This manual will guide you when you have any questions or when
the product does not work properly.
This product filters out fine dust that is airborne using an multi-functional composite filter mounted
at the inlet of the product.
3-Color Air Quality Display
The product automatically detects the cleanliness of the indoor air through the dust
sensor and displays the cleanliness. The air quality display screen represents the pollution degree of
solid contaminants in the air with 3 colors.
Filter Replacement Alram
This product notifies you when to replace the filters.
Please read the instructions carefully before using the product and keep them properly.
Set Timer
You can set the operation time from 1 to 8 hours according to the usage frequency of user.
Automatic Operation function through Dust Sensor
The product detects the pollution status of the air indoors in real time through the dust sensor.
When automatic operation setting is selected, the product automatically adjust the fan speed according
to the surrounding pollution degree to make the indoor environment pleasant.

PACKAGE DISMANTLING
Unwrap the package, take out the foam lining, and take out the internal accessories and
user manual. Bring down the plastic bag after pulling out the product from the packing box.
Preserve the packing box well for the needs of future transport and maintenance.
Please take out the multi-functional composite filter from the plastic bag before use.

How to Replace Filter
Note: Please make sure to remove all the plastic bags of the filter before power on for the first time!
First clasp the wedging blocks on both sides
of the filter cover, pull open the filter cover
about 15°, and then pull upward to remove
the filter cover.

Remove the multi-functional composite filter.

Take off the plastic bag of the multi-functional
composite filter.

Assemble the multi-functional composite filter.
Please assemble the filter to where thr arrow
mark is pointing to the tio front as shown on
the right.

Please confirm that the input voltage is 220V/50Hz, and ensure that the power plug and your
hands are dry before you insert the power cord plug into the socket.
Note: Stop the use and contact Customer Service when the power cord or plug is
damaged or the power outlet is loose.
We strongly recommend that the damaged parts be repaired or replaced.
To replace the damaged power cord or plug, please visit CUCKOO website and contact
Customer Service to prevent dangerous situations.

Clip the two feet manacles under the filter cover into the slots on its both sides,
and then shutter the upper side.

In order to keep the best purification effect, it is
recommended to keep the air purifier standing
on the floor and keep it more than 30cm from
the wall.

The air quality display screen represents the pollution degree of solid contaminants in
the air with 3 colors.

After the product is connected to the main power supply, it will send out a
chord ring and the indicator light on the control/display panel will flash once.
Press the ON/OFF button, the buzzer will send out a chord ring, the product
will enter into the auto mode by default.
If you need to shut down, just press the ON/OFF button again.
This product provides the following modes
1. Turbo Mode: It quickly removes dust with maximum performance.
The fan will speed up to the maximum to purify the air faster.
2. Silent Mode: It minimizes the air volume and operates at a lowest noise level.
3. Auto Mode: It detects the air quality by the solid pollutant particle sensor and
will automatically adjust the necessary fan speed. The density of solid
contaminants and air quality can be displayed on the air quality display screen.
The color on the display screen represents the pollution degree of solid
contaminants in the air.
There are three colors.
The darker the color is, the more serious the pollution of solid contaminants
becomes.
For example, blue color means the air quality is excellent.
The colors arranging from good to bad is in the order of blue, yellow, and red.
Red color means the air quality is the worst and the air is serious polluted.
※ Sleep Mode : The built-in photosensitive sensor in the product can
automatically adjust all indicator lights and display screens according to the
ambient light brightness under any running state.
For example, when the ambient light reaches certain darkness, the product
can automatically enter into the Sleep mode.
When the product enters into the Sleep mode, Sleep Mode light will be
turned on.

