Colour code — transport anchor systems HA and HD
All lifting clutches in the HA and HD system
have a coloured label. The information on the
label identifies the manufacturer and the
thread size, (example Rd 24), see illustration
on the left.
The plastic nailing plates, used with the
respective lifting clutch are colour coded
according to the load class; see the
following table.
All nailing plates apart from the Rd 14 and Rd 18
have a hexagon head and can be used with the
HD System
The corresponding operating guidelines including the installation and assembly instructions must
be readily available in the precast plant and on site and are to be observed.
These instructions apply for the following nailing plates: Load class 0,5 – 12,5 (HA)
Load class 1,3–25,0 (HD)

6358 — Combi nailing plate; plastic
Using the plastic combi nailing plate
• use nails to fix the nailing plate to the
formwork
• apply formwork lubricant to the nailing
plate
• pour the concrete
• after the concrete has sufficiently
hardened, remove the formwork
• remove the plastic nailing plate using a flat piece of
metal or a large blunt screwdriver
• screw a load lifting clutch into the resulting recess
• lightly grease the thread of the sleeve anchor
• fix the identification cap to the sleeve anchor
• screw the anchor on to the nailing plate until the
sleeve of the anchor is flush with the nailing plate

Note! The following applies for plastic nailing plates:
The recess in the concrete made by
the 6358 combi nailing plate matches
the shape of the Rotary head clutch,
the Perfect lifting head and the HD
Lifting links exactly. The shape of
the recess allows the lifting clutch
to distribute shear or diagonal load
more effectively into the concrete.

Using the steel Combi nailing plate
• use a butterfly bolt to fix the nailing plate to
the formwork, a 6334 seal may be required
between the formwork and nailing plate
• apply formwork lubricant to the nailing plate
• pour the concrete
• remove the formwork after the
concrete has sufficiently hardened
• remove the steel nailing plate using the 6337 tool
• screw a load lifting clutch into the resulting recess
• lightly grease the thread of the sleeve anchor
• fix the identity cap to the sleeve anchor
• screw the anchor on to the nailing plate until the
sleeve of the anchor is flush with the nailing plate

6369 — steel combi nailing plate
The steel, 6369 combi nailing plates
are delivered zinc plated.
The recess made by the combi nailing
plate matches the shape of the
Rotary head clutch, the Perfect lifting
head and the HD Lifting links exactly.

6369 — pre-fitted combi nailing plate
6330 — plastic assembly
pin 6334 — plastic seal for steel nailing plate
The assembly pin is used with the
preassembled 6369-A combi nailing
plate (see above) for quick removal
of formwork. The assembly pin breaks
off at the design breaking point when
removing the formwork.
The rubber sealing plate is placed
between the steel nailing plate and
the formwork to prevent cement
getting into the nailing plate holes
when pouring the concrete.
6337 — Tool for steel
nailing plate

This tool is used to easily loosen
and remove steel nailing plates.
The pre-fitted 6369-A steel combi
nailing plate has the same character-
istics as the standard nailing plate on
the previous pages.
However, the preassembled 6369
nailing plate has a prefitted M6
thread reduction.
The reduction allows the 6369-A
with 6330 assembly pin to be used
in formwork with 8mm diameter
drillholes. The assembly pin breaks
off at the design breaking point when
removing the formwork; this makes
the assembly-pin very time effective.

Using the preassembled combi nailing plate
Assembly pins can be used with
nailing plates for load classes from
1,3 to 7,5.
See fig. 1:
• the assembly pin is screwed in the
steel nailing plate
• place the sealing plate over the
assembly pin.
See fig. 3:
• the assembly pin has a
design break-off point.
This leaves the end of
the pin in the steel
nailing plate when
striking the formwork.
• the pin end can be
removed later using a
Phillips screwdriver
See fig. 2:
• the sealing plate is held in place by
the pin
• press the pin which is screwed into
the anchor through a pre-drilled
(8 mm diameter) hole in the form-
work
The assembly pin can be used in both
timber and steel formwork.

The seal between the steel
nailing plate and the form-
work prevents concrete
seepage blocking the holes
in the nailing plate.
We recommend using the
assembly pin only with
self- compacting concrete.
The same assembly pin is used for all applica-
tions, as the internal M10 and M12 threads in
nailing plates are reduced with a pre-fitted thread
reducer to M6 (see → page 5).
The lip of the sealing plate is placed against the
formwork to seal the underneath of the nailing
plate.

