und KSP1430 sind fabrikfertige und typgeprüfte
Kunststoffstationen und entsprechen den zum Zeit-
punkt der Auslieferung gültigen Gesetzen, Vorschrif-
ten und Normen. Sie bieten bei bestimmungsgemä-
ßem Gebrauch ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit in der
Verwendung als Netz- und Übergabestationen.
Der einwandfreie und sichere Gebrauch setzt vo-
raus:

General Information
Intended use
The DRIESCHER substations type KSP1130 and
KSP1430 are factory-assembled type tested polyes-
ter stations and comply with the laws, instructions
and standards valid at time of delivery. With intended
use, the stations offer high safety as distribution sta-
tions in local mains and as consumer stations.
The proper and safe operation requires the following
pre-conditions:
Appropriate transport and correct storing
Professional assembly and setting to work
Accurate operation and maintenance through
qualified personnel
The observation of this manual
The compliance with the regulations for installa-
tion, operation and safety, valid at site
Qualifiziertes Personal
Qualifiziertes Personal im Sinne dieser Anleitung
sind Personen, die mit Aufstellung, Montage, Inbe-
triebsetzung, Instandhaltung und Betrieb des Pro-
duktes vertraut sind und über ihre Tätigkeit entspre-
chende Qualifikationen verfügen, wie z.B.:
Ausbildung und Unterweisung bzw. Berechti-
gung, Stromkreise und Geräte/Systeme gemäß
den Standards der Sicherheitstechnik ein- und
auszuschalten, zu erden und zu kennzeichnen.
Ausbildung oder Unterweisung gemäß den
Standards der Sicherheitstechnik in Pflege und

Qualified personnel in accordance with this manual
are people, being familiar with the installation, as-
sembly and setting to work, maintenance and opera-
tion of this product, and have the relevant qualifica-
tions, i.e.:
Education and instruction as well as authorised
permission to switch ON and OFF, to earth and
to mark circuits and devices/systems according
to the standards of safety engineering.
Education or training according to the standards
of safety engineering in care and use of ade-
quate safety equipment.
Training and First Aid for the behaviour
with possible accidents.

About this manual
Due to reasons of clarity this manual does not con-
tain all detailed information about all types of this
product. It also cannot consider every imaginable
case of installation or operation. Details regarding the
technical design, as i.e. technical data, secondary
devices, diagrams please take from the order docu-
ments.
Die Kompaktstation unterliegt im Rahmen des tech-
nischen Fortschrittes einer ständigen Weiterentwick-
lung. Soweit auf den einzelnen Seiten dieser Anlei-
tung nichts anderes vermerkt ist, bleiben Änderun-

Allgemeines
Die DRIESCHER Kunststoff-Schwerpunktstationen
Typ KSP1130 und KSP1430 sind fabrikfertige und
typgeprüfte Kunststoffstationen. Sie enthalten einen
Mittelspannungs-, einen Transformator- und einen
Niederspannungsraum. Nach Anschluss der MS-
und NS-Kabel und der Außenerde sind die Stationen
betriebsbereit.
Das extrem geringe Gewicht der Kompaktstationen
erleichtert Transport und Montage und erlaubt eine
kostengünstige Aufstellung. Die geringen Abmes-
sungen der Stationen gestatten eine Aufstellung
auch auf kleinstem Raum. Die Kranung der Station
erfolgt über entsprechende Anschlagmöglichkeiten
am Fundament.
General
The DRIESCHER kiosk substations type KSP1130
and KSP1430 are factory-assembled and type-tested
polyester stations each consisting of a medium volt-
age-, a transformer- and a low voltage compartment.
After connection of the MV and LV cables and the
outer earthing the stations are ready for operation.
The extreme low weight of the kiosk substations eas-
es the transport and assembly and allows a cost-
effective installation. Due to the small overall dimen-
sions of the station, only little space is required for
the installation. The craning of the station is done via
corresponding fixing facilities at the foundation.

