FONCTIONNEMENT
• Ouverture par pression sur le bouton poussoir.
• Chasse directe : débit instantané déterminé par le dimensionnement
de l’installation et la pression dynamique disponible.
• Fermeture automatique temporisée ~7 sec.
• Ne convient pas aux cuvettes enfantines.
INSTALLATION
• Pression dynamique recommandée : 1 à 3 bar dynamique (minimum 1 bar).
• Respecter le sens de circulation de l’eau, matérialisé par la flèche
sur le corps de la robinetterie.
• Hauteur du poussoir par rapport à la cuvette : 500 mm minimum.
• Hauteur du tube de chasse : partie droite 400 mm minimum
et rayon du coude de 50 mm minimum.
Robinet TEMPOCHASSE (fig. A) :
• Raccorderle robinet d’arrêt a(à commanderséparément) au réseau d’eau.
• Raccorderle robinet bau tube de chasse c(à commander séparément).
• Raccorder le robinet bau robinet d’arrêt aet actionner plusieurs fois
le robinet b pour stabilisation de la temporisation.
Kit TEMPOCHASSE pour traversée de cloison (fig. B, C) :
• Diamètre de perçage : 21 mm pour la commande h
et 5,5 mm pour lavis de blocage i.
• Mettre en place la commande hdans le mur. Visser et bloquer l’écrou
gavec la rondelle. Si nécessaire couper la commande hà la longueur
désirée x, ainsi que la tige kà la même longueur x.
• A l’aide de lavis e, respecterle jeu de 1 mm entre latige k
et la tête de robinet b.
• Bloquer l’écrou f.
• Raccorderle robinet d’arrêt aau réseau d’eau.
• Raccorderle robinet b au tube de chasse c(à commander séparément).
• Positionner 2 colliers d(non fournis) en amont du robinet d’arrêt a
et en aval du robinet b. Fixer les colliers dau mur (utiliser des chevilles
adaptées au matériau du mur).
• Raccorder le robinet b au robinet d’arrêt aet actionner plusieurs fois
le poussoir jpour stabilisation de la temporisation.

Kit TEMPOCHASSE apparent (fig. E) :
• Modèle pour cuvette traditionnelle ouvidoir : emmancherle nez de jonction
Ø 32 / 55 à bride lsur letube de chasse cet assembler l’ensemble sur leWC.
• Positionner le collier det le fixer au mur (utiliser des chevilles
adaptées au matériau du mur).
• Raccorder le robinet d’arrêt aau réseau d’eau.
• Raccorder le robinet b au tube de chasse c.
• Raccorder le robinet b au robinet d’arrêt aet actionner plusieurs fois
le robinet bpour stabilisation de la temporisation.
Kit TEMPOCHASSE encastré (fig. F) :
• Réaliser une réservation murale à l’aide du gabarit :
H 300  L 170  P100 minimum. Profondeur réglable de 100 à 125 mm.
• Raccorder le robinet d’arrêt aau réseau d’eau.
• Assembler le robinet b au tube de chasse Ø 32 c(à commander
séparément, réf. 769400). Emmancher le nez de jonction Ø 32 / 55
à bride lsur le tube de chasse cet assembler l’ensemble sur le WC.
• Raccorder le robinet bau robinet d’arrêt a.
• Régler le débit (voir § RÉGLAGE DU DÉBIT).
• Fixer la plaque Inox mà l’aide des vis fournies (utiliser des chevilles
adaptées au matériau du mur).
• Actionner plusieurs fois le poussoir jpour stabilisation de la temporisation.

