert sein und für die Umweltbedingungen der
Installation geeignet sein.
• Die Wartungsarbeiten müssen von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal ausge-
führt werden. Bevor irgendwelche Säuberungs- oder Wartungsarbeiten
ausgeführt werden, ist die Apparatur vom Stromnetz zu trennen.
• Die hier beschriebenen Geräte dürfen nur für die Verwendung eingesetzt
werden, für die sie ausdrücklich konzipiert wurden, d.h. "Die Durchfahrts-
kontrolle von Fahrzeugen". Die Vorrichtung eignet sich zur Kontrolle von
Durchfahrten mit einer Weite von bis zu 3m.
• Die Vorrichtung kann sowohl auf der rechten als auch auf der linken Seite
der Durchfahrt befestigt werden.
• Dieses Produkt wurde in allen seinen Teilen von der Cardin Elettronica
entwickelt und hergestellt und von ihr bezüglich dessen perfekte Über-
einstimmung mit den geltenden Bestimmungen überprüft.
Die Anwendung und Nutzung der Produkte zu einem anderen Zweck, als
es vorgesehen und/oder geraten wurde, ist nicht vom Hersteller erprobt
worden. Die Installationsarbeiten erfolgen daher unter der vollständigen
Verantwortung des Installateurs. Der Hersteller lehnt jegliche Verantwortung
ab, wenn die elektrische Anlage nicht den geltenden Richtlinien entspricht
und insbesondere wenn der Schutzkreislauf (Erdung) nicht leistungsfähig
ist.
Es unterliegt der Verantwortung des Installateurs, die nachstehenden Sicher-
heitsbedingungen zu überprüfen:
1) Die Installation sollte einen ausreichenden Abstand von der Strasse
haben, so dass sie keine Gefahr für den Strassenverkehr darstellt.
2) Der Balken darf während seiner senkrechten Bewegung nicht gegen
Freileitungen oder andere Hindernisse schlagen.
3) Die Schranke ist prinzipiell für die Durchfahrt von Autos konzipiert worden.
Wenn möglich sollte für die Fußgänger ein eigener Eingang geschaffen
werden.
4) Die Bedienungsschalter sollten gut sichtbar aber außerhalb des Akti-
ons-radiuses des Balkens installiert werden. Desweiteren sollten die
aussen installierten Bedienungsschalter durch eine Schutzvorrichtung
vor unzulässiger Bedienung geschützt werden.
5) Es ist wichtig die Schranke durch gut sichtbare Hinweisschilder (wie in
der Abbildung angezeigt) kenntlich zu machen. Falls die Automatisierung
nur für die Durchfahrt von Autos vorgesehen ist, müssen zwei Schilder
mit dem Hinweis auf Durchgangsverbot für Fußgänger intern und extern
angebracht werden.
6) Der Benutzer sollte sich bewusst sein, dass Kinder
oder Haustiere nicht an der Schranke spielen oder
verweilen dürfen. Falls nötig sollte dies auf dem
Hinweisschild angezeigt werden.
7) Die Güte des Erdungsanschlusses der Apparatur ist
fundamental für die Sicherheit der Elektrik.
8) Bei irgendwelchen Zweifeln bezüglich der Sicherheit
bei der Installation, die Arbeit einstellen und sich an
den Vertrieb der Produkte wenden.

Die Apparatur wurde im Werk für
die Installation auf der RECHTEN
SEITE der Durchfahrt zusammen-
gebaut.
Für eine Installation auf der LINKEN
SEITE müssen die Stromversor-
gungskabel des Motors ("CN3") und
die Kabel der Endschalter (Position
"10" und "11") umgekehrt werden, wäh-
rend das gemeinsame Kabel des Endschalters (Position "9") an seiner
Stelle bleibt.
• Durch Ausführung einiger Betätigungen in der Betriebsweise "MANUELL"
den ordentlichen Betrieb des Balkens überprüfen (siehe Bedienungsan-
leitung ZVL411.02).
ANBRINGUNG DES HALTESEILS AN DER VERKLEIDUNG
(Abb.10)
Um zu vermeiden, dass die Verkleidung nach deren Abnahme herunterfällt,
muss diese mit dem mitgelieferten Seil mit dem feststehenden Teil der
Schranke verbunden werden. Zur Montage ist in der folgenden Weise zu
verfahren:
- Zuerst müssen an die beiden Enden des Seils die baugleichen Klemmba-
cken "W" und "X" wie in der Abbildung 10A und 10B angezeigt montiert
werden. Die Klemmbacken können mittels der selbstschneidenden
Schraube 3,5x13 Pos. "Z" gelockert oder fest geschlossen werden.
