installation
1. Using the allen wrench provided,
remove hex screws (A) and separate
mounting brackets (Figure 1).
2. Mount brackets on front legs.
NOTE: Position opening with plastic
collar (B) around the leg.
Do not tighten hex screws.
3. Insert chrome footrest tube into
mounting bracket and place at
desired position (Figure 2).
4. Tighten hex screws.

carefully inspected prior to shipment. This Two
Year Limited Warranty is an expression of our

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty,
we will, at our option, repair or replace the device.
This warranty does not cover device failure due to
owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and
tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable
components such as rubber accessories, casters, and
grips, which are subject to normal wear and need
periodic replacement.