RAPPEL
• Nos robinetteries doivent être installées par des installateurs
professionnels en respectant les réglementations en vigueur,
les prescriptions des bureaux d’études fluides et les règles de l’art.
• Respecter le diamètre des tuyauteries permet d’éviter les coups
de bélier ou pertes de pression/débit (voir le tableau de calcul
du catalogue et en ligne sur www.delabie.fr).
• Protéger l’installation avec des filtres, antibéliers ou réducteurs de
pression diminue la fréquence d’entretien (pression conseillée 1 à 5 bar).
• Poser des vannes d’arrêt à proximité des robinets facilite
les interventions de maintenance.
• Les canalisations, filtres, clapets antiretour, robinets d’arrêt, de puisage,
cartouche et tout appareil sanitaire doivent être vérifiés au moins
une fois par an et aussi souvent que nécessaire.
RÉGLAGE DU DÉBIT FIG. D
• Le débit peut être ajusté sans couper l’eau ni démonter le mécanisme.
A l’aide d’untournevis plat, régler le débit sur lavis de réglage
du robinet d’arrêt a.
MAINTENANCE
• Des impuretés provenant des canalisations peuvent provoquer
des dysfonctionnements : pour démonter le mécanisme, couper l’eau
et dévisser la cartouche avec une clé plate de 23 mm pour le modèle
apparent ou 24 mm pour les modèles encastrés ou pour traversée
de cloison (fig. G).
Temporisation déréglée ou écoulement continu (fig. H) :
• Nettoyer l’intérieur de la chemise qà l’aide d’un chiffon sec
et la rainure de temporisation pavec une pointe non métallique.
• Vérifierl’état du joint à lèvres oet du joint de siège n.
• Remonter la cartouche et alimenter en eau.
Goutte à goutte, ou filet d’eau (fig. H) :
• Nettoyerle siège du corps du robinet et vérifier/nettoyer le joint
de siège n, ou le remplacer s’il est endommagé.
• Remonter la cartouche et alimenter en eau.
Fuite sous le bouton poussoir :
• Nettoyerle joint à lèvre de tige ou le remplacer s’il est endommagé.

Refoulement d’eau au niveau de la prise anti-siphonique :
• Diminuer la pression.
• Vérifierque le tube de chasse ne soit pas trop en butée sur la céramique,
et que son coude ait un rayon de 50 mm minimum.
Absence de chasse d’eau :
• Pression d’alimentation tropfaible ou canalisation sous-dimensionnée
ou coude de chasse à 90°.
Attention : ne jamais graisser l’intérieur du mécanisme.
NB : Vérifier l’étanchéité des joints entre la plaque Inox et le mur et entre
la plaque Inox et le corps du robinet au moins une fois par an et aussi
souvent que nécessaire. En cas de besoin, les remplacer.
MAINTENANCE
• Nettoyage du chrome et de l’Inox : ne jamais utiliser d’abrasifs
ou tout autre produit à base de chlore ou d’acide. Nettoyer à l’eau
légèrement savonneuse avec un chiffon ou une éponge.
• Mise hors gel : purger les canalisations et actionner plusieurs fois
la robinetterie pourla vider de son contenu d’eau. En cas d’exposition
prolongée au gel, nous recommandons de démonter les mécanismes
et de les stocker à l’abri.

OPERATION
• Press the push-button to flush.
• Direct flush: instant flush flow rate determined by the dimensions
of the supply pipes and the dynamic pressure available.
• Valve shuts-off automatically after ~7 sec.
• Not suitable for children’s small WC pans.
INSTALLATION
• Recommended dynamic pressure: 1 - 3 bar (minimum1 bar).
• Always observe the direction ofthe water flow, as indicated
on the body of the valve.
• Height ofthe push-button in relation to the pan: 500mm minimum.
• Length of flush tube: 400mm minimum for the straight section;
elbow radius 50mm minimum.
TEMPOCHASSE Valve (Fig. A):
• Connect the stopcock a(order separately) to the water supply.
• Fit the valve b onto the flush tube c(order separately).
• Connect the valve bto the stopcock aand operatethe valve b
several times to stabilise the time flow.
TEMPOCHASSE Kit for Cross Wall Installation (Fig. B, C):
• Drill hole: 21mm forthe control hand 5.5 mm forthe anti-rotating
pin i.
• Insert the control hinto the wall. Tighten the nut gin place
with the washer. If necessary cut the control hand the rod k
(by the same amount x) to the desired length.
• Using the screw e, allow a gap of 1mm betweenthe rod k
and the valve head b.
• Tighten the nut f.
• Connect the stopcock ato the water supply.
• Fit the valve b onto the flush tube c(order separately).
• Fit 2 mounting collars d(not supplied), one upstream ofthe
stopcock aand one downstream of the valve b. Fix the mounting
collars dto the wall (using rawl plugs that are suitable forthe type
of wall material).
• Connect the valve b to the stopcock aand press the push-button j
several times to stabilise the time flow.