- Das Seilende mit der Klemmbacke "W" mit dem feststehenden Teil der
Schranke, z.B. am Träger rechts oben wie angezeigt, verbinden.
- Dann das andere Seilende mit der Klemmbacke "X" an der internen
Rippe der Verkleidung befestigen.
KÜRZUNG DES BALKENS
Falls bei der Installation die Kürzung des Balkens notwendig wird, sollte
der Schnitt am äußersten Ende des Rohres also auf der dem Schlagbaum-
trägerarm entgegengesetzten Seite erfolgen.
BLINKLICHT
Die Lampe zur Bewegungsanzeige ist im oberen zentralen Bereich der Ver-
kleidung des Schrankenkörpers untergebracht (Abb.8, Pos.K). Verwendete
Glühbirne: Glühbirne 24V-25W mit hellem E14-Anschluss.
Der Lampenträger ist an der Verkleidung mit einem Clip zum schnellen
ein- und aushaken angebracht. Achtung: Nachdem Aushaken des Lam-
penträgers aus der Verkleidung sollte die Lampe zur Vermeidung ihres
Brechens vorsichtig an einem sicheren, vor Stößen geschützten Platz
niedergelegt werden.
• Vor der Ausführung des Elektroanschlusses sicherstellen, dass die auf
dem Typenschild angegebene Spannung und Frequenz mit denen der
elektrischen Stromversorgung übereinstimmen.
Zwischen der Steuereinheit und dem Stromnetz muss ein
allpoliger Schalter mit einem Öffnungsabstand zwischen den Kontak-
ten von mindestens 3mm zwischengeschaltet werden.
• Die Drähte der Steuereinheit und der Sicherheitsvorrichtungen anschlie-
ßen.
• Das Stromversorgungskabel an die Steuereinheit anschließen und die
Kabelzwinge angemessen zuschrauben.
• Kein Kabel mit Alu-leiter verwenden; die in die Anschlussklemmleiste
einzuführenden Kabelenden nicht verzinnen; Kabel mit der Markierung
"T min 85°C, wetterbeständig" verwenden.
• Die Leiter müssen angemessen in der Nähe der Anschlussklemmleiste
so befestigt werden, dass sowohl die Isolierung als auch der Leiter
festsitzen (ein Kabelband ist ausreichend).
ANLEITUNG ZUR POSITIONIERUNG DER BAUGRUPPE
ABNAHME DER VERKLEIDUNG (Abb.8)
Zur Abnahme der Verkleidung und zwecks Zugriff zu den internen Antrieb-
sorganen der Schranke müssen die zwei kopflosen Schrauben "E" an den
seitlichen oberen Ecken der Verkleidung mit dem 3mm-Sechskantschlüs-
sel bis zum Anschlag, der ein gänzliches Herausschrauben verhindert,
losgeschraubt werden.
Dann die Verkleidung herausziehen und falls nötig sie dazu nach oben
zum Auszug der beiden an der Basis befindlichen Kunststoffscharniere
"F" ziehen.
ACHTUNG! Die Lampe des Blinklichtes ist auf der Innenseite der Ver-
kleidung befestigt. Es muss deshalb vorsichtig verfahren werden (siehe
Anleitung "Blinklicht").
Zum Schließen der Verkleidung die beiden Kunststoffscharniere "F" unten
einführen und darauf achten, dass die unteren seitlichen Ecken der Verklei-
dung zuerst in die entsprechenden Furchen der Säule eingeführt werden
und dann die seitlichen Kanten der Verkleidung auf der gesamten Höhe
einführen und die Stellschrauben "E" wieder festdrehen.
ÖFFNEN DER ABDECKHAUBE (Abb.7)
Nachdem die Verkleidung abmontiert worden ist, die Plättchen "G" nach
dem Lösen der Stellschraube "H" herablassen. Mit einem Kreuzschlitz-
schraubenzieher "M" die beiden selbstschneidenden Schrauben "L"
losschrauben und die Haube abnehmen.
MONTAGE DES BALKENS (Abb.5)
Die Ausrichtung der Nabe (Pos. 2, Abb. 2) entsprechend der Schließrich-
tung des Balkens bestimmen:
- Schließung nach links (Abb. 5A);
- oder nach rechts (Abb. 5B);
Dann die Nabe "N" an den Balkenträgerarm mit der Schraube "P" befes-
tigen. Die Nabe des Balkenträgerarms in die Keilwelle "Q" des Getrie-
bemotors einführen, wozu der Balken in senkrechter Stellung gehalten
werden muss.
