1. General Description
Concerning Digital Programmable Conference System
The digital programming conference system is composed of the system control unit MP9866, chairman
microphone CM60, delegate microphone CM61 and connecting line etc., adopting the full digital
control design, and having multiple operation modes. It is a professional conference system with a real
meaning of answering-outbidding and auto-queuing function.
The system adopts digital design. There will be no such a situation as multiple microphones switch on at
the same time when the system is used for answering-outbidding. The digital display and the indicator
at the front panel of system control unit will present clearly the current operation mode of the system.
The digital programmable conference system features strong function and convenient application, and is
the ideal selection in the game site.
2. Description of Control Unit MP9866
2.1 Functions of Control Unit
There are three groups of 8 P-DIN sockets used for multiple system links. Each channel can
control 35 sets of microphone.
The panel is provided with digital display and multiple operation mode indicators. The operating
state is clear at a glance.
There are three function setup keys: Mode, Set and Enter.
It supports multiple conference modes: Free speech mode, alternation mode and limit speech
mode.
A. Free speech mode: All present units can turn on key to speech, and the key will be turned
off after the speech.
B. First-In-First-Out mode: It is able to set up 1-19 present units to have alternate overriding
speech function.
C. Limit mode: It is able to set up 1-19 present units to have conditional speech function.
a) Optional chairman mode: It is able to select Chairman Only and Common mode.
b) Optional chairman priority music: It is able to select Yes or No.
Telephone conference input terminal: It is able to select Yes or No.
Built-in feedback restraint circuit: It is provided with treble/bass adjustment circuit for adjusting
the system sound quality independently, and the microphone volume adjustment for making the
sound quality clearer and louder.
It is provided with balanced output port, left/right channel output port, unbalanced output port, etc.
to adapt various connections.

2.2 Appearance of Control Unit MP9866
2.2.1 Front Panel
1) Power switch (Press Position 1 to turn on the power, Press Position 0 to turn off the power.)
2) Power indicator (The indicator is lit when the power is turned on, and the indicator is
distinguished when the power is turned off.)
3) Free Speech mode indicator (Free)
4) First In First Out mode indicator (Fifo)
5) Limit mode indicator (Limit)
6) Chairman Only mode indicator (C. only)
7) Auto power off indicator (A. Off)

2) System right/left audio output jack (AUDIO OUT). (The jacks are connected to power amplifier)
3) System audio unbalanced output jack (NO BALANCED OUT). (Connected to power amplifier)
4) System audio balanced output port (BALANCED OUT). (Connected to the power amplifier, the
output signal is not controlled by control unit tone adjustment.)
5) System connection port 8P-DINX3 (LONE). (Connected to microphone units)
6) Interface has not been enabled.
7) AC220 power outlet (AC).
3. Operation Instructions of MP9866
3.1 System Connection
3.2 Function Mode Setup
Connect the system as per the connection diagram and press the power switch to turn on the power. Select the
operation mode of the system according to the requirements of conference. For control unit setup, there are three
kinds of principal mode: Fully Free mode (Free), First-In-First-Out mode (Fifo) and, Limit mode (Limit). Only
one of the three modes can be selected. If the mode indicator is lit, it means that mode is active. Each principal
mode can include the following three kinds of subsidiary modes: Chairman Only mode, Auto Power Off and
Chairman Priority Music prompt. (These three kinds of subsidiary modes may coexist with the principal mode
entirely or separately.)

3.2.1 Free Speech Mode
It means that all the microphones inside the system can be freely turned on/off. The chairman
microphone priority key acts on all the delegate units.
3.2.2 First-In-First-Out Mode
It means it is able to select the quantity of delegate microphone turned on simultaneously in the system
and the microphones can be turned on in alternation within this scope (maximum 19 pcs). When the
number of delegate microphones turned on simultaneously in the system reach the setup quantity, the
turn-on of next microphone will happen with automatic turnoff of the first turn-on microphone. The
chairman microphone is free from this function limit, and the chairman microphone priority key acts on
all the delegate units.
3.2.3 Limit Speech Mode
It means it is able to select the quantity of delegate microphone turned on simultaneously in the system
and microphones can be turned on/off freely within this limit (maximum 19 pcs). When the quantity of
delegate microphone at the turn-on status reaches the setup quantity, unless turning off one working
microphone, the next unit cannot be turned on. However, the maximum turn-on quantity can only be
equal to the setup limit. Chairman microphone is free from this function limit. The priority key on it acts
on all the delegate units.
3.2.4 Three Subsidiary Modes
Chairman Only mode: It means all delegate microphones will be turned off when pressing down
the priority key on chairman microphone. Delegate microphones cannot be turned on again unless
turning off the chairman microphone.
Chairman Common mode: All the delegate microphones will be turned off if the chairman
microphone priority key is pressed down, but they can be turned on again.
Auto power off: It means the turnoff selection can be made within 30 seconds after finishing the
speech.
Chairman priority key music chime: This music chime will be activated before chairman speech
when selecting this function.
3.2.5 Free Speech Mode Setup
Press “Mode” key until indicator “Free” flashes, then press “Enter” key. In such a case, only indicator
“Free” flashes in three principal mode indicators on the front panel, and no display on digital screen. 15
seconds later, indicator “Free” stops flashing automatically, and with long-term lit status. This means
the selection of principal mode “Free Speech”has been finished. Next step will go into the setup of its
subsidiary modes: Chairman Only, Auto Power-off and Chairman Priority Key Music Prompt.
Chairman Only & Common Mode: Press “Mode” key until indicator “C. only” flashes, then
press “Enter” key to select the operation mode of Chairman Priority. In such a case, if the

