Introduction
These instructions must be used with the appropriate control panel installation manual with which this
equipment is intended to be used. Operating instructions shall be made available to the user. The
HS2LCDWF wireless keypad is compatible with wireless transceivers HSM2HOST and
HS2LCDRF keypads.

Unpack
The HS2LCDWF keypad package is available in three configurations. The keypad contains patented
technology for the Proximity (Prox) Tag.

Mount the Keypad
Mount the keypad where it is accessible from designated points of entry and exit. Once a dry and
secure location has been selected, perform the following steps to mount the keypad.
Wall Mounting Plate
Locate the screw holes (4) at each corner of the mounting plate.
Use the four screws provided to affix the mounting plate to the wall; ensure the mounting tabs are
facing you (see following diagram). If the keypad is to be mounted on drywall, use plastic anchors.
Once the batteries are installed, align the four mounting slots in the HS2LCDWF housing with the
four mounting tabs protruding from the mounting plate.
Firmly but carefully snap the keypad down onto the mounting plate.
Desk Stand - HS2LCDWFDMK (Optional)
1. Insert the four rubber feet (found in the hardware pack) into the indentations provided in the bottom
of the desk stand.
2. Place the desk stand on a secure, uncluttered surface.
3. Align the four mounting slots in the HS2LCDWF housing with the four
mounting tabs protruding from the desk stand.
4. Slide the keypad into place. Firmly but carefully snap the keypad down
onto the desk stand.
5. To fasten the keypad securely onto the desk stand, locate the hole in
the center of the bottom of the desk stand. Using the screws provided,
screw the keypad to the desk stand.
Apply Battery Power
WARNING: If a low battery trouble signal is noted,the unit will operate
for a duration of no longer than 30 days. When a low battery trouble signal is noted, the batteries must
be replaced to ensure proper operation of the unit.
1. If required, slide the keypad up and out from the mounting plate/desk stand (removing the screws
first if required). The bay for the four AA batteries is open and visible at the back of the keypad.
2. Insert the batteries as directed on the back of the keypad. Ensure the correct polarity is observed.
3. Replace the keypad on the mounting plate/desk stand.
CAUTION: Do not mix old batteries with new ones.
Apply AC Power
CAUTION: The socket-outlet in which the
direct plug-in adaptor is inserted must be
close to the keypad, easily accessible, and
have unobstructed access. The plug of the
adaptor serves as a means of disconnection
from the supply mains.
1. Slide the keypad up and out from the
mounting plate/desk stand.
2. Locate the power adaptor jack at the
back of the keypad housing.
3. Place the adaptor plug in the housing
indentation, perpendicular to the keypad.
Insert the adaptor plug firmly into the jack.
4. Pivot the adaptor plug downwards so that
it fits flush with the housing. Guide the AC
wire along the channel provided in the keypad housing; the wire will extend through the bottom of the
housing.
5. Replace the keypad on the mounting plate/desk stand (in the latter case, a further channel is
provided in the bottom of the desk stand. Guide the AC wire along this channel; the wire will extend
through an opening in the back of the stand).
6. Plug the adaptor into a wall outlet.
Only use the power adaptor (9.0VDC, @1.25A, 2.25W, limited power supply for models: HK-XX11-
U09N (UL) and HK-XX11-U09NC (ULC).
Program the Keypad
There are several programming options available for the keypad (see the following table). Programming
the keypad is similar to programming the rest of the system. The installer menu is a text driven flow.
For information on programming the rest of your security system, refer to your system’s installation
manual.
1. Press [*][8][Installer Code].
2. Use the [<][>] keys to navigate through the menus or jump directly to a specific section by entering
the section number.
Language Programming
To enter language programming, enter [000]>[000], then enter the two-digit number that corresponds to
the language desired:
01 = English (default)
02 = Spanish
03 = Portuguese
04 = French
05 = Italian
06 = Dutch
07 = Polish
08 = Czech
09 = Finnish
10 = German
11 = Swedish
12 = Norwegian
13 = Danish
14 = Hebrew
15 = Greek
16 = Turkish
17 = FFU
18 = Croatian
19 = Hungarian
20 = Romanian

Keypad Symbols
Symbol Description
Ready Light (Green) If Ready light is ON, the system is ready to arm.
Armed Light (Red) If Armed light is ON/Flashing, the system has been
armed successfully.
System Trouble (Yellow) ON - Indicates that a system trouble is active..
Flashing - Keypad low battery.
AC (Green) ON - Indicates that AC is present at the keypad
Enroll HSM2HOST
The HSM2HOST wireless transceiver or HS2LCDRF/HS2ICNRF keypad must be enrolled onto the
alarm panel before any wireless devices can be enrolled. When the alarm system is powered up for the
first time, the first keypad or the HSM2HOST (if using a wireless keypad as the first keypad) can be
enrolled. To do this:
1. Once the HSM2HOST is wired to the alarm panel and power has been applied, power up a wire-
less keypad.
2. Press any button on the keypad to enroll it on the HSM2HOST. The HSM2HOST is then auto-
matically enrolled on the alarm panel.
Enroll Keypad
1. Press [*][8][Installer Code] and then [804][000].
2. When prompted, either activate the device to enroll immediately or enter a device serial number. Do
the latter to pre-enroll devices then enroll them later at the customer site.
3. Use the [<][>] keys or enter the corresponding number to select an option.
4. Scroll through the available selections and enter a number or enter text as appropriate.
5. Press [*] to accept and move to the next option.
6. Once all options are configured, the system prompts you to enroll the next device.
7. Repeat this process until all wireless devices are enrolled.
For UL/ULC Residential Fire applications, HS2LCDWF9, HS2LCDWFP9, HS2LCDWFPV9
keypads must be set up for 200 seconds wireless supervision, by enabling toggle option 4 (200s Fire
Supv), in section [804][810].
Delete Keypad
1. Press [*][8][Installer Code] and then [804][905].
2. Use the [<][>] keys to select the keypad or press [#] to exit.
3. Press [*] to delete. The screen will read “Keypad deleted”.
Program Labels
Use this section to assign a meaningful name (e.g., Front Door, Hallway, etc.) to each zone.
1. Press [*][8] [Installer code].
2. Press [*] and use the [<][>] keys to scroll to Zone Labels and press [*] again. The first zone is dis-
played. Alternatively, enter [000][001].
3. Scroll to the zone label to be programmed and press [*] or enter the zone number (e.g., 001 for zone
label 1).
4. Scroll to the desired character’s location using the [<][>] keys.
5. Enter the number of the corresponding character group until the desired character is displayed (see
the following table).Example: Press the “2” key 3 times to enter the letter “F”. Press the “2” key 4
times to enter the number “2”.