WIND SPEED
There are three choices for the wind speed button that can be adjusted
manually, namely “L”, “M” and “H”.
Note: There are five speed of wind speed in this product for personal
needs, namely: “TURBO mode”, “H speed”, “M speed”, “L speed”
and “SILENT mode”.
Note : “H”:High, “M” : Mid, “L” : Low
RESET
After replacing the new filter, the user can press the "SPEED/Filter Reset"
button for 5 seconds to turn off the indicator light and reset the filter replacement cycle.
If you do not press the button for a long time, the indicator light will be on
all the time.
Consequently, the time of replacing the filter cannot be guaranteed accurately.
It will cause secondary pollution when the filter is not replaced in time.
REPLACE FILTER
It is used to remind the user to replace the new filter when the indicator light for
"Replace Filter" is on.
Note: "Replace Filter" means to replace "Multi-functional Composite Filter".
Continuous use without filter replacement may reduce performance of product.

Meanwhile, all the lights on the control/display panel and display screen
will be turned off, so as not to affect the user's sleep.
When the ambient light reaches certain brightness, the corresponding lights
on the control/display panel and the display screen will be turned on.
If you want to return to normal operation, press any button once.
The product will return to the corresponding working state and operate
normally.
If you want to deactivate Sleep mode, press Sleep Mode button
for 5 seconds. The Sleep mode will be deactivated with the beep sound.
If you want to activate the Sleep mode again, press Sleep Mode button
for 5 seconds.
However, the functon may differ depending on the model.
You can set the operation time from 1 to 8 hours according to the usage
frequency of user.
Press the TIME button once for 1h, twice for 4h, three times for 8h, and
press the button again to cancel.
After setting time, the unit closes the program and stops running.

Cleaning and Replacing the Filter
1. It is very important to maintain the filter according to the instructions.
Otherwise it will result in performance degradation.
2. Dismantle and install the filter correctly according to the method in “How to replace filter”.
3. Cleaning the multi-functional composite filter: Clean it once about every two weeks.
Please do not wash it with water. First, put newspaper or protective articles under it.
Then clean it with the suction nozzle or gap suction nozzle of a vacuum cleaner brush, and
do not press it forcibly during cleaning to avoid deformation.
The above operation can prolong durability of the purifier.
4. Replacement of multi-functional composite filter:
When the indicator light for ‘REPLACE FILTER’ is on, the user shall purchase a new filter
at the designated location within two weeks and replace the filter according
to the correct method.

* Caution
1. Do not wash the Multi-functional Composite Filter with water.
Filter performance cannot be guaranteed if filter was washed with water.
2. Please make sure to turn off the product when removing the filter.
3. Do not operate the product without filters inside.

1. Clean the infrared dust sensor regularly: it is recommended to clean it once every
three months.
2. Open the cover plate of infrared dust sensor. (See Fig. 8)
3. Clean the infrared dust sensor. Please use a wet cotton swab to clean the lens,
air inlet and air outlet, and then use a dry cotton swab to remove the remaining water
stains on the sensor. (See Fig.9)
4. Finally, assemble the cover of the infrared dust sensor to the original position.
Clean and dry the product, cover it with plastic bags and store it in a dry place.
Note: Do not pull the power cord when unplugging the product. Force applied to the power
cord may cause electric shock or fire.
Please check the state of the power cord and plug frequently.
1. Please cut off the power supply before cleaning.
2. When it is used in a dirty place, the cleaning frequency can be increased appropriately.
3. Wipe the stains with a soft cloth.
4. If the stain cannot be wiped, please wipe it with a soft cloth dipped with diluted neutral
household detergent, but the product must be completely dry before re-using.

* The expected filter replacement cycle is estimated by a close review of the filters to display its proper
performance. This is determined based on the product usage time (12 hours) per day and indoor pollution
index of 150㎍/㎥. Thus the cycle may shorten as the usage time or indoor pollution index goes up.