indicator “C. only” changes to long-term lit status and starts flashing again 2 seconds later, this
means it is in Chairman Only mode; if the indicator “C. only” goes out and starts flashing again 2
seconds later, this means it is in Chairman Common mode.
Auto Power-off Mode: Press “Mode” key after making the last selection, indicator “C. only” will
stop flashing, and indicator “A. off” starts to flash. Then Press “Enter” key to select the operation
mode. In such a case, if the indicator “A. off” changes to long-term lit status and starts flashing
again 2 seconds later, this means it is in Auto Power-off mode; if the indicator “A. off” goes out
and starts flashing again 2 seconds later, this means it is in a mode without Auto Power-off
function.
Chairman Priority Key Music Chime Mode: Press “Mode” key after making the last selection,
indicator “C. only” will stop flashing, and indicator “Music” starts to flash. Then Press “Enter”
key to select the operation mode. In such a case, if the indicator “Music” changes to long-term lit
status and starts flashing again 2 seconds later, this means it is in a mode with Chairman Priority
Key Music Chime function; if the indicator “Music” goes out and starts flashing again 2 seconds
later, this means it is in a mode without Chairman Priority Key Music Chime function.
After making the last selection, press “Mode” key to save all the operations. If the selective mode is
Free Speech mode + Chairman Only + Auto Power-off + Chairman Priority Music Chime, then the
indication on the panel is shown as below:
3.2.6 First-In-First-Out (FIFO) Mode Setup
Press “Mode” key until indicator “FIFO” flashes, then press “Enter” key. In such a case, only indicator
“FIFO” flashes in three principal mode indicators on the front panel, and no display on digital screen.
Then, setup the “FIFO” quantity. Press “Set” key, the digital bit shown on the screen will change from1
to 19. Select the required digit and then press “Enter” key. 15 seconds later, “FIFO” indicator stops
flashing automatically, and with long-term lit status, representing the system mode and “FIFO” quantity
have already been selected. As to the subsidiary mode setup, please read the operation method of Free
Speech mode.
3.2.7 Limit Speech Mode Setup
Press “Mode” key until indicator “Limit” flashes, then press “Enter” key. In such a case, only indicator
“Limit” flashes in three principal mode indicators on the front panel, and no display on digital screen.
Then, setup the quantity of “Limit Speech”. Press “Set” key, the digital bit shown on the screen will
change from1 to 19. Select the required digit and then press “Enter” key. 15 seconds later, “Limit”
indicator stops flashing automatically, and with long-term lit status, representing the system mode and
“Limit” quantity have already been selected. As to the subsidiary mode setup, please read the operation
method of Free Speech mode.

4. Microphone Unit CM60, CM61
4.1 Functions of Delegate Unit CM61
Fully digital-control design.
Powered by system Control Unit. The output voltage is a safety voltage, 18V.
The unit is provided with a 1.5m 8P connection line, used for “cross” type line connection.
The condenser microphone with a replaceable windproof cover.
Elongated microphone neck available.
Microphone head with a red ring indicator displaying the speech status.
With a speech switch key and indicator on the front panel of base.
With voice control power-off function: The microphone will be shut down automatically 30
seconds after the speech.
4.2 Functions of Chairman Unit CM60
In addition to having all the functions of a delegate unit, the chairman unit also has the following
functions:
Priority speech function of interrupting speech in the other microphones
Providing priority music chime.
Free from any restrictions in the system, and can be placed at any location in the system circuit.
With Chairman Only mode.
4.3 Appearance of Microphone Unit

5. Precautions for Operation
5.1 Precautions for Safety Operation
Please do not insert the power supply plug of the equipment into the power network before connecting
properly the system circuitry.
It should be ensured that the voltage supplied to the equipment be completely meeting the voltage
requirements of the equipment, otherwise, there may exist the risk of burning the equipment.
Danger voltage is inside the equipment, and the voltage is high enough to result in the personnel electric
shock. Please do not open the housing without authorization to prevent the risk of electric shock.
When the power switch of the equipment is at "OFF" status, the machine is not disconnected completely
with the power network. For your safety, please pull out the power cord from the socket when the
equipment is not to be used.
Please do not place the equipment at a location too cold or too hot.
Ensure a good ventilation and a good working condition for the equipment to prevent heating in the
working hours, otherwise, the machine may be damaged due to too high a temperature.
The master power switch should be turned off at a cloudy day and damp weather or when the equipment is
not to be used for a long time.
It is required to pull out the power plug to ensure that the equipment is completely disenaged from the
power network when it is to dis-assemble or re-assemble any part of the equipment or to disconnect or
connect plug of any electric apparatus of equipment or making other connection.
When the equipment has a failure, it is not allowed for the non-professional personnel to open the housing
to undertake the repair without authorization to prevent accident or aggravating the damaged condition of
the equipment.
Do not place any chemical subject with corrosivity near the equipment or on the top of equipment.
5.2 Precautions for After-sales Service
The company will provide free of charge guarantee service (including provision of replacement part free of
charge) for one year dating from the day of purchase for any quality problem in the normal range of
application, provided that the installation and application are in conformity to the stipulations given in the
Operation Manual.
At any time for the repair guarantee, the consumer should present the Card of Guarantee and the sales
invoice as a proof.
The following conditions do not belong to the scope for free of charge service:
(1) Product damage due to mistaken installation, application or handling;
(2) Product damage due to abnormal condition (such as over power voltage or ambient humidity, etc. );
(3) Product damage due to force majeure such as calamity or accident;
(4) The number on product body has been converted, altered or removed;
(5) The product has once been repaired or modified by personnel not authorized by our company;
