RSI entsteht durch kleine, sich ständig
wiederholende Bewegungen.

2 Gerät anschließen
2.1 Keypad an USB-Anschluss anschließen
1 Stecken Sie den USB-Stecker in einen beliebigen
USB-Anschluss Ihres PCs/Notebooks. Sie können
auch den USB-Anschluss eines Geräts
verwenden, das am PC/Notebook angeschlossen
ist.
2 Folgen Sie den Installationsanweisungen am
Bildschirm.
2.2 Keypad an PS/2-Anschluss anschließen
Für den Anschluss an die PS/2-Buchse des PCs
benötigen Sie einen handelsüblichen USB-PS/2-
Adapter (nicht im Lieferumfang).
1 Schalten Sie den PC aus.
2 Stecken Sie den USB-Stecker des Geräts in den
USB-PS/2-Adapter (nicht im Lieferumfang).
3 Stecken Sie den PS/2-Stecker in die
entsprechende Buchse am System.
4 Schalten Sie den PC ein.
3 Tasten mit Software
"CHERRY Tools" frei belegen
Um die Tasten des Keypads frei zu belegen, müssen
Sie die Software "CHERRY Tools" installieren.
Die aktuelle Version erhalten Sie unter:
www.cherry.de.
Die Bedienung der Software ist selbsterklärend und
enthält eine Direkthilfe-Funktion, die Sie mit "F1"
aufrufen können.
Die Belegung wird nicht in der Tastatur, sondern als
Datei auf dem PC/Notebook gespeichert.
4 Gerät reinigen
1 Schalten Sie den PC/das Notebook aus oder
ziehen Sie den Stecker des Geräts.
HINWEIS! Aggressive Reinigungsmittel und
Flüssigkeiten können das Gerät beschädigen
• Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine Lösungsmittel
wie Benzin oder Alkohol und keine Scheuermittel
oder Scheuerschwämme.
• Verhindern Sie, dass Flüssigkeit in das Gerät
gelangt.
2 Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem leicht feuchten
Tuch und etwas mildem Reinigungsmittel (z. B.:
Geschirrspülmittel).
3 Trocknen Sie das Gerät mit einem fusselfreien,
weichen Tuch.

repeated over a long period of time.
• Set up your workspace ergonomically.
• Take several short breaks, with stretching
exercises if necessary.

2 Connecting the device
2.1 Connecting the keypad to a USB port
1 Insert the USB plug into any USB port of your PC/
laptop. You can also use the USB port of a device
connected to the PC/laptop.
2 Follow the installation instructions on the screen.
2.2 Connecting the keypad to a PS/2 port
You need a standard USB-PS/2 adapter (not supplied)
to connect to the PS/2 socket of the PC.
1 Switch off the PC.
2 Insert the USB plug of the device into the USB-PS/
2 adapter (not supplied).
3 Connect the PS/2 plug to the corresponding
socket on the system.
4 Switch on the PC.
3 Free assignment of keys with
“CHERRY Tools” software
To freely assign the keys of the keypad, you have to
install the “CHERRY Tools” software.
You can get the latest version on the Internet at:
www.cherry.de.
Operating the software is self-explanatory and
includes a direct help function that you can call up by
pressing F1.
The assignment is not stored in the keyboard, but as
a file on the PC/laptop.
4Cleaningthedevice
1 Switch off the PC/laptop or pull out the device
plug.
NOTE! Aggressive cleaning agents and liquids can
damage the device
• Do not use solvents such as benzene, alcohol,
scouring agents or abrasive scourers for cleaning
the device.
• Do not let liquid get into the device.
2 Clean the device with a slightly damp cloth and a
little mild detergent (such as dishwashing liquid).
3 Dry the device with a soft, lint-free cloth.

1 Pour votre sécurité

Le syndrome LMR apparaît suite à de petits
mouvements se répétant en permanence.
• Organisez votre poste de travail de manière
ergonomique.
• Faites plusieurs petites pauses, le cas échéant
accompagnées d’exercices d’étirement.
• Modifiez souvent votre attitude corporelle.
2 Connexion de l’appareil
2.1 Raccordement du keypad à un port USB
1 Insérez la fiche USB dans un port USB
quelconque de votre PC / ordinateur portable.
Vous pouvez également utiliser le port USB d'un
appareil connecté au PC / à l’ordinateur portable.
2 Suivez les instructions d’installation affichées à
l’écran.
2.2 Raccordement du keypad à un port PS/2
Le raccordement au port PS/2 du PC nécessite un
adaptateur USB-PS/2 courant (non fourni).
1 Mettez l’ordinateur hors tension.
2 Insérez la fiche USB de l'appareil dans
l'adaptateur USB-PS/2 (non fourni).
3 Insérez le connecteur PS/2 dans la prise
correspondante du système.
4 Allumez l’ordinateur.

