This is the connection for Ethernet cables to
attach to your Ethernet-enabled device.

C. Antenna
Used to wirelessly connect to
802.11a/g networks.
Connect the power adapter to the receptor on the rear panel
of the DWL-AG700AP and then plug the other end of the
power adapter to a wall outlet or power strip. The power LED
will turn ON to indicate proper operation.
Using an Ethernet cable, insert one end of the cable to the
LAN port on the rear panel of the DWL-AG700AP and the other
end of the cable to a switch. Note: You also have the option of
connecting the DWL-AG700AP directly to the computer that will
be used for confi guration. The link LED will illuminate to indicate
a proper Ethernet connection.
Computers with 802.11a/g wireless adapters can connect to
the DWL-AG700AP.

Connecting to your network
Open your Web browser
and type http://192.168.0.50
into the URL address box.
Then press the Enter or
Return key.
Click Run Wizard
The logon pop-up screen will
appear.
Type admin
for the username and leave
the password fi eld blank.
Once you have logged in, the
Home screen will appear.

You will see the following
screens.
Click Next
Step 1 - Setup your new
password. You have the
option to establish a
password.
Click Next
Step 2 - Set Wireless LAN
Connection.
By default the
DWL-AG700AP SSID
is set to default with a
Channel setting of 52.
Click Next

For 802.11a networks please continue as follows:
Click Next
Step 2 - Set Wireless LAN
Connection.
By default the
DWL-AG700AP SSID is set

For 802.11g networks
please do the following:

Step 3 - Encryption
The DWL-AG700AP is
capable of three levels
of wireless encryption:
64-,128-,or 152-bit, using
either Hexadecimal or
ASCII key type. By default
encryption is disabled. You
can change the encryption
settings for more secure
wireless communication.

Click Next
Your Setup is complete!
