La costa sensibile Sicur è un dispositivo di sicurezza da usare
solo negli impianti di porte e cancelli automatici.

2. Indicazioni di utilizzo
Le coste sensibili SICUR1 sono dei dispositivi di sicurezza, che
installate sui bordi primari di porte e cancelli automatici, servono
per proteggere le persone da eventuali urti e/o schiacciamenti.
La loro efficacia si ha esclusivamente utilizzando prodotti DITEC e
rispettando le indicazioni di installazione contenute nei manuali dei
singoli prodotti.
E’ necessario, in ogni modo, misurare le forze dopo l’installazione.
3. Installazione
Per una corretta installazione vedere la sequenza in fig. 1.
4. Collegamenti elettrici (fig. 2)
• Collegare 0 e 1 dell’unità di gestione ai morsetti 0 e 1 del Q.E.
• Collegare i morsetti C-NC ai morsetti 1-8 (inversione) oppure 1-
6/1-7 (arresto + disimpegno).
• Collegare il morsetto 41 (AUTOTEST) dell’unità di gestione al
morsetto 41 del Q.E e impostare DIP1=OFF.
N.B.: Se non si collega il morsetto 41, impostare DIP1=OFF.
5. Taratura unità di gestione
5.1 Installareecollegarelacostaotticaal dispositivo SICUR. Dare
alimentazione, il led verde POWER/ALARM si accende fisso.
5.2 Posizionare il ponticello P nella posizione 1.
5.3 Con il trimmer R1 al massimo e costa non premuta verificare
che il led giallo ADJ lampeggi velocemente.
5.4 Se il led giallo ADJ lampeggia lentamente oppure è spento,
spostare il ponticello [P] in sequenza alle posizioni 2, 3 o 4, fino
ad ottenere il lampeggio veloce del led ADJ.
5.5 Una volta trovata la corretta posizione del ponticello P, girare
iltrimmer R1 lentamente in senso antiorariofino ad ottenere lo
spegnimentodel led ADJ. La zona di corretta taraturainiziada
questa posizione del trimmer (massima sensibilità) sino al
massimo (minima sensibilità), come indicato in figura.
5.6 Premere la costa e verificare l’accensione del led rosso
OUT e la commutazione del contatto di uscita.
5.7 Con DIP1=OFF l’autotest viene avviato da un impulso positivo
(+24V) sull’ingresso 41.LaduratadellaproceduradiAUTOTEST
è di 100 ms. L’AUTOTEST verifica l’integrità del percorso
(sondine e cablaggi) e l’efficienza dei contatti in uscita (relè
di sicurezza e relè di autotest). In caso di fallimento del test
i contatti rimangono aperti (led rosso OUT acceso) e il led
verde lampeggia (POWER/ALARM) fino ad un nuovo
comando di autotest.

GENERALSAFETY PRECAUTIONS
This installation manual is intended for professionally
competent personnel only.
Read the instructions carefully before beginning to install the
product. Incorrect installation may be a source of danger.
Packaging materials (plastic, polystyrene, etc.) must not be allowed
to litter the environment and must be kept out of the reach of
children for whom they may be a source of danger.
Before beginning the installation check that the product is in perfect
condition. For repairs or replacements of product only original
spare parts must be used. These instruction must be kept and
forwarded to all possible future user of the system.
The Sicur sensitive hip is a safety device to be used only with
automatic doors and gates.
Check for correct operation at least once every six months.

