●時刻の合わせ方
(1)りゅうずを引いて、運針を止めます。
(2)りゅうずを回して、時刻を合わせます。
(3)りゅうずを押し込みます。

時刻を合わせるときは、針を正転方向（進む方向）に回
して合わせてゆき、分針を正しい時刻より 4 〜 5 分進
めてから逆に戻して合わせると正確に合わせることがで
きます。
※ 時報は「時報サービス 117 番」が便利です。
※ 小秒針付のものは秒針が動く場合がありますが、電子
回路は 0 秒位置を記憶しています。

時刻・カレンダーの合わせ方※機種により形状は異なります。
防水時計の一部（特に 10 気圧・20 気圧防水）でりゅ
うずがネジ込み式になっているものは時刻・カレン
ダーを合わせる際は左回しにしてネジ込みをゆるめ
た後、りゅうずを引いてください（無理に引っ張ら
ないでください）。
なお、りゅうずをゆるめた状態では防水機能を保て
ませんので、合わせ終わったら必ずネジ込みをして
ください。
ゆるめる
●回転ベゼルのついているものは
回転ベゼルを回し、▼マークを分針に合わせると、
その位置をスタートとして経過時間を知ることが
できます。
※ 内転ベゼル方式になっているものは右上のりゅう
ずを回すとベゼルが回転します。

＜日付の合わせ方＞
(1)りゅうずを１段引きます。
(2)りゅうずを回して、日付を合わせます。
(3)りゅうずを押し込みます。
※ 日付は 31 日制になっていますので、2、4、6、
9、11 月の月末には必ず修正してください。
※ 午後 8 時から午前 2 時の間に日付合わせをし
ないでください。正確に切り替わらない場合が
あります。

を選んでお使いください。

To set time
Setting time
1) Pull the crown out.
2) Set the hands by turning the crown in either
direction. For watch with the small second
hand might move while you set the time, but
in that case the internal circuit will maintain
the 0 setting in memory.

3) Push the crown in to the normal position.
To set the watch by a time signal accurately, first turn
the hands clockwise and put the watch four or five
minutes forward, then back them out.

●Avoid changing the day setting between
the hours of 8 p.m. and 2 a.m.
Otherwise, the day may not change
correctly at midnight.
• Some water resistant models are equipped
with a screw lock crown.
• With such models, you must unscrew the
crown in the direction noted in the illustration
to loosen it before you can pull it out. Do not
pull too forcibly on such crowns.
• Also note that such watches are not water
resistant while their crowns are loosened. Be
sure to screw the crowns back in as far as
they will go after making any setting.
●The watch attached with a bezel can
measure the elapsed time. Align the ▼mark
on the bezel with the minute hand by turning
it so that the time elapsed from the ▼mark
can be measured.