Die Nabe bis zum Anschlag mit der Keilwelle mit einem Gummihammer
bringen und dann mit der Schraube "J" (M8x35) befestigen, Anzugsmo-
ment 30Nm.
Die Nabe nun an der Keilwelle des Getriebemotors mit der Schraube "R"
(Abb. 5A, 5B) mittels des 6mm-Sechskantschlüssel blockieren, Anzugs-
moment 30Nm.
EINSTELLUNG DER ENDANSCHLÄGE ÖFFNEN/SCHLIESSEN
Die Mikroschalter für die Verlangsamung wurden, wie auf Seite 7, Anmer-
kung "B" der Bedienungsanleitung ZVL411.02 (der elektronischer Steu-
erung), die zusammen mit dem vorliegenden Handbuch geliefert wurde,
im Werk eingestellt und müssen deshalb nicht eingestellt werden, wenn
die Schranke auf der rechten Seite der Durchfahrt steht.
Es müssen allerdings die mechanischen Endanschläge "T" und "U" (Abb.
6) für den Anschlag des Hebels "S" bei senkrechtem (90°) Balken und bei
waagerechtem (0°) Balken eingestellt werden.
Befindet sich die Schranke jedoch auf der linken Seite der Durchfahrt, wird
über die Einstellung der mechanischen Endanschläge "T" und "U" hinaus
auch die Neupositionierung der Bremsnocken notwendig.
Desweiteren sollten die Empfehlungen im Kapitel "ANLEITUNG ZUR
POSITIONIERUNG DER BAUGRUPPE" beachtet werden.
Die Entriegelung darf nur bei wegen Stromausfall stillstehendem Motor
ausgeführt werden. Zwecks Zugriff zum Entriegelungsmechanismus muss
die vordere Verkleidung abgenommen werden (Abb.8). Siehe Anleitung
für die Abnahme der Verkleidung.
Entriegelung
Den Hebel "V" betätigen, bis die Entriegelungsstellung erreicht ist
(Abb.9B), in der er mittels einer Sperrung eingerastet verbleibt.
ACHTUNG: Der Balken ist nicht ausbalanciert und muss deshalb
bei der Entriegelung mit der Hand geführt werden.
Blockierung
Den Hebel "V" mit leichter Kraftanwendung zur Überwindung der Sper-
rung, die ihn in der befindlichen Entriegelungsstellung (Abb.9B) hält, in
die gegenüber vorher entgegengesetzte Richtung betätigen.
Die Rückkehr in die Blockierstellung (Abb.9A) erfolgt mittels einer Feder
automatisch. Das Wiedereinhaken der Getriebezahnräder innerhalb des
Getriebemotors erfolgt nicht immer sofort, kann aber sogleich durch eine
leichte Bewegung des Balkens von dieser Position erreicht werden.

• Este manual se dirige a personas habilitadas para la instalación de
"aparatos utilizadores de energía eléctrica" y exige el buen conoci-
miento de la técnica, realizada profesionalmente, y de la normativa
vigente. Los materiales utilizados deben estar certificados y ser
idóneos para las condiciones ambientales de instalación.
• Las operaciones de mantenimiento deben ser llevadas a cabo
por personal cualificado. Antes de realizar cualquier operación
de limpieza o mantenimiento, desconectar el equipo de la red de
alimentación eléctrica.
• Los equipos detallados en este manual de instrucciones se deben
destinar únicamente al uso para el cual han sido expresamente
concebidos: "El control del paso de vehículos". El dispositivo
es adecuado para la selección de paso de vehículos de hasta
3m de luz neta.
• La aplicación para todos los modelos es posible tanto a la izda.
como a la dcha. de la abertura de paso.
• Este producto ha sido diseñado y fabricado en todas sus piezas
por la empresa Cardin Elettronica, que ha comprobado su per-
fecta coincidencia de sus características con lo que dispone la
normativa vigente.
El uso de los productos y su destino para usos diferentes a aquéllos
previstos y/o aconsejados, no ha sido probado por el fabricante,
por tanto los trabajos ejecutados están sometidos a la total res-
ponsabilidad del instalador. El fabricante no se responsabiliza si
la instalación eléctrica no es conforme con las normas vigentes
y en especial si el circuito de protección (tierra) no es eficiente.