3 Programmation des touches avec le
logiciel "CHERRY Tools"
La programmation des touches du keypad nécessite
l’installation du logiciel "CHERRY Tools".
La version actuelle est disponible sur www.cherry.de.
Le logiciel présente une utilisation intuitive et
comprend une fonction d'aide directe pouvant être
appelée avec la touche F1.
L'affectation des touches n'est pas enregistrée sur le
clavier, mais sur le PC / l’ordinateur portable sous
forme de fichier.
4 Nettoyage de l’appareil
1 Éteignez le PC / l’ordinateur portable ou
débranchez le connecteur de l’appareil.
REMARQUE ! Les détergents et liquides agressifs
peuvent endommager l’appareil
• Les solvants (essence, alcool etc.), les éponges ou
les produits abrasifs sont à proscrire.
• Empêchez la pénétration de liquide dans
l’appareil.
2 Nettoyez l’appareil avec un chiffon légèrement
humidifié de nettoyant doux (par exemple du
produit vaisselle).
3 Séchez l’appareil avec un chiffon doux non
pelucheux.
5 Élimination des appareils
• Ne jetez pas les appareils portant ce
symbole avec les ordures ménagères.
• Éliminez les appareils conformément aux
dispositions légales chez votre revendeur

2 Conexión del dispositivo
2.1 Conexión del Keypad a una conexión
USB
1 Inserte la clavija USB en una de las conexiones
USB de su PC o portátil. También puede utilizar la
conexión USB de un dispositivo que esté
conectado a su PC o portátil.
2 Siga las instrucciones de instalación en la
pantalla.
2.2 Conexión del Keypad a una conexión
PS/2
Para la conexión al puerto PS/2 se requiere un
adaptador USB-PS/2 estándar (no incluido).
1 Apague el PC.
2 Inserte la clavija USB del dispositivo en el
adaptador USB-PS/2 (no incluido).
3 Inserte la clavija PS/2 en el puerto
correspondiente del sistema.

3 Asignación libre de teclas con el
software "CHERRY Tools"
Para asignar libremente las teclas del teclado
numérico se debe instalar el software "CHERRY
Tools".
La versión actual está disponible en: www.cherry.de.
El manejo del software se explica por sí mismo e
incluye una función de ayuda directa que se puede
activar pulsando "F1".
La asignación no se guarda en el teclado, sino como
un archivo en el PC/notebook.

4 Limpieza del dispositivo
1 Apague el PC o el portátil o bien desenchufe la
clavija del dispositivo.
NOTA: Los detergentes y líquidos agresivos pueden
dañar el dispositivo
• Para la limpieza, no utilice ningún disolvente,
como gasolina o alcohol, ni ningún producto de
limpieza abrasivo ni esponjas abrasivas.
• Evite que penetre líquido en el dispositivo.
2 Limpie el dispositivo con un paño ligeramente
humedecido y un agente de limpieza suave (por
ejemplo: limpiador para vajilla).
3 Seque el dispositivo con un paño suave que no

• Allestire la postazione di lavoro in modo
ergonomico.

2 Collegamento dell’apparecchio
2.1 Collegamento della tastiera alla porta
USB
1 Inserire il connettore USB in una qualsiasi porta
USB del proprio PC/notebook. È possibile
utilizzare anche la porta USB di un dispositivo
collegato al PC/notebook.
2 Seguire le istruzioni di installazione sullo
schermo.
2.2 Collegamento della tastiera alla porta
PS/2
Per il collegamento alla presa PS/2 del PC è
necessario un adattatore standard USB, PS/2 (non in
dotazione).
1 Spegnere il PC.
2 Inserire la spina USB dell’apparecchio
nell’adattatore USB, PS/2 (non in dotazione).
3 Inserire il connettore PS/2 nell’apposita presa del
sistema.
4 Accendere il PC.
3 Assegnazione libera dei tasti con il
software “CHERRY Tools”
Per assegnare liberamente i tasti della tastiera è
necessario installare il software “CHERRY Tools”.
La versione attuale è disponibile all’indirizzo:

Il funzionamento del software è autoesplicativo e
comprende una funzione di aiuto diretto che può
essere richiamata premendo “F1”.

4 Pulizia dell’apparecchio
1 Spegnere il PC/notebook o estrarre il connettore
dell’apparecchio.
NOTA! Detergenti e liquidi aggressivi possono
danneggiare l’apparecchio
• Per la pulizia non ricorrere a solventi quali
benzina o alcool o a prodotti abrasivi o spugnette
abrasive.
• Evitare che penetri liquido nell’apparecchio.
2 Pulire l’apparecchio con un panno leggermente
umido e un po’ di detergente delicato (ad es.:
detersivo per i piatti).
3 Asciugare l’apparecchio utilizzando un panno
morbido che non rilascia pelucchi.
5 Smaltimento degli apparecchi
• Non smaltire gli apparecchi muniti di