6. To save the label, press [#], and the label is automatically saved. To delete a character, use the [<]
[>] keys to move the cursor under the character, then press [0]. If any key other than [<] or [>] is
pressed before [0], the cursor moves one space to the right and deletes that character.
ASCII Character
Label Library
The Label Library is a database of words commonly used when programming labels. Individual words
can be combined as needed (e.g., Front + Door). Each line of the display supports a maximum of 14
characters. If a word will not fit on a line, scroll right until the cursor appears at the first character of
the second line then add the word.
To program a custom label using the Label Library:
1. Press [*][8][Installer Code][000][001] (to program the label for zone 01).
2. Press [*] to open the menu.
3. Press [*] again to select the “Word Entry” option.
4. Enter the 3-digit number corresponding to a word (see Words Library) or use the scroll keys [<][>]
to view words in the library.
5. Press [*] to select the word.
6. To add another word, repeat the previous procedure from step 2.
7. To add a space, press the right scroll key [>].
8. To clear characters, select “Clear to End” or “Clear Display” from the “Select Options” menu.
9. To save the label, press [#], and the label is automatically saved.
Broadcast LCD Labels
If more than one LCD keypad is present on the system, labels programmed at one keypad will be broad-
cast to all other LCD keypads right after the change is confirmed.
Voice Prompt/Voice Chime
Voice Prompt Control (for wireless keypads only)
Menu: [*][6][access code] > Voice Prompt
This function is used to change the volume level of keypad voice prompts, for example, “User arming
in progress.” The voice prompt speaks the zone labels programmed for zone openings/closings. Use
the scroll keys [<][>] to increase or decrease the volume from levels 0-10. Selecting 00 turns off
keypad voice prompts.
Voice Chime Control
Menu: [*][6][access code] > Chime Control
This function is used to change the keypad voice chime volume level. Use the scroll keys [<][>] to
increase or decrease the volume from levels 0-10. Selecting 00 turns off voice chime.
Change Brightness/Contrast/Buzzer
LCD Keypads
1. Press [*][6][Master Code].
2. Use the [<][>] keys to scroll to either Bright Control, Contrast Control, Buzzer Control.
3. Press [*] to select the setting you want to adjust.
4. (a) Brightness/LED Bar Control: There are 15 back lighting levels. Use the [<][>] keys to scroll to
the desired level. Changing this level adjusts the LED bar accordingly.
b) Contrast Control: There are 15 different display contrast levels. Use the [<][>] keys to scroll to the
desired contrast level.
c) Buzzer Control: There are 15 different buzzer control levels. Use the [<][>] keys to scroll to the
desired buzzer level.
Proximity Tags (HS2LCDWFP, HS2LCDWFPV only)
The proximity tag can be used to perform any keypad function that would normally require a user
access code. The tag is to be presented to the center left face of the keypad. While the keypad is run-
ning off AC, the transceiver is always on to detect any prox tag approaching. While the keypad is run-
ning on battery and in sleep mode, the user can press any key to wake the keypad, then present the
prox tag.
Enroll Proximity Tags
Enrolling a tag on one keypad will enroll it automatically to all HS2LCDWFP or HS2LCDWFPV
keypads enrolled on the system. Master code (code 1) cannot have a prox tag assigned to it.
1. Press [*][5][Master Code].
2. Use the [<][>] keys to scroll to the applicable user and press [*].
3. Use the [<][>] keys to scroll to Prox Tag and press [*]. The screen displays: “Present Tag”.
4. Pass the enrolled tag near the tag reader on the keypad. A prox tag can only be assigned to one user
at a time.
5. If enrollment is successful, acknowledgment beeps will sound and the keypad LCD will read ‘Tag
Enrolled Successfully’. If enrollment is unsuccessful, an error tone will sound and the keypad will
read ‘Invalid Tag Not Enrolled’. If the tag has been enrolled previously, an error tone will sound and
the keypad will read ‘Duplicate Tag Not Enrolled’.
Delete Proximity Tags
Delete the prox tags from the system when they are lost or no longer needed.
1. Press [*][5][Master Code].
2. The keypad displays the user number and includes the letter ‘T’ if a prox tag is programmed.
3. Use the [<][>] keys to locate the desired user and press [*]. Scroll to Prox Tag and press [*].
4. The keypad reads ‘Press [*] To Delete Tag’. After pressing [*], the message ‘Tag Deleted Suc-
cessfully’ appears.
Keypad Function Key Programming
To program a function key:
1. Press [*][8][Installer Code].
2. Enter [861] for keypad programming. Section [860] is read-only and shows the slot number of the
keypad being accessed.
3. Enter [001]-[005] for function keys 1-5.
4. Enter a 2-digit number to assign a function key operation - [00]-[68]. See the following tables.
5. Continue from step 3 until all function keys are programmed.
6. Press [#] twice to exit Installer Programming.