6365 — Magnetic plate
The 6365 magnetic plate is available
in zinc galvanized steel. The nailing
plate creates a recess for fitting a
lifting clutch, a perfect-head, an
adapter or the HD Lifting clutch.
An integrated magnet keeps the
nailing plate in place when used in
combination with steel formwork.
• No additional medium is needed to attach the
magnetic plate to the formwork (magnetism)
• apply formwork lubricant to the nailing plate
• remove the magnetic plate using a hexagonal key
• screw a load lifting clutch into the resulting recess
Using magnetic plates
• pour the concrete
• remove the formwork after the
concrete has sufficiently hardened
• lightly grease the thread of the sleeve anchor
• fix the identification cap to the sleeve anchor
• screw the anchor on to the nailing plate until
the anchor sleeve is flush with the nailing plate

6510 — Combi nailing plate with steel core and replacement ring / height 10 mm
6520 — Combi nailing plate with steel core and replacement ring / height 20 mm
The recess made in the concrete
by the combi nailing plate 6510 and
6520 matches the shape of the Rota-
table head link, the perfect head and
the HD lifting clutch. This allows the
lifting link to rest against the concrete
when the anchor is subjected to dia-
gonal or shear loads.
The nailing plate core is made of
chrome plated metal. The outer ring
is made of plastic and is replaceable.
(ordered separately, see → Price list).
The S1 retaining bolt is available to
attach the nailing plate quickly and
reliabily to the formwork.
If the combi nailing plate is screwed
to the formwork with a retaining bolt,
the bolt must be unscrewed and re-
moved before striking the formwork.
Using of Combi nailing plate with steel core and replacement ring
The installation of the 6510 and 6520 Combi-nail plates is similar to
the 6358 Plastic nailing plate (see → page 3) or 6369 Combi nailing
plate form steel (see → page 4).

Farbcodierung der Transportanker-Systeme HA und HD
Die Lastaufnahmemittel des Hülsenanker-
(HA) und des HD Transportanker Systems
sind mit farbigen Anhängern versehen.
Diese geben den Hersteller und das Gewinde
(z.B. Rd 24) an, siehe links.
Die Kunststoff-Nagelteller, die für das jewei-
lige Lastaufnahmemittel eingesetzt werden,
sind entsprechend der Lastklassen eingefärbt,
siehe nachfolgende Tabelle.
Alle Nagelteller außer Rd 14 und Rd 18 besitzen
einen Sechskant und können entsprechend beim
HD-System eingesetzt werden.
Die zugehörigen Betriebsanleitungen sowie Einbau- und Montageanleitungen müssen im Werk und auf der
Baustelle vorliegen und beachtet werden.
In dieser Montageanleitung beschriebene Nagelteller: Lastklasse 0,5 - 12,5 (HA)

Verwendung der Kunststoff-Nagelteller
• Annageln des Nageltellers an der
Schalung.
• Nagelteller mit Schalöl einstreichen.
• Betonieren.
• Nach dem Betonieren Schalung
entfernen.
• Kunststoff-Nagelteller mit Flachstahl oder Schrauben-
dreher entfernen.
• In die entstandene Vertiefung Lastaufnahmemittel ein-
schrauben.
• Gewinde des Hülsenankers leicht fetten.
• Datenträger auf den Hülsenanker aufstecken.
• Anker auf das Gewinde des Nageltellers aufschrauben, bis
die Hülse bündig am Nagelteller anliegt.

Die durch den Combi-Nagelteller
6358 geschaffene Vertiefung ist pass-
genau auf die Kontur des Drehkopfes,
des Perfektkopfes und der HD Abhe-
ber abgestimmt. Sie ermöglicht dem
Abheber ein Abstützen gegen den
Beton bei Schräg- oder Querzug.
• Nur in die vorgesehenen
Markierungen nageln!
• Den Nagelteller nur mit einem
Flachstahl oder Schraubendreher
entfernen!
• Den Nagelteller nicht mit scharfen
Gegenständen, wie z.B. einem
Messer entfernen!

lung, evtl. Dichtplatte 6334 zwischen
Schalung und Nagelteller einlegen.
• Nagelteller mit Schalöl einstreichen.
• Betonieren.
• Nach dem Betonieren Schalung
entfernen.
• Stahlnagelteller mit Schlüssel 6337 entfernen.
• In die entstandene Vertiefung HA-Lastaufnahmemittel ein-
schrauben.
• Gewinde des Hülsenankers leicht fetten.
• Datenträger auf den Hülsenanker aufstecken.
• Anker auf das Gewinde des Nageltellers aufschrauben, bis
die Hülse bündig am Nagelteller anliegt.