Stationsgehäuse
Das Gehäuse der Kunststoff-Schwerpunktstationen
Typ KSP1130 und KSP1430 besteht aus einem ver-
schraubten, korrosionsbeständigen Aluminiumge-
rüst, das mit glasfaserverstärktem Polyester verklei-
det ist.
Es besteht aus:
- einer Fundamentwanne aus wasser- und öldich-
tem Stahlbeton B35
- einem abnehmbaren Druckentlastungsdach
- einer festen Lüftungsblende in der rechten
Seitenwand
- einer von außen zu öffnenden Lüftungsblende in
der linken Seitenwand
- Türen stirnseitig
Standardfarbe Olivgrün (RAL 6003)
Sämtliche Verbindungselemente des Gehäuses sind
korrosionsbeständig (Edelstahl).
Station housing
The housing of the polyester substations type
KSP1130 and type KSP1430 consists of a screwed,
corrosion-resistant aluminium frame that is covered
with glass-fibre reinforced polyester.
It consists of:
- a foundation trough made of water- and oil-proof
concrete B35
- a removable pressure relief roof
- a fixed ventilation cover in the right side wall
- a ventilation cover in the left side wall, that can
be opened from the outside
- doors at head sides
Standard colour shade olive green (RAL 6003)
All connecting elements of the housing are corrosion
resistant (high-quality steel).
Die Türen zu den MS- und NS- Räumen sind mit je
zwei Scharnieren angeschlagen. Sie haben
Schwenkhebelverschlüsse aus Metall, vorgesehen
für den Einbau von Profilzylindern mit einem
Schließwinkel von 45 ° oder 90 °. Die Profilzylinder
sind durch Regenschutzkappen abgedeckt.
- Die Zylinder gehören nicht zum Lieferumfang.
Die Türen zum MS- und NS-Raum besitzen eine 4-
fach-Verriegelung. Alle Türen können sowohl links,
als auch rechts angeschlagen werden. Die Türen
sind bei 90 ° und 135 ° Öffnungswinkel rastbar.
The doors of the MV- and LV- compartments are
hinged each with two hinges. They have lock-and
release levers made of metal, designed for the use of
profile cylinders with a closing angle of 45° or 90°.
The profile cylinders are covered with rain protection
caps.
- The profile cylinders are not part of the delivery.
The doors to MV- and LV-compartment have a
quadruplicate interlocking. All doors can either be
hinged at the left or right side. The doors can be
arrested at an opening angle of 90° and 135°.
Bei einem nachträglichen Wechsel der Tür-
anschläge sind die Warnschilder auf den
Türen vertauscht!
With a later change of the door hinges, the
warning labels are interchanged.

MS- und NS– Raum: IP 54
Transformatorraum: IP 33 DH
Die Stationen können komplett ausgerüstet an der
Fundamentwanne angehoben und transportiert wer-
den.
Sämtliche installierte Metallteile sind elektrisch lei-
tend miteinander verbunden. Sie werden an einem
zentralen Erdungspunkt im NS-Raum geerdet.
Im MS- und /oder NS-Raum kann eine, über Tür-
kontakt schaltbare Leuchte (Option) eingebaut wer-
den.
Die Stationen wurden erfolgreich einer Störlichtbo-
genprüfung mit einem Kurzschlussstrom von 20kA
1s unterzogen und besitzen die Störlichtbogenquali-
fikation IAC AB 20kA 1s.
Protection degree:
MV- and LV-compartment: IP 54
transformer compartment: IP 33 DH
The completely equipped station can be lifted and
transported at the foundation trough.
All installed metal parts have electrically conductive
connections. They are earthed at a central earthing
point in the LV-compartment.
In the MV- and/or LV-compartment a lamp (option)
can be installed that is switchable via door contact.
The stations have successfully passed an internal arc
test with 20kA 1sec. and have the internal arc
classification IAC AB 20kA 1s.