On selecting [000], a 2-digit entry is required to assign the keypad to a partition. Valid entries are 01-
08. The default is 01. NOTE:The HS2LCDWF keypad cannot be assigned as a global keypad.

Limited Warranty
Digital Security Controls (DSC) warrants that for a period of 12months from the date of purchase, the
product shall befreeof defects in materials and workm anship under normal use andthat in fulfilment of
any breach of such warranty,DSC shall,at itsoption, repair orreplace thedefective equipment upon
return of the equipment to its repairdepot. T his warranty applies only todefects in parts andworkmanship
and not todam ageincurred in shipping or handling, or dam age dueto causes beyondthe control of DSC
such as lightning, excessivevoltage, mechanical shock, water damage, or damage arising out of abuse,
alteration or improper application of the equipment. The foregoing warranty shall apply only tothe original
buyer, andis and shall be in lieu of any and all otherwarranties, whether expressed or implied and of all

onable measures to ensurecompliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
(b)Separation of Components - The Software Product is licensed as a single product. Its com ponent
parts may not be separated for use on more than one HARDWARE unit.
(c) Single INTEGRATED PRODUCT - If Youacquired this SOFT WARE withHARDWARE, then
the SOF TWARE PRODUCT is licensed with theHARDWARE as asingle integratedproduct. In this
case, the SOF TWARE PRODUCT m ay only beused with the HARDWARE as set forth inthis
EULA.
(d)Rental - You may not rent, leaseorlend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Youmay not make it avail-
able toothers or post it on a server orweb site.
(e)SoftwareProduct Transfer -You may transfer all of Your rights underthis EULA only as part of a per-
manentsale or transferof the HARDWARE, providedYou retain no copies, You transfer all of the

Montaż klawiatury na ścianie
1. Na uchwycie montażowym odnaleźć 4 otwory montażowe (patrz rysunek
powyżej).
2. Za pomocą 4 śrub przymocować uchwyt montażowy do ściany. Upewnić się
czy uchwyt montażowy został poprawnie przymocowany.
(zaczepy montażowe powinny być widoczne, patrz rysunek powyżej).
3. Po zainstalowaniu baterii w urządzeniu, dopasować 4 otwory montażowe
znajdujące się na tylnej obudowie klawiatury z 4 zaczepami znajdującymi się
na uchwycie montażowym.
4. Delikatnie wsunąć klawiaturę na zaczepy montażowe (od góry ku dołowi).
5. Upewnić się czy klawiatura jest poprawnie wsunięta.
Montaż klawiatury z uchwytem HS2LCDWFDMK służącym do
stawiania na powierzchniach płaskich (opcja)
1. Nałożyć 4 gumowe podkładki (dostarczone w
zestawie handlowym) na podstawę uchwytu.
2. Postawić uchwyt na solidnej, równej powierzchni.
3. Dopasować 4 otwory montażowe znajdujące się na
tylnej obudowie klawiatury z 4 zaczepami wystającymi z
uchwytu montażowego.
4. Delikatnie wsunąć klawiaturę na zaczepy montażowe
(od góry ku dołowi).
5. W celu pewniejszego mocowania klawiatury do uchwytu, należy przykręcić
wkręty do otworów znajdujących się w dolny rogach uchwytu montażowego.
Montaż baterii
Uwaga! Jeżeli system wykrył usterkę niskiego poziomu napięcia baterii,
urządzenie będzie działało poprawnie przez okres nie dłuższy niż 30 dni od
wystąpienia usterki. W przypadku wykrycia takiego typu usterki zalecana jest
niezwłoczna wymiana baterii.
1. Zdjąć klawiaturę z uchwytu montażowego. W tym celu należy chwycić
klawiaturę i przesunąć ją ku górze (odkręcić wkręty jeżeli uprzednio były
przykręcone). Po zdjęciu z uchwytu montażowego na tylnej obudowie
klawiatury widoczne będzie miejsce na 4 baterie.
2. Zamontować baterie zgodnie z oznaczeniami wytłoczonymi na tylnej
obudowie klawiatury. Zwrócić uwagę na polaryzację.
3. Założyć klawiaturę na uchwyt montażowy.
Uwaga! Nie mieszać starych baterii z nowymi.
Montaż zasilacza
Uwaga! Gniazdo zasilania do którego podłączony jest zasilacz powinno być
łatwo dostępne, oraz umiejscowione blisko klawiatury.
1. Zdjąć klawiaturę z uchwytu montażowego. W tym celu należy chwycić
klawiaturę i przesunąć ją ku górze (odkręcić wkręty jeżeli uprzednio były
przykręcone).
2. Po zdjęciu z uchwytu montażowego, na tylnej obudowie klawiatury
widoczne będzie gniazdo wtyczki zasilacza.
3. Podłączyć wtyczkę zasilacza do gniazda znajdującego się na tylnej obudowie
klawiatury.
4. Obrócić wtyczkę zasilacza ku dołowi, przeprowadzić przewody AC przez
kanały przewodowe znajdujące się na obudowie klawiatury. Przeprowadzić
przewód zasilacza przez kanał kablowy znajdujący się na tylnej obudowie
klawiatury.
5. Podłączyć zasilacz do źródła zasilania AC.
Uwaga! Używać jedynie zasilaczy (9.0V @ 1.25 , 2.225W model: HK-XXX1-
U09EU) dostarczonych w zestawie wraz z klawiaturą.
Programowanie klawiatury
Klawiatura posiada wiele programowalnych opcji które opisano w dalszej
części tej instrukcji. Programowanie klawiatury podobne jest do
programowania centrali alarmowej. Po wejściu do trybu programowania
klawiatury, na wyświetlaczu zostanie wyświetlone menu tekstowe
pozwalające na zaprogramowanie wszystkich opcji klawiatury. Informacje
dotyczące programowania pozostałych składników systemu znajdują się w
instrukcji instalacji i programowania centrali alarmowej.

