The PM-11mo ule is a mono previous with relay output. When the mo ule receive the Au io input signal the output will be
connecte activating the relay.
Specially recommen e for automatic applications where the au io signal or the voice is important.
It inclu e a potentiometer to a just the sensitivity an a protection against polarity inversion.
POWER SUPPLY. The PM-11 circuit ha to be supplie by a voltage between 9 an 15 V DC., perfectly stabilise to avoi
to amage the mo ule.
Then, we recommen e you the FE-2 power supply which has been evelope to perfectly answer to the circuit nee s.
Connect the positive of the power supply to the positive terminal in icate in the wiring map, then connect also the negative
of the power supply to the negative terminal in icate in the circuit. Verify that the assembly has been correctly one.
OPERATION. Connect input signal an input terminal in icate in the General Wiring Map. In the installation, the istance
between the soun source an the PM-11 ha to be as short as possible an as maximum30 cm. More over, you have to use
a low frequency shiel e cable. The input signal coul be the signal supplie by auxiliaries input as mixers, esks, etc.. but
this last have to be inferior than 300 mV. as maximumlevel.
Connect input an output with the power supply. Each time the mo ule will receive an au io signal, it will connect the output,
activating the relay which will be connecte till it stop to receive signal. If you wish to a just the sensitivity level, you have to
use the potentiometer in icate in the General Wiring Map.
OUTPUT CONNECTION OF THE LOAD. The output Mo ule (PM-11) is controlle by a relay, allowing any loa until 5
A. as maximumconsumption. The operating of this mechanism is the same as a switch, opening or closing its terminals to
allowor not to supply the mo ule, with two (2) terminals NA an common. To obtain the reverse operating, you have to use
NC an Common terminals. In the Output connection paragraph, you coul appreciate the typical connection for a evices
operating at 12 VDC an to operate at 220 VAC.
During the operating, an accor ing to its loa , it is possible that a fluctuation appear an /or an incorrect output operating. If
it is the case, you have to install a circuit against sparks (resistor or capacitor) between both relay contacts use for the