For handling, use and operation of the installed
switchgear and devices the relevant Operating and
Assembly Instruction has to be observed.
Transformatorraum
Die Stationen können mit folgenden Transformatoren
ausgestattet werden:
DIN-Transformatoren in Hermetikausführung mit
Steckdurchführungen ≤630kVA.
DIN-Transformatoren mit den maximalen Abmes-
sungen:
KSP1130: L x B x H = 1600 x 900 x 2000mm
KSP1430: L x B x H = 1600 x 1200 x 2000mm
werden in die Fundamentwanne abgesenkt und dort
gegen Verschieben fixiert.
Vorgefertigte und geprüfte Kabelbrücken verbinden
den Transformator mit der MS-Schaltanlage. Der
NS-seitige Anschluss erfolgt leistungsabhängig mit
hochflexiblen, isolierten Leitungen.
Transformer compartment
The stations can be equipped with the following
transformers:
DIN-transformes in hermetically sealed design with
plug-in bushings ≤630kVA.
DIN-Transformers with the maximum dimensions:
KSP1130: L x W x H = 1600 x 900 x 2000mm
KSP1430: L x W x H = 1600 x 1200 x 2000mm
are lowered into the foundation trough and are fixed
against displacing there.
Pre-assembled and tested cable joints connect the
transformer with the MV-switchgear.
The connection on LV side is made power-related
with high flexible insulated wires.
Erdungsanlage
Die zentrale Erdungsschiene befindet sich unterhalb
der NH-Sicherungslastschaltleiste im NS-
Schaltraum. An ihr wird das bauseits verlegte
Erdungsband oder der Tiefenerder angeschlossen.
Dadurch sind alle leitfähigen Gehäuseteile mit der
Haupterde verbunden.
Earthing system
The central earthing rail is provided below the LV
fuse rail strip in the LV compartment. Here the
ground strap installed at site or the ground rod is
connected. Thus, all conductive housing parts are
connected with the main earth.

Die Baugrube muss einen tragfähigen Boden haben.
Unebenheiten müssen durch eine waagerecht abge-
zogene Kies-, Split- oder Sandschicht ausgeglichen
werden. (1) Ausgleichsschicht 15cm stark, Körnung
0-16mm.
Bei schwierigen Bodenverhältnissen ist ein Unterbau
aus Magerbeton oder Schwellen empfehlenswert.

1. Stirnblech (1) der Fundamentwanne. Abdeckung
der Kabelanschlussräume der MS–Schaltanlage
gemäß der Montage- und Betriebsanleitung.
2. a) Unteren Türholm (seitlich verschraubt).
b) Vorderes Bodenblech (falls vorhanden).

Erdung
Stellen Sie die Erdverbindung zum Erdreich her,
indem Sie das bauseits verlegte Erdungsband oder
den Tiefenerder an die Erdungsanlage der Station
anschließen.
Earthing
Make an earth connection to the ground by
connecting the factory installed ground strap or on
site the ground rod to the earthing system.
Inbetriebnahme

Austausch von Stationskomponenten
Der Komponentenwechsel erfolgt über das
abnehmbare Dach.
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
Lösen Sie die 10 Befestigungsschrauben (1) und
entfernen Sie das Dach.

Achten Sie beim Einbau oder Wechsel der
Schaltanlage darauf, dass alle Anschluss-
leitungen der MS-Schaltanlage spannungs-
los und geerdet sind (Einhalten der 5 Si-
cherheitsregeln)!
With the installation or change of the
switchgear take care that all connecting
wires of the MV switchgear are dead and
earthed (comply with the 5 safety rules)!

Entfernen Sie alle Anschlusskabel und Erdver-
bindungen.
Nachdem das Dach abgehoben wurde, hängen
Sie die Schaltanlage an eine Hebevorrichtung
(Kran o.ä.).
Lösen Sie die 2 Befestigungsschrauben im Ka-
belanschlussraum der beiden äußeren Felder
sowie die 2 Befestigungsschrauben rückseitig
der Schaltanlage.
Entfernen Sie das Befestigungsblech oberhalb
der Schaltanlage sowie das vordere obere Ab-
deckblech.
Heben Sie die Schaltanlage nach oben aus der
Station und bauen Sie die neue Schaltanlage in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge ein.

Remove all connecting cables and earth connec-
tions.
After lifting the roof, hook switchgear in a lifting
device (crane or similar).
Unscrew the 2 fixing screws in the cable connec-
tion compartment of the two outer cubicles as
well as the 2 fixing screws at the back of the
switchgear.
Remove the fixing sheet above the switchgear as
well as the front top cover sheet.
Lift the old switchgear out of the station via the
top and install the new switchgear in reverse se-
quence.