Composite Filter

1. Before using the product, please read the user manual carefully and keep them for
future reference.
2. Please do not disassemble, repair or refit the product by yourself.
Unauthorized disassembly and repair may cause faults and dangers; unauthorized
refitting may cause fire or faults.
3. Do not let children or people without independent disposing capacity or relevant
experience use the product independently.
4. Please do not place the product in the following positions:
a. Wet room (such as bathroom) or other obviously wet places, where moisture may
cause electric shock or damage to the product.
b. Outside or in direct sunlight, the color of the product shell will be faded in direct
sunlight.
c. Somewhere near the heat source (such as a heater), heat will fade or deform the
product shell.
d. The lifespan of the filter will be shortened and the product will be damaged if it is
placed in the kitchen where the lampblack and ventilation is carried out.
e. If air purifier is used in the place where oil (such as product oil) overflows, there
will be danger of product damage, electric shock or combustion.
f. Places within 2 meters from the equipment emitting weak electromagnetic wave
such as TV, radio, audio, quartz clock, wired antenna, cordless telephone and
wireless microphone as electromagnetic interference may affect the image quality
and sound effect. (However, because of the different wavelength of electromagnetic
wave, sometimes even if the air purifier is placed more than 2 meters away,
electromagnetic interference may occur. Especially when using indoor antenna,
it will block reception. So please place the product as far as possible to prevent
receiving noise).
5. In order to keep the best purification effect, it is recommended to keep the air purifier
standing on the floor and keep it more than 30 cm from the wall.
At the same time, it is also recommended to change its position frequently otherwise
the wall or floor around the product may be polluted.
6. When the product is operated, its voltage is permitted to exceed the rated value
otherwise it may cause fire or damage the product.
7. Do not damage the power cord, do not install objects on the power cord, and do not
bend, pull or twist the power cord.
Do not stack heavy objects on the power cord, or clamp the power cord between
objects.
If the power cord is damaged, it may cause fire and electric shock when used.

* Please comply with the ‘Point of Attention’ as they are provided to ensure safe and proper use
of the product and prevent accidents and dangerous situations.

8. Do not use the damaged power cord or the power plug that cannot be inserted into
the socket.
The use of the power cord under unsafe conditions may cause short circuit, electric
shock or fire.
9. Do not operate the product with wet hands, and do not extend fingers or foreign
objects into the air inlet or outlet, which may cause the danger of electric shock and
damage the product.
10.Do not put any container containing water, such as fish tank or vase, close to the
product.
If water enters the product, it may cause electric shock or failure.
11.Do not push the air purifier quickly, it may cause it to topple and fall.
12.Do not use the product when it is lying or inclined, do not sit or stand on the product,
and do not shake the product, otherwise it may cause failure.
13.Do not plug the air inlet and air outlet, which will reduce the purifying ability of the
product (It is difficult for the product to clean the indoor air thoroughly when the air
inlet and air outlet are plugged.), and will cause damage to the product.
14.Do not use the product to remove some toxic substances.
15.Do not use in places that create plenty of soot (such as kitchen) or have combustible
gas, corrosive gas and metallic dust particles, which may cause fire or failure.
16.When the product is used with the humidifier, excessive water vapor shall be prevented
from entering the product, which may cause electric shock and damage to the product.
17.When using insecticides, please stop using the product to prevent the chemicals from
inhaling into the product. The chemicals will accumulate in the product, and produce
irritating substances harmful to health under certain conditions.
18.When replacing the filter, cleaning or moving the product, please turn off the power
supply and unplug the power plug first.
In electrification state, the above operation may damage the product or cause electric
shock accident.
19.Do not use solvents like benzene, alcohol or diluent to clean the air purifier.
At the same time, avoid contacting with spray insecticides.
These substances will cause the shell of the product to crack, or even short circuit,
and cause electric shock or fire.
20.If you do not use the product for a long time, please unplug the power plug.
21.When unplugging the power supply, clamp the power cord plug by hand and unplug it,
instead of pulling the power cord by hand, otherwise the power cord may be damaged.
22.If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it must be replaced by
professionals from the manufacturer, its maintenance department or similar departments.

sensor and cause the product to
go into sleep mode.
Consider moving the product to a

for sleep mode.
Why can't the product enter
the sleep mode when the
light is turned off?
(all indicator lights are off)
The outdoor light enters the room
through the doors and windows,
which prevents the product from
entering the sleep mode.
Consider preventing the light enter
into the room, such as close the
doors and windows, draw the
curtains and so on.

The red light is on all the time
showing no reduction of the
concentration of solid pollutant.