2. Applications
SICUR1 sensitive hips are safety devices to be installed on the
primary edges of automatic doors and gates and are intended to
protect persons against accidental impact and/or crushing.
They are fully effective only when used with original DITEC products
and only when installed according to the instructions contained in
the installation manuals of the single products.
In any case, forces need to be carefully measured after installation.
3. Installation
For correct installation, follow the steps shown in Figure 1.
4. Electrical connection (fig. 2)
• Connect 0 and 1 of the control unit to terminals 0 and 1 of the
electric board.
• ConnecttheC-NCterminalstoterminals1-8 (reverse movement)
or to 1-6/1-7 (stop + disengangement).
• Connect terminal 41 (SELF-TEST) of the management unit to
terminal 41 of the electric board and set DIP1 to OFF. Note: If
terminal 41 is not connected, set DIP1 to OFF.
5. Setting the management unit
5.1 Install and wire the optical edge to the SICUR device. Power-
on: the green POWER/ALARM LED turns on and is steady.
5.2 Position jumper P in position 1.
5.3 With trimmer R1 at highest level andedgenotpressed,check
for rapid flashing of the jellow ADJ LED.
5.4 If the yellow ADJ LED flashes slowly or is off, shift jumper
[P]insequence to positions 2, 3 or 4, until the ADJLEDstarts
blinkingrapidly.
5.5 After having found the correct position of jumper [P], turn
trimmer R1 slowly anticlockwise until the ADJ Led turns off.
The correct setting zone starts from this position of the
trimmer (greatest sensitivity) up to the maximum (least
sensitivity) as shown in the Figure.
5.6 Press on the hip and check for the coming on of the red OUT
LED and for the switching of the output contact.
5.7 With DIP1 set to OFF, the self-test is initiated by a positive
24V impulse on input 41.
The SELF-TEST procedure lasts for 100 ms.
The SELF-TEST checks for route integrity (sensors and
wiring) and for output contact efficiency (safety and self-
test relays). In case of test being failed, contacts stay open
(red OUT LED on) and the green POWER/ALARM LED
flashes until a new self-test command is given.

Le bourrelet sensible Sicur est un dispositif de sécurité qui s’utilise
uniquement dans les installations de portes et de portails automatiques.
Vérifier le bon fonctionnement au moins tous les 6 mois.

2. Mode d’emploi
Les bourrelets sensibles SICUR1 sont des dispositifs de sécurité
placés sur les pourtours des portes et des portails automatiques
et servent à protéger les personnes contre les éventuels chocs
et/ou écrasements. Ils ne sont efficaces que si l’on utilise des
produits DITEC, en respectant les indications d’installation figurant
dans la notice spécifique à chaque produit.
Il est nécessaire, en tout cas, de mesurer les forces après l’installation.
3. Installation
Pourunebonne installation, voir la suite d’opérations indiquée dans
la fig. 1.
4. Raccordements electriques (fig. 2)
• Relier 0 et 1 de l’unité de gestion aux bornes 0 et 1 de l’armoire
électrique.
• Relier les bornes C-NC aux bornes 1-8 (inversion) ou bien 1-6/
1-7 (arrêt + déverrouillage).
• Relier la borne 41 (AUTOTEST) de l’unité de gestion à la borne
41 de l’armoire électrique et mettre le commutateur DIP1en OFF.
N.B.:Si l’on ne relie pas la borne41, mettre le commutateur DIP1
en position OFF.
5. Réglage de l’unité de gestion
5.1 Installer et relier le bord optique au dispositif SICUR. Mettre
sous tension: la led verte POWER/ALARM s’allume fixe.
5.2 Placer le pont [P] sur 1.
5.3 Le trimmer R1 étant au maximum et le bord non enfoncé,
vérifier que la led jaune ADJ clignote rapidement.
5.4 Si la led jaune ADJ clignote lentement ou qu’elle est éteinte,
déplacer le pont [P] en séquence sur les positions 2, 3 ou 4,
jusqu’à obtenir le clignotement rapide de la led ADJ.
5.5 Une fois trouvée la position correcte du pont [P], tourner le
trimmer R1 lentement dans le sens inverse de celui des
aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à obtenir l’extinction de la led
ADJ. La zone de réglage correct commence à partir de cette
position du trimmer (sensibilité maximum) jusqu’à la valeur
maximum(sensibilitéminimum),telquecelaestindiquédans
la figure.
5.6 Appuyer sur le bord et vérifier l’allumage de la led rouge
OUT et la commutation du contact de sortie
5.7 Si DIP1 est en position OFF, l’autotest est lancé par une
impulsion positive (+24V) sur l’entrée 41.
La durée de la procédure d’AUTOTEST est de 100 ms.
L’AUTOTEST contrôle l’intégrité du parcours (sondes et
câblages) et le bon fonctionnement des contacts à la sortie
(relais de sécurité et relais d’autotest). Si le test échoue, les
contacts restent ouverts (led rouge OUT allumée) et la led
verteclignote (POWER/ALARM) jusqu’à nouvellecommande
d’autotest.

