Description of pilot lamps:
LED1 (RED): Motor driver output pilot lamp (Red): Lights up normally.
LED1 (Green): System power LED, lights up normally when power on.
TR6: Incline motor up pilot lamp (Green): Lights up while incline motor go up.
TR5: Incline motor down pilot lamp (Yellow): Lights up while incline motor go down.

2. Error Signal Check Steps And Solutions
2.1.【SPEED ERROR】: Can not receive signal from speed sensor over 15 seconds while workout,
all windows display will off, all output will stop, and show【SPEED ERROR】.
※If this is a all new product that just finished assemble, there are more possibly in assemble
problems, maybe connect wire not well or wire damaged while assemble.
Determine & Solution:
Show SPEED ERROR
Turn OFF the AC power
and wait 10 seconds then
turn ON the AC power.
Press START
Do the running belt moved?
Speed Feedback system program,
if happen regularly, replace the
speed sensor.
No
Open the motor cover then
turn ON the AC power, press
START to begin and check
the pilot lamp on motor
driver. Did the LED1 lights
up?
Motor driver
damaged, replace
it.
Yes
Console PCB damaged,
replace it.
No
Yes
Does SPEED ERROR shown?
No
System overload,
protector tripped,
need to maintenance
or replace the running
belt and deck.

2.2.【Err】: Incline can not reach the right position, incline function can not be use but other
functions are normal to use.
※If this is a all new product that just finished assemble, there are more possibly in assemble
problems, maybe connect wire not well or wire damaged while assemble.
Determine & Solution:
Remark A: Before install a new incline motor or VR, be sure the incline motor or VR in the incline
level 0.
Show Err
Turn off the power and wait for 10
seconds then turn on the power.
Pull out the safety key, press「Stop」
+「Up」to enter the engineer mode,
displays【MANUAL INC XXX】
(XXX=Incline parameter)
Did the incline moved while press
incline up or down key?
No
Yes
Did the UP or DOWN LED on
inverter lights up while press
incline up or down key?
Replace console PCB
No
Check sure face temperature
of incline motor, is it hot?
Yes
Wait for cool down then back
to execute from step A.
If not work after cool down, to
execute from step B.

To strip the incline
motor down then check
the incline motor or
incline movement not
jam. If incline motor and
movement check is
good, replace motor
driver.

Did the incline moved and the incline
parameter change while press incline up
or down key? (The parameter range
from lowest to highest position is
15~195, please check this range value
is adjustable)
Incline motor is good,
press STOP back to idle.
Incline motor damaged;
replace the incline motor or
internal variable resistor (VR).

3. Other Information
3.1.No Any Display On Console(No Power)

※System will not allow the incline keys functional, if did not connect incline motor to motor
driver.

4. Engineering Mode
4.1.Engineering Mode 1: Basic Settings
Pull out the Safety Key, press「Quick Start」+「Speed Fast」then put back the Safety Key to enter
the mode.
4.1.1. Unit setting: Message window show『UNIT - METRIC』, press「Speed Fast」or「Speed
Slow」or「Incline Up」or「Incline Down」can be change to『UNIT - ENGLISH』, press
「Enter」to confirm and to next setting.
4.1.2. Roller size setting: Message window show『ROLLER SIZE 70』(default=70mm), press
「Speed Fast」or「Speed Slow」to set, the range is 50~90mm, press「Enter」to confirm
and to next setting.
4.1.3. Motor stop manner: Message window show『MOTOR CONTROL』, press 「Speed Fast」
or「Speed Slow」can be change to『MOTOR FREE』, press「Enter」to confirm and to next
setting.( 『MOTOR CONTROL』=Slow down to lowest speed by motor control while
stop；『 MOTOR FREE』= cut off the motor power while stop)
4.1.4. Min speed setting: Message window show『MIN SPEED 0.8』, press 「Speed Fast」
or「Speed Slow」to set the min speed, setting range:0.3~1.2KPH / 0.2~0.7MPH, press
「Enter」to confirm and to next setting.
4.1.5. Max speed setting: Message window show『MAX SPEED 20.0』, press 「Speed Fast」
or「Speed Slow」to set the min speed, setting range:8~25KPH / 5~15.5MPH, press
「Enter」to confirm and back to idle mode.
4.2.Engineering Mode 2: Used Information Management
Pull out the safety key, press「Quick Start」+「Speed Slow」then put back the safety key to enter
mode.
4.2.1. Time window show total used time 0:00(H:M)~99:59(H:M)~100(H)~9999(H), over 9999
display 9999.
4.2.2. Distance window & dot-matrix show total used distance information, distance window
show 0.0~99.9~100~999. dot-matrix show 0~99K.(distance window show 555 and
dot-matrix window show 2K, the total distance=2000+555=2555 km/mil)
4.2.3. Heart Rate window show software version『V X.XX』.
4.3.Engineering Mode 3: Erase The Custom Settings To Default Value
Pull out the safety key, press「Stop」for 5 seconds, message window show『ARE YOU SURE』,
press Enter to erase the custom settings to default value.
4.4.Engineering Mode 4: Real Time Speed & Incline Parameter
Press「Incline Up」+「Speed Slow」for till a beep sound after start. Speed window displays the
real time speed what feedback from speed sensor, incline window displays the incline
position parameter.

