Output power is too low while in motion (DC Bus lower than 150V), input
voltage of 220VAC system is lower than 110VAC, and input voltage of
110VAC system is lower than 70V AC.
Analysis and Solution:
1) Input voltage error: Check the input voltage to ensure range is within
±20%.
2) Poor contact of input voltage cable: Check the cable connections.
3) Unstable input voltage: Instantly turn off and on the power, it won’t
release all the current from the system so that it can detect the error.
2.

OC
Output current of inverter is too high which is higher than rated 200%.
Analysis and Solution:
1) Running belt/deck is worn: It will cause the motor current (input
current) to be too high. Should replace the running belt/deck and
properly add lubrication (non-self lubricating system), check the input
current status; Motor current (output current) should be the value as
below, user weight is lower than 100 kilogram and under 8km/h:
New Machine
Slight wear
Moderate wear
Need exchange
Output current

7.5↓
7.5↑
2) Inverter is damaged: Detecting current component of inverter is
damaged, if operate normally and motor current (output current) is in
range, the inverter should be replaced.
3) Motor lack phase: It will increase the current, check motor cable UVW
connection or measure U-V / V-W / W-U, regularly it should be low
resistance not open circuit.
3.
CALORIES

OE
Input AC voltage is too high, voltage of inverter capacitance (PN) is
higher than 410V.
Analysis and Solution:
1) Input voltage is too high: Check the input AC voltage is too high or
unstable; regularly it should be lower than 250V AC.
2) Back electromotive force (Back-emf) of motor: It will probably cause
back-emf to be too high if the user is heavy weight and run faster in at
high incline level, which cause the inverter to operate out of
protection. You may contact us via email for the further information.

Analysis and Solution:
Running belt/deck is worn: It will cause the motor current (input current)
to be too high, it’s probably in a long term of Moderate wear or Need
exchange status so that it causes the temperature to become too high,
should you replace running belt/deck and properly add lubricating
system), check the input current status; Motor current (output current)