6369 — Combi-Nagelteller aus Stahl
Der Combi-Nagelteller aus Stahl 6369
wird in verzinkter Ausführung gelie-
fert.
Die durch den Nagelteller geschaffene
Vertiefung ist passgenau auf die Kon-
tur des Drehkopfes, des Perfekt-
kopfes und der HD Abheber abge-
stimmt.
Sie ermöglicht dem Abheber ein Ab-
stützen gegen den Beton bei Schräg-
oder Querzug.

Der vormontierte Combi-Nagelteller
aus Stahl 6369-A entspricht in seinen
Eigenschaften dem oben genannten
Combi-Nagelteller.
Der Unterschied zum NICHT vormon-
tierten 6369 ist die bereits einge-
schraubte Gewindereduktion auf M6.
Diese Reduktion ermöglicht es, den
6369-A mittels des Montagepins 6330
(s. unten) an der mit Ø 8 durch-
bohrten Schalung zu befestigen.
Beim Ausschalen bricht der Pin einfach
ab - das spart Zeit.
Für ein schnelles Entfernen der Scha-
lung wird der Montagepin in den
Combi-Nagelteller, vormontiert
(6369-A, s. oben) eingedreht.
Der Montagepin bricht beim Aus-
schalen an der Sollbruchstelle ab.
Sollbruchstelle
Um zu verhindern, dass beim Beto-
nieren Zementschlempe in die Ent-
schalungslöcher der Stahlnagelteller
läuft, wird die Dichtplatte aus Gummi
zwischen Stahlnagelteller und
Schalung montiert.

Es kann immer der gleiche Montagepin verwen-
det werden, denn die Innengewinde M10 und
M12 der Nagelteller werden durch einen vor-
montierten Adapter auf die Gewindegröße M6

Die Dichtplatte, die zwi-

hindert, dass Betonschlempe
in die Entschalungslöcher
des Stahlnageltellers läuft.
Wir empfehlen, den Mon-
tagepin nur bei selbstver-
dichtendem Beton zu
verwenden.
Die Dichtlippe ist so einzubauen, dass die Lippe
gegen die Schalung zeigt, um den Bereich um den
Nagelteller sicher abzudichten.
Der Gewindestift des Mon-
tagepin bleibt im Nagelteller
und ist nach Gebrauch
herauszudrehen.

6365 — Magnetteller
Der Magnetteller 6365 wird in ver-
zinkter Ausführung geliefert. Bei Ver-
wendung des Nageltellers entsteht
eine Aussparung, in die ein Abheber,
der Perfektkopf, der Adapter oder die
HD Abheber eingeschraubt werden
können.
Der Nagelteller hält aufgrund des inte-
grierten Magnetes selbständig an der
Stahlschalung.
• Durch den Magnet hält der Magnetteller
selbständig an der Schalung.
• Nagelteller mit Schalöl einstreichen.
• Magnetteller mit Inbusschlüssel entfernen.
• In die entstandene Vertiefung HA-Lastaufnahmemittel ein-
schrauben.
Verwendung der Magnetteller
• Betonieren.
• Nach dem Betonieren Schalung
entfernen.
• Gewinde des Hülsenankers leicht fetten.
• Datenträger auf den Hülsenanker aufstecken.
• Anker auf das Gewinde des Nageltellers aufschrauben, bis
die Hülse bündig am Nagelteller anliegt.

6520 — Combi-Nagelteller mit Stahlkern und Austauschring / Höhe 20 mm
Die durch die Combi-Nagelteller 6510
bzw. 6520 geschaffenen Vertiefungen
sind passgenau auf die Kontur des
Drehkopfes, des Perfektkopfes und
der HD Abheber abgestimmt. Sie er-
möglichen dem Abheber ein Abstüt-
zen gegen den Beton bei Schräg- oder
Querzug.
Der Kern der Combi-Nagelteller ist
aus Stahl und chromatiert. Der Aus-
tauschteller aus elastischem Kunst-
stoff ist auswechselbar (bitte separat
bestellen, siehe → Preisliste).
Zur schnelleren und stabilen Befesti-
gung der Nagelteller an der Schalung
ist die Halteschraube S1 erhältlich.
Werden die Combi-Nagelteller an die
Schalung geschraubt, ist vor dem Ent-
schalen die Schraube herauszudrehen.
Verwendung der Combi-Nagelteller
Die Montage der Combi-Nagelteller 6510 und 6520 erfolgt analog
zum Kunststoff-Nagelteller 6358 (siehe → Seite 10) oder zum Combi-
Nagelteller aus Stahl 6369 (siehe → Seite 11).

