Safety Warnings:
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
•Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
•As with conventional radiators, this electric radiator will get hot to the touch during operation. If the
radiator is left on full power for a prolonged period of time the surface temperature can rise to 70 °C
(+/- 5 °C).
•Switch off the radiator at the supply when not in use.
•If the mains supply cable becomes damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent
or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
•Always check that the master switch has been turned off before starting any installation or
maintenance operations.
•Do not cut the power lead to stop the heating element.
•Do not insert fingers, metal or any other objects into the area where the radiator is connected.
•Do not switch on the heating element before the radiator has been properly and completely installed.
Operation:
•Fit the element as per the installation instructions on page 4.
•When the electricity supply is switched on the radiator temperature may be controlled using the integral
thermostat.

schedule and toggling between internal radiator and room temperature control.
Introduction
This radiator is supplied with an electric heating element and is for use with an electric supply only. The product
cannot be used as part of a central heating system or as a dual source radiator.
The radiator can be used for heating throughout the home provided it is fitted with and controlled via the
supplied heating element.
Location
This electric radiator can be installed throughout the home - including bathrooms and shower rooms, provided
it is fitted in a suitable location. The unit is IPX5 rated and may be wall mounted in the Zone 2 area - see
diagram below. However, the electrical connection box must be outside Zone 2. Its position must be such that
the controller cannot be reached by a person in the bath or shower. No part of the radiator may be installed in
Zone 1 or Zone 0.
