InteliDrive-Liteisacomprehensivecontrollerforsingleengineswithextended support ofelectronic
enginesand extension modules.
InteliDrive-Litecontrollersareequipped withapowerfulgraphicdisplayshowing icons, symbolsand
bar-graphsforintuitiveoperation, whichsets, togetherwithhigh functionality,newstandardsinengine
controls.
InteliDrive-Liteprovidesgasengine support withoutventilation.
The keyfeatureof InteliDrive-Liteisitseasy-to-useoperation and installation. Predefined
configurationsfortypicalapplicationsareavailableaswell asuser-defined configurationsforspecial
applications.

haveinserted it,the modulewillsnap underplasticteeth. Itissupposed tobe installed permanently.
Shouldyou need toremoveit,the safest wayistoremovewholeback coverand than removemodule
manually.

required forcomputerorModbusconnecting. Cardinsertsintoexpansion slot backon thecontroller.
Toinsert the module, pleasefollowthe instructionsforIL-NT RS232 module, procedureisanalogous.
You must open the coverfirst (usescrewdrivertoopen)and then insertthe moduleintoslot.Onceyou
haveinserted it, part of the modulewill remainoverplasticbox.It issupposed tobe usedasaservice
tool. When youneed toremoveit, grabmoduleincutoutsand pull it up manually.
Hint:
Usethe shielded USB A-Bcablewiththismodule!Recommended isComApcable–Ordercode:
“USB-LINKCABLE1.8M”.

Thereshouldbe up toone voltlovervoltage comparetoadjusted %of+VBatvoltage.

IL-NTRDRemotedisplay
IL-NT RDisremotedisplayforcontroller.Remotedisplayprovidesthe samecontrol and monitoring
functionsascontrolleritself. Noprogrammingofthe displayisrequired –unitisselfconfigurablefrom
maincontroller.It isconnected withcontrollervia RS232line. Longerdistances(up to1200m)are
possiblewhen RS232/RS485 convertersareused.
RemoteannunciatorIGL-RA15
The remoteannunciatorIGL-RA15 canbe connected tothe ID-Liteunit viaCANbus. Anyofthe binary
outputscan be configured (using LiteEdit(3.0orhigher)software)toeachLEDdiode on the RA15.
The module(just one)can bealsoenabled and configured using LiteEditsoftware.
JustWarning alarmisindicatedwhen communication toRA15 isinterrupted.

Functionsbelowcan reducethe engine load when isoveradjusted limit.
Twofunctions1=PI loop and 2=ComparatorwithHysteresis(CMPH)areavailableinthisgroup. The
functionsetup isdone bycorresponding setpointsin Load limit group. Bothfunctionscan use
different inputsfromECU(EngineLoad orRPM)orfrompickup (RPM)orvalue fromAnalog input.
PIloop and Hysteresiscomparatorfunctionscan be used forEngine Load Limitation orforanyother
controlfunction.