2. Przy użyciu kursorów [<][>] poruszać po menu dostępnych opcji, lub
bezpośrednio poprzez wpisanie odpowiedniego numeru sekcji przejść do
żądanej opcji.
Wybór języka
By wejść w tryb programowania języka klawiatury należy wprowadzić numer
sekcji [000] oraz podsekcję [000]. Następnie wprowadzić dwucyfrowy numer
dla wybranego języka.

Przed rozpoczęciem przypisywania jakiegokolwiek urządzenia
bezprzewodowego należy najpierw przypisać do systemu moduł odbiornika
radiowego HSM2HOST, lub klawiaturę HS2LCDRF/HS2ICNRF z wbudowanym
modułem odbiornika radiowego.
Po podaniu zasilania do systemu alarmowego można przypisać moduł
HSM2HOST a następnie bezprzewodową klawiaturę (jeżeli jest pierwszą
klawiaturą w systemie).
By przypisać urządzenie należy:
1. Gdy do systemu podłączony jest moduł HSM2HOST i podano zasilanie,
należy włączyć zasilanie klawiatury.
2. Nacisnąć jeden z przycisków na klawiaturze by przypisać ją do HSM2HOST.
Po tej operacji moduł HSM2HOST zostanie automatycznie przypisany do
systemu.
Przypisywanie klawiatury
1. Wprowadzić [*][8][kod instalatora], sekcja [804], podsekcja [000]
2. Po wejściu do podsekcji, nacisnąć jeden z przycisków na klawiaturze by
przypisać ją automatycznie, lub wprowadzić numer seryjny urządzenia.
3. Przy użyciu kursorów lub klawiatury wprowadzić odpowiedni numer by
włączyć wybrane opcje.
4. Przejść przez możliwe do wyboru opcje.
5. Nacisnąć [*] by zaakceptować wybór i przejść do kolejnej opcji.
6. Po zaprogramowaniu wszystkich opcji, system wyświetli komunikat by
przejść do przypisywania kolejnego urządzenia.
7. Powtórzyć kroki opisane powyżej dla wszystkich urządzeń
bezprzewodowych.
Usuwanie klawiatury
1. Wprowadzić [*][8][kod instalatora], a następnie wprowadzić sekcję [804],
podsekcja [905].
2. Przy użyciu kursorów [<][>] wybrać klawiaturę która ma zostać usunięta,
lub nacisnąć [#] by wyjść.
3. Nacisnąć [*], by usunąć wybraną klawiaturę. Na wyświetlaczu zostanie
wyświetlony komunikat „Klawiatura usunięta”.
Programowanie nazw linii
Użyć sekcji w celu przypisania nazwy linii (np.: Drzwi wejściowe)
1. Należy wprowadzić [*][8][Kod instalatora].
2. Następnie nacisnąć [*] i za pomocą kursorów [<][>] przejść do opcji „Nazwy
linii” a następnie nacisnąć [*]. Wyświetlona zostanie nazwa 1 linii.
Alternatywnie wprowadzić [000][001].
3. Przejść do nazwy linii która ma zostać zaprogramowana i nacisnąć [*], lub
bezpośrednio wpisać numer linii (001 dla linii 1).
4. Za pomocą przycisków kursorów [<][>] przesunąć podkreślenie pod literę,
która ma być zmieniona.
5. Nacisnąć przycisk [1] do [9] odpowiadający żądanej literze (patrz tabela
znaków poniżej). Przykład: Nacisnąć cyfrę „2” trzy razy by wprowadzić literę
„F”. Nacisnąć cyfrę „2” cztery razy by wprowadzić cyfrę „2”.
6. Po zakończeniu programowania nazwy, należy nacisnąć przycisk [#],
zaprogramowana nazwa zostanie automatycznie zapisana. By skasować znak
przy użyciu kursorów przesunąć podkreślnik pod wybrany znak i nacisnąć [0].
Jeżeli przed naciśnięciem [0], naciśnięto inny przycisk niż [<] lub [>],
podkreślnik przesunie się o jedno miejsce w prawo i zostanie skasowana
litera znajdująca się pod nim.