Es el instalador quien tiene que comprobar las siguientes condi-
ciones de seguridad:
1) La instalación debe estar lo suficientemente apartada de la carre-
tera como para no constituir un peligro para la circulación.
2) Cuando la asta se está trasladando hacia arriba no debe entrar
en conflicto con cables eléctricos o otras obstrucciones.
3) La barrera motorizada está principalmente adhibida al paso de
vehículos. Donde sea posible, disponer una entrada separada
para los peatones.
4) Los mandos deben estar colocados a la vista, pero no dentro del
radio de acción de la barrera; además los que están instalados al
exterior se tienen que proteger con un dispositivo de seguridad
a fin de prevenir su uso no autorizado.
5) Es buena regla señalar la automatización mediante las placas de
advertencia (similares a la de la figura) que debe estar fácilmente
visible. Si la automatización está adhibida únicamente al paso
de vehículos se tienen que poner dos placas de advertencia de
prohibición de paso peatonal (una al interior y otra al exterior).
6) Enterar al usuario de que los niños o los animales domésticos no
deben jugar ni estacionar cerca de la barrera.
De ser necesario, indicarlo en la placa.
7) La calidad del conexionado de puesta a tierra
del sistema es fundamental para los fines de la
seguridad eléctrica.
8) En caso de dudas sobre la seguridad de la insta-
lación, no proceder, sino dirigirse al distribuidor
de los productos.
DESCRIPCIÓN TÉCNICA
710/EL3024
Barrera electromecánica con motor 24Vdc provista de electrónica
a bordo, con baterías tampón y con las funciones automática,
semiautomática, limitación del par y decodificación radio S449.
716/EL3024A
Barra d.60mm x 3000mm de largo provista de brazo de soporte
de la barra para la conexión con la barrera.
- Motor 24Vdc corriente continua con tornillo sin fin en acero.
- Cárter protector en plástico resistente a golpes.
- Detalles del dispositivo de desbloqueo en plástico reforzado.
- Reductor con engranajes de acero encerrados en semicascos
de aluminio moldeado a presión.
- Estribos de soporte del motor en acero galvanizado;
- Detalles del brazo de soporte de la barra en aluminio colado a
presión;
- Lubricación con grasa fluida de por vida.
- Cuerpo barrera en perfil de aluminio extrusionado pintado;
- Luz intermitente incorporada de serie.
Durante la maniobra se tiene que comprobar el movimiento de la
barra y accionar el dispositivo de parada inmediata (STOP) en caso
de peligro. En caso de emergencia la barra se puede desbloquear
manualmente (véase desbloqueo manual, pág.18).
CUIDADO: la barra no está equilibrada, se la tendrá que
acompañar manualmente en caso de desbloqueo.
En caso de avería o funcionamiento incorrecto, desconectar la ali-
mentación eléctrica antes del equipo y contactar con el servicio de
asistencia técnica. Comprobar periódicamente el funcionamiento
de los dispositivos de seguridad (fotocélulas, etc.). Las reparaciones
eventuales deben ser realizadas por personal cualificado, utilizando
materiales originales y certificados. El uso de la automatización es
idóneo para el accionamiento continuo (ver características técnicas
en página 20).
• Los mandos mínimos que se pueden instalar son APERTURA-
STOP-CIERRE; estos mandos deben estar colocados en un lugar
no accesible para los niños o menores y fuera del radio de acción
de la barrera.
• El terreno debe poseer unas características tales que garanti-
cen la suficiente sujeción en el plinto de cimentación, al que se
incorporará la plancha de base junto con las grapas de fijación
correspondientes.
• A ser posible, proteger el cuerpo de la barrera contra los choques
fortuitos por parte de vehículos que circulen por los alrededores
de la barrera.
• Prever el recorrido de los cables según las necesidades de apli-
cación de los dispositivos de mando y seguridad cumpliendo con
las normas de seguridad vigentes (véase instalación estándar,
fig.1 pág. 2).
FIJACIÓN DEL DISPOSITIVO (fig. 4)
- disponer una plataforma de cemento donde esté incorporada la
plancha de base "A", junto con las grapas de anclaje correspon-
dientes, de donde tendrán que sobresalir los conductos para el
paso de los cables eléctricos "B", utilizando la apertura correspon-
diente, y cuatro cuerpos roscados M8, que sobresalgan 30mm;
- la plancha tendrá que estar perfectamente nivelada, limpia en
toda su superficie y con las roscas M8 sobresaliendo perpendi-
cularmente de la plancha y perfectamente limpias.
