Thank you for purchasing this Clarke Handy Truck. Please follow the instructions
below to ensure the Truck is assembled correctly in order that it may provide you
with long and satisfactory service.
Guarantee
This product is guaranteed against faults in manufacture for 12 months from
purchase date. Please keep your receipt as this will be required as proof of purchase.
This guarantee is invalid if the product has been abused or tampered with in any
way, or not used for the purpose for which it is intended.
The reason for return must be clearly stated.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Using the Truck
The Truck is suitable for moving various heavy or awkward objects, however
care must be taken to ensure that the load does not exceed the safe working
load - see above.
The load should be distributed as evenly as possible on the truck.
Care should be taken to ensure that the heaviest part of a tall load is to the bottom
of the truck facing the frame.
When stacking loads on to the truck ensure that the height of the stack does not
extend above the handle.
• DO NOT overload the Cart. MAXIMUM TOTAL load Horizontal ........ 100kg
MAXIMUM TOTAL load Vertical ............ 100kg
• DO NOT park in a location likely to cause a hazard to other people or traffic.
• DO NOT park on an incline.
• NEVER transport people. Prevent people from using for joyriding.
• ALWAYS ensure the waste bag sits firmly on the base plate, so that the weight
of any waste is taken by the base plate and NOT by the Bag Holder
Safety

...For upright use.
a. Insert the Handle Assembly into the
main frame as shown in Fig.1 and
secure with split pins.
b. If required, clip the Bag Holder (4) to
the Handle assembly (3), then attach
your waste bag (not supplied)
NOTE: The Bag Holder is NOT designed
to take the weight of any garden waste
or rubbish. Ensure the bag rests on the
base plate in order the load is properly
supported
Assembly Instructions
Referring to the exploded view ....
1. Bolt the Base Plate (2) to the main
frame (1) using the four nuts and
bolts supplied.
2. Insert the axle (6) into the axle
support brackets.
3. Secure the wheels on each end
of the axle, with the washers and
split pins, in the manner shown.
4. Bolt the two casters (7) to the
support bracket.

a. Insert the Handle Assembly into the
main frame as shown in Fig.2 and
secure with split pins.
b. Remove the Bag Holder (4) from the
handle assembly.
