1. Turn off chamber and unplug power cord.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPLACING VIS LAMPS IN MODEL 6540-1
REPLACING LAMPS
Disconnect electrical power before removing light banks.

2. Slide bottom light bank shelf out of chamber as shown below.
3. Remove light bank shelf and place lamp side up on flat surface as shown below.

4. Remove and discard old lamp by pushing to right and lifting out of lamp socket as
shown below. Repeat for each lamp to be replaced.
5. Insert right end of new lamp into lamp socket, push lamp to right and press into
left socket. Repeat for each lamp to be replaced.
6. Slide light bank shelf into chamber and press firmly to seat rear connector as
shown below.
7. Plug in power cord and turn on chamber.

8. Reset lamp life hours by pressing Setup Menu button on right side of MAIN
SCREEN as shown below.
9. Press LAMP LIFE button as shown below.
10.Press RESET VIS LAMP HOURS button as shown below.

11.Press Check Mark button as shown below.
12.Press Check Mark button to confirm selection as shown below.
13.Press Check Mark button to return to MAIN SCREEN as shown below.