1 Voor uw veiligheid

"Pijnklachten door herhaaldelijke overbelasting"
RSI ontstaat door kleine, zich voortdurend
herhalende bewegingen.
• Richt uw werkplek ergonomisch in.
• Las meerdere kleine pauzes in en doe eventueel
een aantal rekoefeningen.
• Wijzig uw lichaamshouding zeer regelmatig.
2 Apparaat aansluiten
2.1 Keypad aansluiten op USB-poort
1 Steek de USB-stekker in een willekeurige USB-
poort van uw pc/laptop. U kunt ook de USB-poort
gebruiken van een apparaat dat op de pc/laptop is
aangesloten.
2 Volg de installatie-instructies op het beeldscherm
op.
2.2 Keypad aansluiten op PS/2-aansluiting
Voor het aansluiten op de PS/2-aansluiting van de pc
heeft u een gebruikelijke USB-PS/2-adapter nodig
(niet bij de levering inbegrepen).
1 Schakel de pc uit.
2 Steek de USB-stekker van het apparaat in de
USB-PS/2-adapter (niet bij de levering
inbegrepen).
3 Steek de PS/2-stekker in de desbetreffende
aansluiting van het systeem.
4 Schakel de pc in.
3 Toetsen vrij configureren met
software “CHERRY Tools”
Om de toetsen van de keypad vrij te configureren,
moet u de software “CHERRY Tools” installeren.
De actuele versie vindt u op: www.cherry.de.
De bediening van de software is zelfverklarend en
bevat een helpfunctie die u kunt oproepen met “F1”.
De configuratie wordt niet in het toetsenbord, maar
als bestand op de pc/laptop opgeslagen.
4 Apparaat reinigen
1 Schakel de pc/laptop uit of trek de stekker van het
apparaat eruit.
LET OP! Agressieve reinigingsmiddelen en
vloeistoffen kunnen het apparaat beschadigen
• Gebruik voor de reiniging geen oplosmiddelen
zoals benzine of alcohol en geen schuurmiddelen
of schuursponzen.
• Voorkom dat vloeistof in het apparaat dringt.
2 Reinig het apparaat met een licht vochtige doek en
wat mild reinigingsmiddel (bijv.: afwasmiddel).
3 Droog het apparaat af met een pluisvrije, zachte
doek.

även att använda en USB-anslutning på en enhet
som är ansluten till datorn/den bärbara datorn.
2 Följ installationsanvisningarna på bildskärmen.
2.2 Ansluta det numeriska tangentbordet
till en PS/2-anslutning
För att kunna ansluta till en PS/2-anslutning på
datorn krävs en konventionell USB-PS/2-adapter
(ingår inte i leveransen).
1 Stäng av datorn.
2 Anslut enhetens USB-kontakt till USB-PS/2-
adaptern (ingår inte i leveransen).
3 Anslut PS/2-kontakten till motsvarande uttag på
systemet.
4 Slå på datorn.
3 Använd programvaran
”CHERRY Tools” för att fritt tilldela
knapparna funktioner
För att fritt kunna tilldela knapparna funktioner
måste programvaran ”CHERRY Tools” vara
installerad.
Den aktuella versionen kan hämtas på:

Programvaran ger tydliga användningsinstruktioner
och innehåller en hjälpfunktion som du kan öppna
med ”F1”.
Tilldelningen av funktioner sparas inte i
tangentbordet utan som fil på datorn/den bärbara
datorn.
4 Rengöra enheten
1 Stäng av datorn/den bärbara datorn eller dra ur
kontakten till enheten.
OBS! Enheten kan skadas av aggressiva
rengöringsmedel eller vätskor
• Använd inga lösningsmedel som bensin eller
alkohol eller skurmedel/skursvampar för
rengöringen.
• Se till att inga vätskor kommer in i enheten.
2 Rengör enheten med en lätt fuktad trasa och ett
milt rengöringsmedel (t.ex. diskmedel).
3 Torka av enheten med en mjuk trasa som inte
luddar av sig.
5 Avfallshantera enheter

sorteras som hushållsavfall.

For å kunne definere tastene på Keypad-en fritt, må
du installere programvaren “CHERRY Tools”.
Den aktuelle versjonen finner du på: www.cherry.de.
Betjeningen av programvaren er selvforklarende og
inneholder en direkte hjelp-funksjon som du kan
hente frem med “F1”.
Definisjonene lagres ikke i tastaturet, men som fil på
den stasjonære/bærbare PC-en.
4 Rengjøre enhet
1 Slå av stasjonær/bærbar PC eller ta ut støpslet til
enheten.
MERK! Aggressive rengjøringsmidler og væsker kan
skade enheten
• Ikke bruk løsemidler som bensin eller alkohol til
rengjøringen, og heller ikke skurende midler eller
skuresvamper.
• Forhindre at det kommer væske inn i enheten.
2 Rengjør enheten med en lett fuktet klut og litt
mildt rengjøringsmiddel (f.eks.: oppvaskmiddel).
3 Tørk enheten med en myk, lofri klut.
5 Avfallsbehandling av apparater
• Apparater med dette symbolet må ikke
kastes som husholdningsavfall.
• Avfallsbehandle apparatene i samsvar
med lovbestemmelsene hos forhandleren
eller på en miljøstasjon.