Exposed TEMPOCHASSE kit (Fig. E):
• Model for traditional WC pan, slop hopper or sluice:
insert the connection washer Ø 32 / 55mm linto the flush tube c
and mount the whole assembly onto the WC.
• Fix the mounting collar dto the wall using rawl plugs that are suitable
for the type of wall material.
• Connect the stopcock ato the water supply.
• Fit the valve b onto the flush tube c.
• Connect the valve b to the stopcock aand operatethe valve b
several times to stabilise the time flow.
Recessed TEMPOCHASSE kit (Fig. F):
• Make a recessing area using a wall template: minimum
H 300  L 170  D 100mm.The depth can be adjusted from 100 - 125mm.
• Connect the stopcock ato the water supply.
• Fit the valve b onto the flush tube Ø 32mm c(order separately,
ref. 769400). Insert the connection washer Ø 32/55mm linto
the flush tube cand mount the whole assembly onto the WC.
• Connect the valve bto the stopcock a.
• Adjust the flow rate (see Section on ADJUSTING THE FLOW RATE).
• Mount the stainless steel wall plate musing the screws provided
and rawl plugs that are suitable forthe type of wall material.
• Operate the push-button jseveral times to stabilise the time flow.
THE INSTALLER MUST ENSURE:
• THE SEAL AROUND THE RECESSING HOUSING IS WATERPROOF
TO PREVENTANY INGRESS OFWATER;
• ANY WATER ACCIDENTALLY ENTERING THE RECESSING HOUSING
(E.G. CONDENSATION, RUN OFF, LEAKS, ETC.) HAS A DRAINAGE
POINT TO PREVENT ANY STAGNATION;
• THE INTEGRITY OF THE SEALS BETWEENTHE STAINLESS STEEL
WALL PLATE AND THE WALL OR THE WALL PLATE AND THE VALVE
AT LEAST ONCE AYEAR, AND MAKE GOOD IF NECESSARY.
If this advice is not followed, water may leak into the wall.

REMEMBER
• Our valves must be installed by professional installers
in accordance with current regulations and recommendations
in your country, and the specifications ofthe fluid engineer.
• Sizing the pipes correctly will avoid problems of flow rate,
pressure loss and water hammer (see calculation table in ourbrochure
and online at www.delabie.com).
• Protect the installation with filters, water hammer absorbers
and pressure reducers to reduce the frequency of maintenance
(recommended pressure from 1 to 5 bar maximum).
• Install stopcocks close to the valve to facilitate maintenance.
• The pipework, filters, non-return valves, stopcocks, bib taps, cartridge
and all sanitary fittings should be checked at least once a year,
and more frequently if necessary.
ADJUSTING THE FLOW RATE FIG. D
• The flow rate can be adjusted without shutting offthe water supply
or removing the mechanism. Adjust the flow rate viathe adjustment
screw on the stopcock a.
MAINTENANCE
• Impurities in the pipe work may cause the valve to malfunction.
To remove the mechanism, shut-offthe water supply and unscrew
the cartridge using a 23mm spanner for exposed models, or a 24mm
spanner for recessed orcross wall models (Fig. G).
Inaccurate flush time or continuous flush (Fig. H):
• Clean the inside ofthe delay case qusing a dry cloth,
and the calibrated timing groove pusing a non-metallic point.
• Check the lip seal washer oand the seating O ring n.
• Replace the cartridge and reconnect the water supply.
Continuous dripping or a small leak (Fig. H):
• Clean the valve seat and check/clean the seating O ring n,
Replace if necessary.
• Replace the cartridge and reconnect the water supply.
Leaking from the push-button:
• Clean the lip seal washer on the spindle and replace if necessary.
Water discharge at the back-flow prevention device:
• Reduce the dynamic pressure.

• Check that theflush tube is not pushed right up against
the ceramic, and that the flush tube elbowhas a minimum bend
radius of 50mm.
No flush:
• Supply pressure is too weak, the pipe work is too small,
or the flush tube is at 90°.
BEWARE: DO NOT grease the inside of the mechanism.
NB: Check the integrity of the seals between the stainless steelwall
plate and the wall and the wall plate and the valve at least once a year
and make good if necessary.
MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
• Cleaning chrome and stainless steel: do not use abrasive, chlorine
or any other acid-based cleaning products.
Clean with mild soapywater using a cloth or a sponge.
• Frost protection: drain the pipes and operate the valve several times
to drain any remaining water. In the event of prolonged exposure
to frost, we recommend taking the mechanisms apart
and storing them indoors.
