Ecco EW01 Series Installation instructions

Connect to +V through an ON/OFF switch. The use of a fuse located close to the voltage source is recommended. Use 2amp fuse for each product
except for EW0118 & EW0128. Use 5amp fuse for EW0118 & EW0128. Size the fuse according to the number of products being used. 18AWG or
larger wire is recommended.
1. Proper installation combined with operator training in the use, care, and maintenance of lighting devices are essential to ensure the safety of you
and those you are trying to protect.
2. Exercise caution when working with live electrical connections.
3. This product must be properly grounded. Inadequate grounding and/or shorting of electrical connections can cause high current arcing, which can
cause personal injury and/or severe vehicle damage, including re.
4. Proper placement and installation are vital to the performance of this warning device. Install this product so that output performance of the system is
maximized and the controls are placed within convenient reach of the operator so that s/he can operate the system without losing eye contact with
the roadway.
5. It is the responsibility of the vehicle operator to ensure during use that all features of this product work correctly.

INSTRUCTIONS
Connect to - GROUND vehicle chassis. 18AWG or larger wire is recommended.
BLACK: -GROUND
Before installation, examine the LED heads for transit damage. Do not use damaged or broken parts. Use installation hardware that
comes with the product if provided. Not intended for exterior installation.
Installation & Mounting:
EW01XX: Surface must be smooth, dry & free from oil/wax/dust.
1. Clean & dry surface before application for proper adhesion.
2. Peel off backing and apply.
3. Use a secondary adhesive, epoxy or mechanical fasteners for
extreme applications if needed.
EW02XX:
1. Drill hole (2”/53.55mm) into mounting surface.
2. Connect the wires properly.
3. Insert the black (clip) part of the light into the hole.
The clips will hold the light in place.
4. Twist to remove bezel for two additional mounting holes
if needed.
EW031X, EW032X, EW033X & EW034X:
1. Drill hole (3/8”) for wiring in desired location.
2. Remove tabs to reveal mounting holes.
3. Mount light w/ installation hardwre provided, snap tabs into place. EW0351:
1. Mount brackets provided on to desired location with installation
hardware provided.
2. Light will snap into the bracket.

Conexiones de fusibles:
ROJO: +V
Conecte a + V por medio de un interruptor ENCENDIDO/APAGADO (ON/OFF). Se recomienda el uso de un fusible ubicado cerca de la fuente de tensión.
Utilice un fusible de 2 amp para cada producto a excepción de EW0118 y EW0128. Utilice el fusible de 5 amp para EW0118 y EW0128. Mida el fusible según el
número de productos que se utilizan. Se recomienda el cable de 18 AWG o más.
NEGRO: -A TIERRA
Conecte al chasis del vehículo – A TIERRA. Se recomienda un cable de 18 AWG o mayor.
Instalación y montaje:
Antes de la instalación, examine las cabezas LED por daños de transporte. No utilice piezas dañadas o rotas. Utilice las piezas de ferretería de instalación que
viene con el producto, si se incluyen. No está diseñado para instalación exterior.
EW01XX: La supercie debe estar lisa, seca y libre
de aceite/cera/polvo.
1. Limpie y seque el área antes de la aplicación para una adherencia
apropiada.
2. Retire el protector y aplique.
3. Utilice un adhesivo secundario, epoxy o jadores mecánicos para
aplicaciones extremas si es necesario.
EW02XX:
1. Haga un agujero (2”/53,55 mm) en la supercie del montaje.
2. Conecte apropiadamente los cables.
3. Inserte la parte negra (clip) de la luz en el agujero. Los clips sostendrán
la luz en su lugar.
4. Gire para remover bisel para dos agujeros de montaje adicionales, si es
necesario.
EW031X, EW032X, EW033X y EW034X:
1. Haga una agujero (3/8”) para el cableado en la ubicación deseada.
2. Retire las presillas para que se vean los agujeros de montaje.
3. Monte la luz con las piezas de ferretería provistas, asegure las pre-
sillas en su lugar.
EW0351:
1. Monte los soportes proporcionados en la ubicación deseada con las
piezas de ferretería proporcionadas.
2. La luz encajará en el soporte.

NOIR : -MISE À LA TERRE
Connecter à - MISE À LA TERRE du véhicule. Un l de 18 AWG ou plus gros est recommandé.
Installation et montage :
Avant l'installation, examiner les têtes à DEL pour vérier si elles ont subi des dommages lors du transport. Ne pas utiliser de pièces endommagées ou
cassées. Utiliser le matériel d'installation si fourni avec le produit. Non destiné à une installation extérieure.
EW01XX : La surface doit être lisse, sèche et libre d'huile, de cire
et de poussières.
1. Nettoyer la surface et sécher avant l'application pour assurer une
bonne adhérence.
2. Retirer l'endos et appliquer.
3. Utiliser au besoin un autre adhésif, de la résine époxyde ou des
attaches mécaniques pour les applications extrêmes.
EW02XX :
1. Percer un trou (2 po / 53,55 mm) dans la surface de montage.
2. Brancher correctement les ls.
3. Insérer la partie noire (attache) de la lumière dans le trou. Les attaches
garderont la lumière en place.
4. Au besoin, tourner pour enlever la collerette pour les deux trous de
montage supplémentaires.
EW031X, EW032X, EW033X et EW034X :
1. Percer un trou (3/8 po) à l'emplacement désiré pour le câblage.
2. Retirer les languettes pour avoir accès aux trous de montage.
3. Monter la lumière avec le matériel d’installation fourni, xer
les languettes.
EW0351 :
1. Monter les supports fournis à l'endroit désiré avec le matériel d'installa-
tion fourni.
2. La lumière se xe alors au support.