Das vorliegende Installationshandbuch ist ausschliesslich
fürFachpersonal bestimmt. VorEinbaubeginn sind die Anweisungen
sorgfältigdurchzulese. FalscherEinbaukann Gefahrmitsich bringen.
Das Verpackunsmaterial (Kunststoff, Polystyrol, usw.) ist
vorschriftsmäßig zu entsorgen. Es ist von Kindern fernzuhalten, da
es eine Gefahr für sie bedeutet. Vor Beginn der Montage ist der
einwandfreie Zustand des Produkts zu überprüfen. Bei Reparatur
und Austausch sind ausschliesslich Originalersatzteile zu
verwenden. Die Hinweise sind sicher aufzubewahren und auch
allen weiteren Benutzern der Anlage zur Verfüngung zu stellen.
Die Sensorleiste Sicur ist eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung, die nur in
automatischen Tür- und Toranlagen eingesetzt wird. Ihre
Funktionsweise muß mindestens alle 6 Monate überprüft werden.

2. Verwendungshinweise
Die Sensorleisten SICUR1 sind Sicherheitsvorrichtungen, die an
den Schließkanten von automatischen Türen und Toren installiert
werden und vermeiden sollen, daß die durch die Tür
hindurchgehenden Personen sich durch einen eventuellen Stoß
und/oder Quetschungen verletzen.
Ihre Wirkungsweise kann ausschließlich mit DITEC-Produkten
gewährleistet werden, wobei die Installationshinweise in den
Handbüchern der einzelnen Produkte zu beachten sind.
In jedem Fall müssen nach der Installation die Kräfte gemessen
werden.
3. Installation
Die korrekte Installation ist in Abb. 1 dargestellt.
4. Elektrische Anschlüsse (Abb. 2)
• 0 und 1 des Befehlsgeräts mit den Klemmen 0 und 1 der
Steuerung verbinden.
• DieKlemmen C-NC mit den Klemmen 1-8 (Umkehrung) oder1-
6/1-7 (Anhalten und Freigabe) verbinden.
• Die Klemme 41 (Autotest) des Befehlsgeräts mit der Klemme
41 der Steuerung verbinden und der Schalter DIP1=OFF
gesetzen. N.B.: Wenn die Klemme 41 nicht angeschlossen
wird, muß der Schalter DIP1 = OFF gesetzt werden.
5. Eichung des Befehlsgeräts
5.1 Optische Sicherheitsleiste installieren und an SICUR
anschließen. Strom zuführen. Die grüne LED-Anzeige
POWER/ALARM leuchtet auf.
5.2 Jumper [P] in Position 1 einsetzen.
5.3 Bei maximaler Einstellung von Trimmer R1 und nicht
gedrückter Sicherheitsleiste wird geprüft, ob die gelbe LED-
Anzeige ADJ schnell blinkt.
5.4 Wenn die gelbe LED-Anzeige ADJ langsam blinkt oder nicht
aufleuchtet,wirdJumper [P] nacheinander auf die Positionen
2, 3 oder 4 gesetzt, bis die LED ADJ schnell blinkt.
5.5 Nachdem die korrekte Position für den Jumper [P] gefunden
wurde, wird der Trimmer R1 langsam gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis die LED ADJ erlischt. Der korrekte
Einstellungsbereich liegt zwischen dieser Trimmer-Position
(maximale Empfindlichkeit) und dem Maximum (minimale
Empfindlichkeit), wie in der Abbildung angegeben.
5.6 Sicherheitsleiste drücken und überprüfen, ob die rote LED-
Anzeige OUT aufleuchtet und der Ausgangskontakt
umschaltet.
5.7 Mit DIP1 = OFF wirdderAutotestübereinenpositiven Impuls
(+24V) an Eingang 41 gestartet.
Das Autotest-Verfahren dauert 100 ms. Der Autotest
überprüftdieUnversehrtheit der Strecke (Sonden und Kabel)
und die Leistungsfähigkeit der Ausgangskontakte
(Sicherheitsrelais und Autotest-Relais). Wenn der Test
negativ ausfällt, bleiben die Kontakte geöffnet (rote Lampe
OUT leuchtet auf) und die grüne Lampe (POWER/ALARM)
blinkt bis einer neuer Autotest-Befehl erteilt wird.

