Code change and free access
Internal side of the external case
1. Remove carefully the plate.
(Be careful not to lose any springs)
2. Code change.
■ Carry out this operation by
continiously pressing the “C” button.
3. Extract the concerned tumbers,
then insert them to the chosen
locations. (Using the tweezer
supplied as an accessory)
■ The opening code is determined by
the red tumblers.
■ Insert the blue tumblers on the
remaining locations.

Unscrew the
4 red screws

Be careful with the direction of the
tumblers. A tumbler inserted upside
down can damage the mechanism.
Keys prevent a wrong assembly.

Only the red screws can be unscrewed.
Any other internal disassembly is
prohibited. (cancellation of warranty)
!Attention
4. Number of terms change.
(Be careful not to lose any springs)
■ It is possible to reduce the number of
terms in a combination by replacing
one of the red tumblers with a blue
tumblers provided.
■ It is possible to increase the number
of terms in a combination by
replacing one of the blue tumblers
by a red tumblers provided.
5. Close the mecanism
■ Push to the max, the tumblers into
their housing, then replace the plate.
6. Carry out several tests
■ Enter the new code.
Always proceded by “C”.
So it is possible to turn the handle.
In case of non-operation.
Check that only the red tumblers
are pushed when entering the code
on the keypad: They are visible
through the holes in the spring plate.
(The order of the terms of the code
doesn’t matter).

Handling change
By default, the code lock is configured in the
right hand
External case
■ Remove the internal screw of the han-
dle, releasing the handle cover.
■ Remove the 2 screws that connect the
handle to the lock.
(Seen from outside, the code lock is on the le on the door)
■ Li the handle o and reverse it to le
hand.
■ Replace all screws securely.
■ Repeat the same for the internal case

Spindle adaptation
Adapt the length of the special spindle ac-
cording to the thickness of the door,
by breaking o one or both ends.
From 50 mm to 55 mm (Leave as is)
From 43 mm to 50 mm (Break one side)
From 35 mm to 43 mm (Break both sides)
It is imperative to use 2 pliers to break
the flat spindle; Position them as close
as possible to the break mark.
!Attention

Drilling scheme
Advice
■ Mark the holes on both
sides of the door, to avoid
symmetry problems
during assembly.
■ Drill on one side at the
half door thickness.
Then drill entirely
through the other side
by making the holes
meet.
This method also prevents
splintering of the wood.
In the case of a door already
equipped, remove the
handles, rosettes, etc.
Check that the lock’s backset
is at least 45mm. If not,
replace it, favoring a 50mm
backset.
If the door is not already fitted
with one, install a mortice
lock, backset at 50 mm min.
Using tape, place the drilling
template on the door. The
spindle serves as a reference.
Mark the 4 holes and drill.
(12mm drill bit)

Unscrew slightly the cylinder screw
For the flap version only
■ Push the button.
■ Slide the flap upwards until it clicks.
■ To hide the keyboard again, slide the
flap down until it clicks.

Functional check
Check that the interior handle correctly
gears the latch.Screw the cylinder’s
screw, check the action of the key on
the latch.Leave the key outside the
room. Enter the code in place, then turn
the outside handle: the bolt is driven for
a single opening.
Note:
A code always starts with “C”
The code in place in a new lock is
printed on a small card supplied in the
packaging.
To switch the code lock
in free access mode:
■ Dial the code then press the free
pass key.
■ The handle is then unlocked and
remains indefinitely in this state.
■ To come back to controlled access.
Press the free access button, then
the “C” button, the handle relocks.
Open door
Do not close the door before
having carried out several tests.