Biblioteka wyrazów
Biblioteka wyrazów jest bazą słów najczęściej używanych podczas
programowania nazw linii. Słowa dostępne w bibliotece można łączyć w
nazwy (przykład: Drzwi + Frontowe). W każdym z dwóch wierszy
wyświetlacza można zaprogramować po 14 znaków. Jeżeli słowo nie mieści
się w pierwszym wierszu, przesunąć podkreślinik do początku drugiego
wiersza i wprowadzić żądany wyraz.
By zaprogramować nazwy linii korzystając z biblioteki nazw należy:
1. Wprowadzić [*][8][kod instalatora],[000],[001] (by zaprogramować nazwę
dla linii 1).
2. Nacisnąć [*], by wejść do menu.
3. Nacisnąć [*] ponownie by wybrać opcję „WPROWADŹ WYRAZ”.
4. Wprowadzić 3 cyfrowy numer w zależności od żądanego słowa (patrz
biblioteka wyrazów), lub przy użyciu kursorów przejrzeć dostępne nazwy
w bibliotece.
5. Nacisnąć [*] by wybrać żądane słowo.
6. By dodać kolejne słowo, należy powtórzyć procedurę od kroku 2.
7. By wprowadzić odstęp pomiędzy wyrazami należy nacisnąć [>].
8. By wykasować nazwę należy wybrać opcję „Kasuj do końca” lub „KASUJ
WSZYSTKIE”.
9. By zapisać wybraną nazwę, należy nacisnąć [#], nazwa zostanie
automatycznie zapisana.
Przesłanie zaprogramowanych opisów do wszystkich klawiatur w systemie
Jeżeli w systemie pracuje więcej niż jedna klawiatura, nazwy zaprogramowane na tej
klawiaturze zostaną przesłane automatycznie do pozostałych klawiatur, natychmiast
po wprowadzeniu zmian (zaprogramowaniu nazw).
Komunikaty głosowe/gong głosowy

Menu: [*][6][kod główny] >REGULACJA POWIADOMIENIA GŁOSOWEGO
Funkcja służy do zmiany poziomu głośności dźwięku komunikatów głosowych
generowanych przez klawiaturę np.: Włączenie systemu trwa”, następnie
klawiatura wygeneruje nazwy linii które zostaną naruszone podczas
opuszczania obiektu. Przy użyciu kursorów [<>] można zwiększyć lub
zmniejszyć poziom głośności dla funkcji. Zmiana poziomu głośności może
odbywać się także poprzez wpisanie cyfr od 00 do 10. Wybór 00 wyłącza
funkcję komunikatów głosowych.
Funkcja gongu głosowego
Menu: [*][6][kod główny] >REGULACJA GONGU GŁOSWEGO
Funkcja służy do zmiany poziomu głośności dźwięku gongu głosowego. Przy
użyciu kursorów [<][>] można zwiększyć lub zmniejszyć poziom głośności dla
tej funkcji. Zmiana poziomu głośności może odbywać się także poprzez
wpisanie cyfr od 00 do 10. Wybór 00 wyłącza funkcję gongu głosowego.
Regulacja kontrastu/jasności wyświetlania napisów oraz brzęczyka klawiatury
Klawiatury LCD
1. Należy wprowadzić sekwencję [*][6] [kod główny].
2. Używając przycisków kursorów [<>] należy przejść do menu regulacji
jasności/kontrastu lub głośności brzęczyka.
3. Nacisnąć [*] by wybrać żądaną funkcję.
4. a) Regulacja jasności - istnieje możliwość wyboru poziomu jasności z
przedziału od 01 do 15. Wybrać żądany poziom przy użyciu kursorów [<][>].
b) Regulacja kontrastu - istnieje możliwość wyboru poziomu kontrastu z

Dzięki zastosowaniu czytnika zbliżeniowego w klawiaturze, użytkownik ma
możliwość włączenia lub wyłączenia systemu poprzez przyłożenie breloka

obudowy klawiatury. Jeżeli klawiatura działa z podłączonym zasilaczem czytnik
jest aktywny cały czas by móc rozpoznać każdy brelok który zostanie do niego
przyłożony. W przypadku gdy klawiatura działa na samym zasilaniu bateryjnym
i jest w stanie uśpienia, użytkownik musi nacisnąć jeden z przycisków na
klawiaturze, by wyszła ona ze stanu uśpienia a następnie dopiero przyłożyć
brelok do czytnika. Do kodu głównego (kod użytkownika 1) nie ma możliwości
przypisania breloka zbliżeniowego.
Procedura przypisywania breloka zbliżeniowego
Przypisanie breloka zbliżeniowego na jednej klawiaturze, automatycznie
przypisuje brelok do wszystkich klawiatur HS2LCDWFP oraz HS2LCDWFPV w
systemie. Do kodu głównego użytkownika (01) nie ma możliwości przypisania
breloka zbliżeniowego.
1. Wejść w tryb programowania kodów użytkownika [*][5] [kod główny].
2. Za pomocą przycisków kursorów [<][ >] należy przejść do kodu
użytkownika do którego ma zostać przypisany brelok i nacisnąć [*].
3. Za pomocą przycisków kursorów [<][ >] przejsc do „BRELOK ZBLIŻENIOWY”
i nacisnąć [*]. Na wyswietlaczu klawiatury pojawi się komunikat
”PRZYŁ.BRELOK LUB NAC.# BY WYJŚĆ”.
4. Przyłożyć brelok do czytnika zbliżeniowego klawiatury.
5. Jeżeli brelok został pomyślnie przypisany klawiatura wymituje trzy krótkie
dzwięki, a na wyświetlaczu pojawi się komunikat „BRELOK ZBLIŻ. ZOSTAŁ
PRZYPIS.”Wyemitowanie przez klawiaturę jednego długiego dźwięku
oznacza iż przypisywanie breloka nie powiodło się, na wyświetlaczu
dodatkowo zostanie wyświetlony komunikat „NIEWAŻNY BRELOK”. Jeżeli
brelok został już wczesniej przypisany, klawiatura wygeneruje sygnał błędu i
wyświetli komunikat „DUPLIKAT BRELOKA”.
Procedura kasowania breloka zbliżeniowego
Brelok należy z usunąć z systemu w przypadku gdy został zgubiony, lub nie jest używany.
1. Wejść w tryb programowania kodów użytkownika [*][5][kod główny].
2. Przy numerze każdego użytkownika do którego jest przypisany brelok
zbliżeniowy będzie widniała litera „T”.
3. Przy użyciu kursorów [<][>] wybrać żądany numer użytkownika i nacisnąć
[*]. Przejść to komunikatu „BRELOK ZBLIŻENIOWY” i nacisnąć [*].
4. Na klawiaturze wyświetli się komunikat „* BY USUŃ BRELOK”. Po
naciśnięciu [*], pojawi się komunikat „BRELOK ZOSTAŁ USUNIĘTY”.
Programowanie przycisków funkcyjnych klawiatury
By zaprogramować przyciski funkcyjne należy:
1. Wejść w tryb programowania instalatorskiego [*][8][kod instalatora].
2. Wejść do sekcji [861] - programowanie pierwszej klawiatury. Sekcja [860]
służy jedynie do sprawdzenia do którego adresu jest przypisana dana
klawiatura.
3. Wprowadzić sekcje [001] - [005] w celu zaprogramowania wybranych
przycisków funkcyjnych 1-5.
4. Wprowadzić dwu cyfrowy numer funkcji od [00] - [68]. Patrz tabela poniżej.
5. Dla każdego następnego przycisku funkcyjnego powtarzać czynności od
kroku 3.
6. Nacisnąć [#] dwa razy by wyjść z trybu instalatorskiego.