4.5.Engineering Mode 5: Default Age Value Of Quick Start
Press 「Enter」for 5 seconds in idle mode, message window show『Q-START AGE』,
dot-matrix window show age value, press 「Speed Fast」or「Speed Slow」to set the age, range:
13~80, press「Enter」to confirm and back to idle mode.
4.6.Engineering Mode 6: Incline Test & Settings
Pull out the safety key, press「Stop」+「Incline Up」then put back the safety key to enter mode.
4.6.1. Message window show『MANUAL INC XXX』, press「Incline Up」or「Incline Down」can
be control incline motor manually, press「Enter」to next setting.
4.6.2. Max incline display: message window show『MAX INCLINE XX』, press 「Incline Up」
or「Incline Down」to set, set range:12~15, press「Enter」to confirm and to next setting.
4.6.3. Max incline parameter: message window show『MAX AD OOO XXX』,OOO=old setting
memory value, XXX=real time incline position parameter, press「Incline Up」or「Incline
Down」to adjust the incline motor position, the parameter will be change according to
incline position, press『Start』wait for a beep sound to save the max incline parameter,
message window show『MAX AD OOO XXX』, the OOO and XXX value will the same
after saving, press「Enter」to confirm and to next setting.(default=195)
4.6.4. Min incline parameter: message window show『MIN AD OOO XXX』,OOO=old setting
memory value, XXX=real time incline position parameter, press「Incline Up」or「Incline
Down」to adjust the incline motor position, the parameter will be change according to
incline position, press『Start』wait for a beep sound to save the min incline parameter,
message window show『MIN AD OOO XXX』, the OOO and XXX value will the same
after saving, press「Enter」to confirm and to next setting.(default=15)
4.7.Engineering Mode 7: Fan Low Output Setting
Pull out the safety key, press「FAN」+「Display」then put back the safety key to enter mode.
Message window show『FAN 00 XX』, 00= old output duty setting memory, XX=set duty
value, press「Speed Fast」or「Speed Slow」to set the duty, press『Start』wait for a beep sound
to save, press「Enter」to confirm and back to idle mode.(Default=40, set range=35~80)

5. Program Update
5.1.Install Software from PC Site
5.1.1. Un-zip the zipped file『Programmer v5.81』
5.1.2. Entry the document then entry the『PC-site Driver』document, cursor on file
【0E6A030D_8051ISPICP_v3.00】then click mouse right side and select【Install ( I )】.
5.2.Programmer Update
5.2.1. Connect the programmer to PC USB port, the LED2 & LED3 on programmer will be light
up.
5.2.2. Execute the programmer update PC site software.(in the un-zipped document)
5.2.3. Settings:
5.2.3.1. 【Programmer Type】select ISP.
5.2.3.2. 【MCU Part No.】select 82 Series & MG82FL(E)564

5.3.Product Update
5.3.1. Turn off the power then open the console, see as below:

5.3.2. Connect the programmer to J1(ISP) of console PCB.
5.3.3. Turn ON the power then to press the update button to update the program.
5.3.4. Please remove the programmer and reboot the system to finish the update.(reset

6.1.3. Modes: Keypad has three modes and display for fault conditions. The switching
operations are shown in the diagram below.
6.1.4. Monitor mode: The monitor mode contains 8 types of displays: 1 main display (the
most left digit off) and 7 auxiliary displays indicating the status of drive (the most left
digit showing 2~8). Please refer to the following illustrations:

6.1.5. Function code setting mode: In the function code setting mode, total 135 function
codes (F_000~F_134) can be input to the drive, and the setting diagram is shown in the
figure below.