Codage couleur du système d‘ancres de transport HA et HD
Les moyens d‘ancrage du système HA et HD
sont pourvus d‘attaches colorées. Elles in-
diquent le fabricant et le filetage (p. ex. Rd
24), voir ci-contre à gauche.
Les cônes à clouer en plastique, utilisés
comme moyen d‘ancrage, sont colorés en
fonction de leur classe de charge selon
tableau ci-après.
Tous les cônes à clouer, sauf Rd 14 et Rd 18 sont
pourvus d‘un 6 pans et peuvent par conséquent
être utilisés avec le système HD.
Les instructions de service ainsi que les instructions d‘installation et de montage correspondantes doivent être
disponibles à l‘usine et sur chantier et soigneusement observées.
Cônes à clouer décrits dans cette instruction de montage: classe de charge 0,5 - 12,5 (HA)

Application des cônes à clouer Combi en plastique
• Clouer le cône au coffrage.
• Enduire le cône d‘huile de décoffrage.
• Verser le beton.
• Retirer le coffrage après
bétonnage.
• Retirer le cône en plastique au moyen d‘un fer plat ou d‘un
tournevis.
• Visser le moyen d‘ancrage dans la cavité.
• Légèrement graisser le filetage de l‘ancre à douille.
• Insérer la plaquette signalétique sur l‘ancre à douille.
• Visser l‘ancre sur le filetage du cône à clouer jusqu‘à ce
que la douille touche la surface du cône.

La cavité créée par le cône à clouer
Combi 6358 est parfaitement propor-
tionnée aux contours de la tête
rotative, de la tête de levage et de
l‘ancre HD.
Elle offre à l‘ancre un appui contre le
béton lors d‘une traction oblique ou
transversale.
• Uniquement clouer les
marques prévues!
• Retirer le cône uniquement avec
un fer plat ou un tournevis!
• Ne pas retirer le cône avec des
objets tran-chants, comme p.ex.
un couteau!

• Vissage du cône à clouer au coffrage avec
évent. rondelle d‘étanchéité 6334 entre
coffrage et cône à clouer.

6369 est livré galvanisé.
La cavité créée par le cône à clouer

6369 — Cône à clouer Combi, prémonté
6330 — Goujon de montage,
plastique 6334 — Rondelle d‘étanchéité
pour cône à clouer
en acier
Le cône à clouer Combi prémonté en
acier 6369-A a les mêmes caracté-
ristiques que le cône à clouer Combi
décrit plus haut.
La différence avec le 6369 NON pré-
monté est la réduction de filetage à
M6 déjà vissée. Cette réduction per-
met de fixer le 6369-A avec le goujon
de montage 6330 (v. ci-dessous) au
coffrage pourvu d‘un perçage Ø 8.
Au décoffrage, ce goujon est simple-
ment cassé – ce qui économise du
temps.
Pour permettre un enlèvement rapide
du coffrage, le goujon de montage
est vissé dans le cône Combi prémon-
té (6369-A, v. ci-dessus). Le goujon
de montage se brise au point de rup-
ture lors du décoffrage.
Point de rupture
Afin d‘éviter que la laitance de ciment
ne coule dans les trous de décoffrage
des cônes à clouer en acier lors du bé-
tonnage, une rondelle d‘étanchéité en
caoutchouc est placée entre le cône
et le coffrage.

Les cônes à clouer avec tige sont livra-
bles pour les classes de charge 1,3 à
7,5.

La rondelle d‘étanchéité,

en acier.
Nous recommandons
d‘utiliser la tige de monta-
ge uniquement avec du
béton auto-plaçant.
Il est possible de toujours utiliser la même tige de
montage, car les filetages intérieurs M10 et M12
du cône à clouer sont réduits à M6 avec un adap-
tateur prémonté (voir → page 19).
La lèvre d‘étanchéité doit être montée contre le
coffrage, afin d‘étanchéifier la zone autour du
cône à clouer.
La tige filetée de la tige de
montage demeure dans le
cône à clouer et doit être
dévissée après usage.