Le tastiere wireless HS2LCDWF sono compatibili con tastiera wireless HSM2HOST e HS2LCDRF
per ricetrasmettitori wireless.

Montare la tastiera
Montare la tastiera dove è accessibile nei
punti designati di entrata e di uscita. Una
volta selezionata una posizione asciutta e
sicura, effettuare i seguenti passaggi per il
montaggio della tastiera.
Piastra montaggio a parete
Individuare i quattro fori vite (4) agli angoli
della piastra di montaggio.
Utilizzate le quattro viti fornite per fissare
la piastra di montaggio alla parete;
assicurarsi che le linguette di montaggio
siano rivolte verso l'alto (si veda il grafico
di seguito). Se la tastiera deve essere
montata su cartongesso, utilizzare ancoraggi
di plastica.
Una volta che le batterie sono installare,
allineare le quattro scanalature di montaggio nell'alloggiamento del HS2LCDWF con le quattro
linguette di montaggio che sporgono dalla piastra di montaggio.
Bloccare fermamente ma con attenzione la tastiera sulla piastra di montaggio.
Supporto da tavolo - HS2LCDWFDMK (Opzionale)
1. Inserire i quattro piedini in gomma (trovati nella confezione degli
accessori di montaggio) nella dentellatura che si trova sulla parte inferiore del
supporto da tavolo.
2. Posizionare il supporto da tavolo su una superficie sicura e ordinata.
3. Allineare le quattro scanalature di montaggio nell'alloggiamento del
HS2LCDWF con le quattro linguette di montaggio che sporgono dal supporto
da tavolo.
4. Far scorrere la tastiera in posizione. Bloccare fermamente ma con attenzione la tastiera sul
supporto da tavolo.
5. Fissare la tastiera in modo sicuro al supporto da tavolo, individuare il foro al centro della parte
bassa del supporto da tavolo. Usare le viti in dotazione, avvitare la tastiera al supporto da tavolo.
Applicare alimentazione a batteria
ATTENZIONE: se viene segnalato un problema di batteria bassa, l’unità continuerà a funzionare per
non più di 30 giorni. Quando compare il segnale di batteria bassa, le batterie devono essere sostituite
per assicurare il corretto funzionamento dell’unità.
1. Se necessario, far scorrere la tastiera verso l'alto e l'esterno della piastra di montaggio/supporto da
tavolo (rimuovendo prima le viti, se necessario). Il vano per le quattro batterie AA è aperto e visibile
sul retro della tastiera.
2. Inserire le batterie come indicato sul retro della tastiera. Assicurarsi di osservare la corretta
polarità.
3. Riposizionare la tastiera sulla piastra di montaggio/supporto da tavolo.
ATTENZIONE: Non mischiare batterie usate e nuove.
Applicare alimentazione CA
ATTENZIONE: L'uscita della presa in
cui l'adattatore è inserito direttamente
deve essere vicina alla tastiera,
facilmente accessibile, e avere l'accesso
non ostruito. Lo spinotto dell'adattatore
serve come mezzo di disconnessione
dall'alimentazione.
1. Far scorrere la tastiera verso l'alto e
l'esterno della piastra di
montaggio/supporto da tavolo.
2. Individuare il jack dell'adattatore di
alimentazione sul retro dell'alloggiamento
della tastiera.
3. Posizionare lo spinotto dell'adattatore
nella rientranza dell'alloggiamento, in
perpendicolare rispetto alla tastiera.
Inserire lo spinotto dell'adattatore in modo
fermo nel jack.
4. Inclinare lo spinotto dell'adattatore verso il basso in modo che possa adattarsi all'alloggiamento.
Guidare il filo CA lungo il canale fornito nell'alloggiamento della tastiera; il filo si estende attraverso
la parte bassa dell'alloggiamento.
5. Riposizionare la tastiera sulla piastra di montaggio/supporto da tavolo (in quest'ultimo caso, è
fornito un ulteriore canale nella parte bassa del supporto da tavolo. Guidare il filo CA lungo questo
canale; il filo si estende attraverso un'apertura sul retro del supporto).
6. Collegare l'adattatore alla presa di corrente.
Programmare la tastiera
Ci sono molte opzioni di programmazione per la tastiera (si veda la tabella seguente). La
programmazione della tastiera è simile alla programmazione del resto del sistema. Il menu
dell'installer è un flusso guidato di testo. Per ulteriori informazioni sulla programmazione del resto del
sistema di sicurezza, fare riferimento al Manuale d'installazione del sistema.
1. Premere [*][8][Codice master].
2. Utilizzare i tasti [<][>] per navigare tra i menu o saltare direttamente a una sezione specifica
immettendo il numero della sezione.
Programmazione della lingua
Per entrare nella programmazione della lingua, entrare in [000]>[000]. Quindi immettere il numero a
due cifre che corrisponde alla lingua desiderata:
01 = Inglese (predefinita)
02 = Spagnolo
03 = Portoghese
04 = Francese
05 = Italiano
06 = Olandese
07 = Polacco
08 = Ceco
09 = Finlandese
10 = Tedesco
11 = Svedese
12 = Norvegese
13 = Danese
14 = Ebraico
15 = Greco
16 = Turco
17 = FFU
18 = Croato
19 = Ungherese
20 = Romeno
21 = Russo
22 = Bulgaro
23 = Lettone
24 = Lituano
25 = Ucraino