N.B. Es aconsejable que la plataforma sobresalga del nivel del
suelo 50mm aproximadamente, esto para que los remansos de
agua no puedan dañar el equipo.
• Después, para la instalación de la barrera, ejecutar lo que está
indicado a continuación:
- aflojar las cuatro tuercas de seguridad "D" enroscadas en los
cuatro cuerpos roscados (utilizados para sujetas las grapas) e
introducir la base "C" de la barrera. Luego fijarla por medio de las
cuatro tuercas de seguridad "D" y las arandelas correspondientes
suministradas;
- también es posible fijar la base de la barrera en un pavimento de
cemento ya existente con tal que el grosor del pavimento sea tal
que garantice el agarre del taco y esté hecha debidamente.
Taco aconsejado: "De anclaje en acero M8/d.14 para fijación
pesada".

El equipo viene ensamblado de
fábrica para instalarse a la DERE-
CHA de la luz de paso. Para su
instalación a la IZQUIERDA
hay que invertir los cables de
alimentación del motor ("CN3") y
los de los microinterruptores de tope
(posiciones "10" y "11"), mientras que la
posición del común del microinterruptor de
tope (posición "9") queda invariada.
• Comprobar con algunas maniobras en la modalidad "PERSONA
PRESENTE" el funcionamiento correcto de la barra (ver manual de
instrucciones ZVL411.02).
APLICACIÓN DEL CORDÓN AL PORTILLO (fig.10)
Para evitar la caída fortuita del portillo, después de haberlo abierto
es necesario conectarlo con la parte fija de la barrera por medio del
cordón suministrado. Para el montaje actuar de esta forma:
- montar antes de todo el propio cordón, así como está represen-
tado en las figs. 10A y 10B, incorporando a sus extremos las dos
mordazas "W" y "X" de la misma forma, que se pueden aflojar o
apretar por medio del tornillo autorroscante 3,5x13 pos. "Z".
- fijar el extremo "W" en la parte fija de la barrera, por ejemplo en
el montante derecho de arriba, como está indicado;
- finalmente fijar también el otro extremo "X" en el portillo, en los
nervios internos.
CORTE DE LA BARRA
En el caso en que para la instalación se necesite acortar la barra
es oportuno cortarla por la parte final del tubo, opuesta al brazo de
soporte de la barra.
LUZ INTERMITENTE
La luz intermitente indicando el movimiento está fijada en el interior
de la barrera, en la parte central de arriba del portillo (fig. 8, pos.K).
Bombilla utilizada: bombilla esférica 24V-25W con conexión E14-
clara. El portalámparas está fijado en el portillo con un sistema de
clip, para que el enganche y desenganche sean rápidos. Cuidado:
una vez desenganchado el portalámparas del soporte, bajar con
sumo cuidado la lámpara hasta apoyarla en un sitio seguro, no
expuesto a choques, para que no se pueda romper.
• Comprobar, antes de realizar la conexión eléctrica, que la tensión
y la frecuencia indicadas en la placa de características coincidan
con las de la instalación de alimentación.
Entre la centralita de mando y la red se debe disponer un
interruptor omnipolar cuya distancia de apertura de los contac-
tos debe ser de 3 mm como mínimo.
• Conectar los cables de mando y los procedentes de los disposi-
tivos de seguridad.
• Conectar el cable de alimentación con la centralita cuidando que
se apriete debidamente el prensahilo correspondiente.
• No utilizar cable con conductores de aluminio; no estañar el
extremo de los cables que se deben introducir en la bornera;
utilizar un cable marcado con T mín. 85°C resistente a los agentes
atmosféricos.
• Los conductores se deben fijar adecuadamente cerca de la bor-
nera de modo que dicha fijación cierre tanto el aislamiento como
el conductor (es suficiente una abrazadera).
APERTURA DEL PORTILLO (fig. 8)
Para abrir el portillo y poder tener acceso a los órganos interiores de
la barrera es necesario aflojar los dos tornillos sin cabeza "E" con
una llave Allen 3 mm, ubicados en los ángulos laterales de arriba del
portillo, hasta alcanzar el tope mecánico que impide que salgan de
su alojamiento. Después abrir y, si fuera necesario, tirar hacia arriba
para sacar los dos goznes de plástico "F" incorporados a la base.