2. Indicaciones de uso
Los burletes sensibles SICUR1 son dispositivos de seguridad,
que si instalados en los bordes primarios de puertas y cancelas
automáticas, sirven para proteger a las personas de eventuales
golpes y/o aplastamientos.
Su eficacia se obtiene utilizando exclusivamente los productos
DITEC y respetando las indicaciones de instalación contenidas en
los manuales de los productos.
Es necesario, en todo caso, medir las fuerzas después de la
instalación.
3. Instalaciòn
Para una instalación correcta, ver la secuencia de las operaciones
indicadas en la Fig. 1.
4. Conexiones electricas (fig. 2)
• Conectar 0 y 1 de la unidad de gestión a los bornes 0 y 1 del
tablero eléctrico.
• Conectar los bornes C-NC a los bornes 1-8 (inversión) o 1-6/1-
7 (paro + desbloqueo).
• Conectar el borne 41 (AUTOTEST) de la unidad de gestión al
borne41del tableroeléctricoyprogramarDIP1=OFF.N.B.: Si no
se conecta el borne 41, programar el conmutador DIP1=OFF.
5. Regulación de la unidad de gestión
5.1 Instalary conectar el borde ópticoaldispositivoSICUR. Poner
bajo tensión; el led verde POWER/ALARM se encenderá
fijo.
5.2 Posicionar el puente [P] en la posición 1.
5.3 Con el trimmer R1 al máximo y el borde no presionado,
verificar si que el led amarillo ADJ destelle rápidamente.
5.4 Sielled amarilloADJdestella lentamenteo bien estáapagado,
desplazar el puente P en secuencia en las posiciones 2, 3 ó
4, hasta obtener el relampagueo rápido del led ADJ.
5.5 Una vez hallada la posición correcta del puente [P] girar el
trimmer R1 lentamente en sentido antihorario, hasta obtener
el apagado del led ADJ. La zona de correcto calibrado inicia
desde esta posición del trimmer (sensibilidad máxima) hasta
el máximo (sensibilidad mínima), como se indica en la figura.
5.6 Presionar el borde de seguridad y verificar el encendido del
led rojo OUT y la conmutación del contacto de salida.
5.7 Con el conmutador DIP1=OFF el autotest es lanzado por un
impulso positivo (+24V) en la entrada 41.
La duración del procedimiento de AUTOTEST es de 100 ms.
El AUTOTEST controla la integridad del recorrido (sondas y
cableados) y el buen funcionamiento de los contactos de
salida (relé de seguridad y relé de autotest). En caso de
fracasar las pruebas los contactos permanecerán abiertos
(ledrojo OUT encendido)y el verde relampagueará(POWER/
ALARM) hasta recibir un nuevo mando de autotest.