Simboli tastiera
Simbolo Descrizione
Spia Pronto (verde) Se la spia Pronto è accesa, il sistema è pronto per
essere inserito.
Spia Inserito (rossa) Se la spia Inserito è accesa/lampeggia, il sistema è
stato inserito con successo.
Guasto nel sistema (giallo) Acceso - Indica la presenza di un guasto nel sistema.
Lampeggiante - Batteria tastiera bassa.
CA (verde) Acceso - Indica la presenza di CA nella tastiera
Registrazione HSM2HOST
Il ricetrasmettitore wireless HSM2HOST o tastiere HS2LCDRF/HS2ICNRF deve essere registrato
sul pannello di allarme prima che qualsiasi dispositivo wireless possa essere registrato. Quando il
sistema di allarme è acceso per la prima volta, la prima tastiera o il HSM2HOST (se si utilizza una
tastiera wireless come prima tastiera) può essere registrata. Per procedere in tal senso:
1. Una volta che HSM2HOST è collegato al pannello di allarme e alimentato, accendere una tastiera
wireless.
2. Premere qualsiasi pulsante sulla tastiera per registrarla sul HSM2HOST. HSM2HOST è quindi
automaticamente registrato sul pannello di allarme.
Registrazione tastiera
1. Premere [*][8][Codice Installatore] e quindi [804][000].
2. Quando richiesto, attivare immediatamente il dispositivo da registrare o immettere un numero di
serie del dispositivo. Fare quanto detto in precedenza per pre-registrare i dispositivi, poi registrarli sul
sito del cliente.
3. Utilizzare i tasti [<][>] o immettere il numero corrispondente per selezionare un'opzione.
4. Scorrere attraverso le selezioni possibili e immettere un numero o il testo come appropriato.
5. Premere [*] per accettare e passare all'opzione successiva.
6. Una volta configurate tutte le opzioni, il sistema inviata a registrare il dispositivo successivo.
7. Ripetere questa procedura finché tutti i dispositivo wireless non sono registrati.
Per applicazioni antincendio residenziali UL/ULC, le tastiere HS2LCDWF9, HS2LCDWFP9,
HS2LCDWFPV9 devono essere configurate per supervisione wireless a 200 secondi, abilitando
l’opzione di commutazione 4 (Supervisione incendio 200s), nella sezione [804][810].
Cancellazione tastiera
1. Premere [*][8][Codice Installatore] e quindi [804][905].
2. Utilizzare i tasti [<][>] per selezionare la tastiera o premere [#] per uscire.
3. Premere [*] per cancellare. Sullo schermo appare “Tastiera cancellata”.
Etichette programma
Utilizzare questa sezione per assegnare un nome significativo (ad es., Porta principale, Corridoio,
ecc.) a ciascuna zona.
1. Premere [*][8][Codice Installatore].
2. Premere [*] e utilizzare i tasti [<][>] per scorrere a Etichette zona e premere nuovamente [*]. La
prima zona è visualizzata. In alternativa, accedere [000][001].
3. Scorrere all'etichetta zona da programmare e premere [*] o immettere il numero zona (ad es. 001
per etichetta zona 1).
4. Scorrere alla posizione del carattere desiderato usando i tasti [<][>].
5. Immetti il numero del gruppo carattere corrispondente fino a quando il carattere desiderato è
visualizzato (si veda la tabella seguente). Esempio: Premere il tasto “2” 3 volte per immettere la
lettera “F”. Premere il tasto “2” 4 volte per immettere il numero “2”.
[1] - A, B, C, 1 [4] - J, K, L, 4 [7] - S, T, U, 7 [0] - Spazio
[2] - D, E, F, 2 [5] - M, N, O, 5 [8] - V, W, X, 8 [*] - Seleziona
[3] - G, H, I, 3 [6] - P, Q, R, 6 [9] - Y, Z, 9,0 [#] - Esci
6. Per salvare l’etichetta, premere [#] e l’etichetta è automaticamente saldata. Per cancellare un
carattere, usare i tasti [<][>] per spostare il cursore sotto il carattere, quindi premere [0]. Se qualsiasi
altro tasto diverso da [<] o [>] è premuto prima di [0], il cursore si sposta di uno spazio a destra e
cancella tale carattere.
Caratteri ASCII
Libreria etichette
Libreria etichetta è un database di parole comunemente utilizzate quando si programmano etichette.
Singole parole possono essere combinate, se necessario. (Ad es. Frontale + Porta). Ciascuna riga del
display supporta un massimo di 14 caratteri. Se una parole non si adatta alla riga, scorrere a destra
fino a quando il cursore non appare al primo carattere della seconda riga, quindi aggiungere il parola.
Per programmare un’etichetta personalizzata usando Libreria etichette:
1. Premere [*][8][Codice installatore][000][001] (per programmare l'etichetta per la zona 01).
2. Premere [*] per aprire il menu.
3. Premere ancora una volta [*] per selezionare l'opzione “Immissione parola”.
4. Inserire il numero a 3 cifre corrispondente a una parola (si veda Libreria Parole) o utilizzare i tasti