¡CUIDADO! La luz intermitente está fijada en el interior del portillo,
por tanto hace falta actuar con sumo cuidado (ver instrucciones "luz
intermitente").
Para volver a cerrar el portillo, introducir los dos goznes de plástico
"F" incorporados a la base y cuidar la introducción de los ángulos
laterales de abajo del portillo en las ranuras correspondientes del
mueble hasta que los extremos laterales del portillo se hayan metido
en toda su altura y luego fijar definitivamente los pernos "E".
APERTURA DEL CASCO SUPERIOR (fig. 7)
Después de haber abierto y desmontado el portillo, bajar las placas
"G" tras haber aflojado el perno "H". Con un destornillador en estre-
lla "M" aflojar y sacar los dos tornillos autorroscantes "L" y luego
proceder al desmontaje del casco superior.
MONTAJE DE LA BARRA (fig.5)
Determinar la orientación del cubo (pos.2, fig.2) en función del sentido
de cierre de la barra:
- cierre a la izquierda (fig.5A);
- o bien a la derecha (fig.5B);
Después fijar el cubo "N" en el brazo de soporte de la barra por
medio del tornillo "P".
Introducir el cubo del brazo de soporte de la barra en el árbol ranurado
"Q" del motorreductor, manteniendo la barra en posición vertical.
Llevar el cubo en contacto con el árbol ranurado usando un mazo
de goma y fijarlo por medio del tornillo "J" (M8x35), par de torsión
30 Nm. Sujetar el cubo en el árbol ranurado del motorreductor por
medio del tornillo "R" (figs. 5A, 5B), utilizando una llave Allen de 6
mm, con par de torsión 30 Nm.
REGULACIÓN DE LOS MICROINTERRUPTORES DE TOPE PARA
APERTURA/CIERRE
Los microinterruptores de deceleración están ajustados de fábrica,
así como está explicado en pág. 7 nota "B" del manual de instruc-
ciones ZVL411.02 (correspondiente al programador electrónico)
que se suministra con este mismo manual y por tanto no hace falta
regularlos si la barrera se dispone a la derecha de la luz de paso, sin
embargo podría ser necesario ajustar los topes mecánicos "T" y "U"
(fig. 6) de la palanca "S" con la barra en posición vertical a 90° y en
posición horizontal a 0°. En cambio, si la barrera está colocada a la
izquierda de la luz de paso, es necesario volver a disponer las levas
de deceleración, además de ajustar los topes mecánicos "T" y "U".
Cumplir también las advertencias del capítulo: "INSTRUCCIONES
PARA LA COLOCACIÓN DEL GRUPO".
La operación de desbloqueo se debe realizar únicamente con el
motor parado, a falta de fluido eléctrico. Para poder tener acceso
al mecanismo de desbloqueo, se tiene que abrir el portillo anterior
(fig.8). Véanse las instrucciones para la apertura del portillo.
Para desbloquear
Actuar directamente sobre la palanca "V" hasta alcanzar la posición
de desbloqueo (fig. 9B), donde quedará enganchada gracias e un
sujetador antirretorno.
CUIDADO: la barra no está equilibrada, se la tendrá que
acompañar manualmente en caso de desbloqueo.
Para volver a bloquear
Forzar ligeramente la palanca "V" desde la posición de desbloqueo
(fig.9B) en que se halla para vencer el sujetador antirretorno que la
mantiene en esa posición, en sentido opuesto al anterior. El retorno
a la posición de bloqueo (fig.9A) se realiza automáticamente gracias
a la acción de un resorte. El enganche posterior de los dientes en los
engranajes, dentro del motorreductor, puede que no sea inmediato,
sin embargo se lo puede lograr en seguida al desplazar la barra
ligeramente de esa posición.

prescriptions of the machine directive in reference to the European harmonised standards. The guide and

Le guide à l’installation a été rédigé par Cardin Elettronica dans l’objectif de faciliter à l’installateur l’application
des dispositions des directives machine concernant les nouvelles normes harmonisées européennes. Le guide
et les formulaires à remplir, qui facilitent à l’installateur la mise en conformité, sont disponibles dans la langue

Die Installationsanleitung wurde von der Cardin Elettronica zu dem Zweck abgefasst, die Aufgaben des Installateurs
bei der Anwendung der Anordnungen der auf den neuen harmonisierten europäischen Normen basierenden
Maschinenrichtlinien zu erleichtern. Die Anleitung und die auszufüllenden Formblätter, die die Aufgabenerfüllung
