Before you install this kit — Read and understand all
instructions, warnings, cautions, and notes contained in
this installation instruction guide. Consult your vehicle
owner’s manual for proper disconnection of electrical and
lifting of vehicle if required for installation of this product.
This install may require some technical skills and
knowledge of basic mechanical work. If you do not feel that
you are capable of performing this install please take this
product to a trained professional.

Proper installation of this kit required knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop manual
and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on hand during
the installation. Installation of this kit without proper knowledge of the
factory recommended procedures may affect the performance of these
components and the safety of the vehicle

Inspect all contents of this package to make sure product is not damaged
and all installation hardware has been included. If parts are missing from
kit, please be prepared to provide the following information
1. Name of purchase location
2. Bar Code on side of box
3. Date above bar code
4. Date inside box cover

easily install it by yourself however,

WARNINGS/CAUTIONS BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION

STEP 1
You will need to fully remove the front
fenders by turning the clips on the
underside of the fender down until
they feel loose. Once loose, pull the
fender away from the Bronco directly
towards you, releasing the clips.
Note: Both front and rear fenders are
mounted in this manner.
Philips Head Screw Driver
Panel Clip Removal Tool
Tools Required:

STEP 2
Use a philips head screw driver and
panel clip removal tool to remove the
clips along the lip of the fender and
the section closest to the engine bay.
Note: Check along the inner fender
where it meets wheel well thoroughly.
They are easy to miss.

STEP 3
Remove the inner fender by pulling
down on it near the lip of the fender,
and then out.

STEP 1
Begin by unpacking all items and
inspecting for missing pieces or
damage. If you have any concerns,
please contact the company the
product was purchased from.
STEP 2
Assemble the piece A and B using
a #4 allen head using the provided
M6x20 and a #4 allen head.
Note: Ensure mesh is secure before
installation. If you want to paint the
mesh, It is recommended before
installation.

STEP 5
Install piece C to the assembly, noting
the orientation of piece C in reference
to the assembly.
Install piece E to the assembly, noting
the orientation of piece E in reference
to the assembly.
STEP 4
Install Piece D to the assembly, noting
the orientation of piece D in reference
to the assembly.

STEP 6
Bend back the mounting tabs that
will not be used for installation
(From the front, this will be the 1st
and 5th). The remaining tabs can be
adjusted by hand to better line up
with the DV8 inner fender during
installation. If you are unsure of
which tabs to bend, you can gently
maneuver the inner fender into
the wheel well, and reference the
holes on the inner fender with the
mounting tabs.
STEP 7
On the passenger side of the vehicle
and additional bracket will be
installed using a christmas tree clip
that will be taken from the stock
inner fender.

Drill out the holes in the remaining
tabs with 11/32” drill bit and install
nutserts using a nutsert tool.

Maneuver the inner fender
into the wheel well carefully
so as not to damage the
inner fender. It may take a
few attempts to get it correct.
Install the DV8 inner fenders
using a #4 allen head and provided
M6x14 hardware.
Note: The passenger side has slightly
different mounting points on inner fender
where the additional bracket is
installed.

Double check tment and all
hardware is secure. Repeat steps for
other side.
