Stationsgehäuse
Das Gehäuse der Kunststoff-Schwerpunktstationen
Typ KSP1130 und KSP1430 besteht aus einem ver-
schraubten, korrosionsbeständigen Aluminiumge-
rüst, das mit glasfaserverstärktem Polyester verklei-
det ist.
Es besteht aus:
- einer Fundamentwanne aus wasser- und öldich-
tem Stahlbeton B35
- einem abnehmbaren Druckentlastungsdach
- einer festen Lüftungsblende in der rechten
Seitenwand
- einer von außen zu öffnenden Lüftungsblende in
der linken Seitenwand
- Türen stirnseitig
Standardfarbe Olivgrün (RAL 6003)
Sämtliche Verbindungselemente des Gehäuses sind
korrosionsbeständig (Edelstahl).
Station housing
The housing of the polyester substations type
KSP1130 and type KSP1430 consists of a screwed,
corrosion-resistant aluminium frame that is covered
with glass-fibre reinforced polyester.
It consists of:
- a foundation trough made of water- and oil-proof
concrete B35
- a removable pressure relief roof
- a fixed ventilation cover in the right side wall
- a ventilation cover in the left side wall, that can
be opened from the outside
- doors at head sides
Standard colour shade olive green (RAL 6003)
All connecting elements of the housing are corrosion
resistant (high-quality steel).
Die Türen zu den MS- und NS- Räumen sind mit je
zwei Scharnieren angeschlagen. Sie haben
Schwenkhebelverschlüsse aus Metall, vorgesehen
für den Einbau von Profilzylindern mit einem
Schließwinkel von 45 ° oder 90 °. Die Profilzylinder
sind durch Regenschutzkappen abgedeckt.
- Die Zylinder gehören nicht zum Lieferumfang.
Die Türen zum MS- und NS-Raum besitzen eine 4-
fach-Verriegelung. Alle Türen können sowohl links,
als auch rechts angeschlagen werden. Die Türen
sind bei 90 ° und 135 ° Öffnungswinkel rastbar.
The doors of the MV- and LV- compartments are
hinged each with two hinges. They have lock-and
release levers made of metal, designed for the use of
profile cylinders with a closing angle of 45° or 90°.
The profile cylinders are covered with rain protection
caps.
- The profile cylinders are not part of the delivery.
The doors to MV- and LV-compartment have a
quadruplicate interlocking. All doors can either be
hinged at the left or right side. The doors can be
arrested at an opening angle of 90° and 135°.
Bei einem nachträglichen Wechsel der Tür-
anschläge sind die Warnschilder auf den
Türen vertauscht!
With a later change of the door hinges, the
warning labels are interchanged.

Transformatorraum: IP 33 DH
Die Stationen können komplett ausgerüstet an der
Fundamentwanne angehoben und transportiert wer-
den.
Sämtliche installierte Metallteile sind elektrisch lei-
tend miteinander verbunden. Sie werden an einem
zentralen Erdungspunkt im NS-Raum geerdet.
Im MS- und /oder NS-Raum kann eine, über Tür-
kontakt schaltbare Leuchte (Option) eingebaut wer-
den.
Die Stationen wurden erfolgreich einer Störlichtbo-
genprüfung mit einem Kurzschlussstrom von 20kA
1s unterzogen und besitzen die Störlichtbogenquali-
fikation IAC AB 20kA 1s.

The completely equipped station can be lifted and
transported at the foundation trough.
All installed metal parts have electrically conductive
connections. They are earthed at a central earthing
point in the LV-compartment.
In the MV- and/or LV-compartment a lamp (option)
can be installed that is switchable via door contact.
The stations have successfully passed an internal arc
test with 20kA 1sec. and have the internal arc
classification IAC AB 20kA 1s.
