Copper Rod
Tools Required: Drill, Phillips Screwdriver Bit
Parts included in Preventative Maintenance Kit for Model 7545-2-UVA are shown below.

1. Turn off chamber and unplug power cord.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPLACING AIR FILTER, ANTIMICROBIAL
COPPER ROD AND UVA LAMPS IN MODEL 7545-2
REPLACING AIR FILTER
Disconnect electrical power before opening lower grill assembly.

2. Remove (2) screws on both sides of lower grill assembly using Phillips screwdriver
bit as shown below. Note: Retain screws.
3. Remove lower grill assembly by pulling away from chamber to release (2) bottom
latches as shown below.
4. Unfasten (4) Velcro connections on air filter and discard filter as shown below.
Note: Remove and discard any Velcro discs with loops that may still be attached
to hook discs located on condenser and replace hook discs as needed.

5. Attach new Velcro discs with loops to hook discs on condenser corners with
adhesive facing outwards as shown below.
6. Center new air filter with condenser edges as shown below and press into place
with cardboard side towards condenser. Note: Once adhesive has touched air
filter it cannot be adjusted.
7. Reinstall lower grill assembly by engaging (2) bottom latches.
8. Secure lower grill assembly with retained (2) screws using Phillips screwdriver bit.

1. Slide top light bank shelf out of chamber as shown below.
3. Remove light bank shelf and place lamp side up on flat surface as shown below.

4. Remove and discard old lamp by rotating lamp ¼ turn and lifting out of lamp
sockets as shown below. Repeat for each lamp to be replaced.
5. Insert new lamp ends into lamp sockets and rotate ¼ turn. Repeat for each lamp
to be replaced.
6. Slide light bank shelf into chamber and press firmly to seat rear connector as
shown below.

1. Remove bottom shelf as shown below.
2. Remove (6) screws securing access panel using Phillips screwdriver bit as shown
below. Note: Retain Screws.
3. Remove access panel as shown below.

4. Remove humidity diffuser by lifting out of chamber as shown below.
5. Remove and discard old antimicrobial copper rod by squeezing spring clip and
sliding antimicrobial copper rod out of clip as shown below.
6. Slightly squeeze spring clip and insert long white end of new antimicrobial copper
rod into clip. Note: Clip must be oriented as shown below after installing rod.
7. Reinstall humidity diffuser with antimicrobial copper rod towards front of
chamber.
8. Reinstall access panel.
9. Secure access panel with retained (6) screws using Phillips screwdriver bit.
10.Reinstall bottom shelf.
11.Continue to instructions for replacing additional accessory preventative
maintenance items if applicable or plug in power cord and turn on chamber.

12.Reset air filter and lamp alerts by pressing Settings button on right side of Home
screen as shown below.
13.Press Maint. button as shown below.
14.Press Reset buttons for Replace air filter and Replace UVA lamps as shown below.
15.Press Home button as shown below.