di scorrimento [<][>] per visualizzare le parole nella libreria.
5. Premere [*] per selezionare la parola.
6. Per aggiungere un'altra parola, ripetere la procedura precedente dal passo 2.
7. Per aggiungere uno spazio, premere il tasto di scorrimento a destra [>].
8. Per cancellare i caratteri, selezionare “Cancella alla fine” o “Cancella visualizzazione” dal menu
“Seleziona Opzioni”.
9. Per salvare l’etichetta, premere [#] e l’etichetta è automaticamente saldata.
Trasmissione delle etichette LCD
Se nel sistema è presente più di una tastiera LCD, l’etichetta programmata sulla tastiera può essere
trasmessa a tutte le altre tastiere LCD proprio dopo che la modifica è confermata.
Avviso vocale/Campanello vocale
Controllo avviso vocale (solo per tastiere wireless)
Menu: [*][6][codice d'accesso] > Avviso vocale
Questa funzione è utilizzata per modificare il livello di volume degli avvisi vocali della tastiera, ad
es. “Inserimento utente in corso.” L'avviso vocale riferisce le etichette di zona programmate per
apertura/chiusura zona. Utilizzare i tasti di scorrimento [<][>] per aumentare o diminuire il volume dal
livello 0-10. Selezionando 00 si disattivano gli avvisi vocali della tastiera.
Controllo campanello vocale
Menu: [*][6][codice d'accesso] > Controllo campanello
Questa funzione è utilizzata per modificare il livello di volume del campanello vocale della tastiera.
Utilizzare i tasti di scorrimento [<][>] per aumentare o diminuire il volume dal livello 0-10.
Selezionando 00 si disattiva il campanello vocale.
Modifica luminosità/contrasto/cicalino
Tastiere LCD
1. Premere [*][6][Codice master].
2. Usare i tasti [<][>] per scorrere al Controllo Luminosità, Controllo contrasto o Controllo cicalino.
3. Premere [*] per selezionare l’impostazione che si desidera regolare.
4. (a) Controllo luminosità/barra LED: Ci sono 15 livelli di retroilluminazione. Usare i tasti [<][>]
per impostare il livello desiderato. Modificando questo livello si regola di conseguenza la barra LED.
b) Controllo Contrasto: Sono disponibili 15 diversi livelli di contrasto del display. Usare i tasti [<][>]
per impostare il livello di contrasto desiderato.
c) Controllo Cicalino: Ci sono 15 diversi livelli di controllo del cicalino. Usare i tasti [<][>] per
scorrere al livello di cicalino desiderato.
Tag di prossimità (solo HS2LCDWFP, HS2LCDWFPV)
La tag di prossimità può essere utilizzata per eseguire qualsiasi funzione tastiera che normalmente
richiede un codice di accesso utente. La tag deve essere avvicinata al lato centrale sinistro della
tastiera. Mentre la tastiera sta disattivando la CA, il ricetrasmettitore è sempre acceso per rilevare
qualsiasi tag di prossimità che si avvicina. Mentre la tastiera sta funzionando a batteria ed è in
modalità spegnimento, l'utente può premere qualsiasi tasto per ripristinare la tastiera, quindi mostrare
la tag di prossimità.
Registrazione le tag di prossimità
Registrando una tag su una tastiera registrerà automaticamente a tutte le tastiere HS2LCDWFP o
HS2LCDWFPV registrate sul sistema. Codice Master (codice 1), non può avere un tag di prossimità
assegnato.
1. Premere [*][5][Codice master].
2. Utilizzare i tasti [<][>] per scorrere all'utente applicabile e premere [*].
3. Utilizzare i tasti [<][>] per scorrere alla tag di prossimità e premere [*]. Il display mostra: “Tag
presente”.
4. Passare la tag registrata accanto al lettore di tag sulla tastiera. Una tag di prossimità può essere
assegnata solo a un utente per volta.
5. Se la registrazione avviene con successo, bip di riconoscimento suoneranno e l'LCD della tastiera
visualizzerà ‘Tag registrata con successo’. Se la registrazione non avviene con successo, un tono di
errore suonerà e la tastiera visualizzerà ‘Tag non valida non registrata’. Se la tag è stata registrata in
precedenza, un tono di errore suonerà e la tastiera visualizzerà ‘Tag duplicata non registrata’.
Cancellazione di tag di prossimità
Cancellare le tag di prossimità dal sistema quando sono perse o non più necessarie.
1. Premere [*][5][Codice master].
2. La tastiera visualizzerà il nome dell'utente e include la lettera ‘T’ se una tag di prossimità è
programmata.
3. Utilizzare i tasti [<][>] per individuare l’utente desiderato e premere [*]. Scorrere alla tag di
prossimità e premere [*].
4. La tastiera mostrerà ‘Premere [*] per cancellare la tag’. Dopo aver premuto [*], appare il
messaggio ‘Tag cancellata con successo’.
