1. Features
Thank you for choosing our product. Please refer to this manual or contact us if any
problems occur during use.
This product is an indicator that amplifies the micro voltage signal from various
sensors to display them digitally. It is mainly used to measure physical quantities at
objects using strain gage such as load cells, pressure sensors, displacement sensors,
torque sensors, etc. This product has the following features.
1-1. Calibration Method
Two types of calibration methods are applied: actual load (standard load) calibration
and digital calibration (calibration by rated output of sensor).
1-2. Comparison Output
Set the maximum and lower limit using the keys on the front panel and output contact
point signal of the rear panel.
1-3. Data Back-up
All settings will be remembered in the Flash Memory so all input data can be saved
and no reset needed even in the event of power failure or power interruption.
1-4. Watch dog
Auto reset is enabled at system shutdown due to external factors such as noise.

3
2. Precautions
Make sure to read and observe the following precautions to ensure the performance
and safe use of this product.
Use of this product for any other purpose of use or to attempt to make any alteration to
this product is strictly prohibited.
2-1. Precautions for Installation
•Keep away from wet areas (low humidity).
•Do not install near areas with risk of vibration or shock, high temperature or humidity.
Keep out of direct sunlight. Install where there is less dust and no ions or salt in the
air.
•Do not use in places in which flammable gases or vapors or combustible dusts are
present.
•Always use a grounded terminal ( ).
•Do not interconnect wiring with power system or noisy wires.
•Use a four-wire shield cable for sensors. Longer cables may lead to measurement
error due to wiring resistance. Always keep the length of cable within 10m.
2-2. Precautions for Use
During actual calibration, wait for the product to stabilize before pressing the ENTER
key at no-load and actual load. Pressing the Enter key without waiting may cause a
calibration error.
Avoid accidental pressing of any key during use. For detailed information on the
function and use of key, refer to this manual.

5. Rear Panel
To connect wiring, check for the position and use of terminals and insert the cable
completely into the lower hole of the terminal block while the upper button is being
pressed. Check if any cable is missing by pulling the cable slightly.
(The recommended length of cable is Φ 0.5 to1. Use stranded wires and tie the ends of
several stranded wires with lead or use one terminal.)

◀CAUTION▶
1. Always turn off the system before wiring.
2. Use a thick grounded terminal ( ) to prevent impulse voltage or surge and use an
independent ground connection if possible.
(Thick grounded terminals must be used in noisy area. If an independent ground
connection is not used, it may be greatly influenced by noise.)
3. Ensure the terminal is functional to prevent mis-operation before wiring.
4. We assume no liability for any accident resulting from disassembly or modification
without obtaining prior approval from the manufacturer. This will void your warranty.

7. Component and Function
7-1. How to Use Hold mode
Hold mode is mainly classified into Peak Hold and Sample Hold and according to the
intended use (High Speed, Low Speed), Analog, Digital, or Display Hold can be
selected.
Hold mode can be used by using the Hold key at the front panel or by the external input.
For operation method, see the following figure.
1) Sample hold: Hold and display the value at the Hold signal input among measured
values.
·Display sample hold mode: Operate in Low Speed sample hold.
2) Peak Hold: Hold the maximum (peak) value during the hold signal input among
measured values.
·Display peak hold mode: As the low speed Peak hold, hold and display the maximum value
in the normal direction (+).
