No sound / noise
from the microphone
Solution:
1. The mute button needs
to be pushed to the "ON"
side.

microphones except our
products in the recording of
sound settings( suitable for
computer)

Solution:
Headphone /microphone
sound is too low
1. The volume control knob of the remote control is
independent. The volume adjustment key is not
synchronized with the mobile phone, computer or other
devices. Please adjust the volume of the mobile phone,
computer or other devices.

Solution:
1. Open "Settings" in the main interface and find the
"Peripheral Equipment" option.
2. Open the "Audio Device" inside.
3. Turn on the "Output to Headphones" checkbox for all
audio and keep the status of "Automatically Switch Output
Device", then make sure that the sound output to the headset
is "all audio" instead of "chat audio"
4. Make sure the HDMI output is selected in the sound output
settings.

Solution:
How to set the sound
output on the PC/Mac?
For Windows PC/Laptop
Step 1:
1. Insert the USB headset plug into the USB port on the Laptop.
2. Open your ''Sound'' settings from ''Control Panel'' andselect
''Hardware and Sound'' and then select ''Sound''. (You can also
right-click your sound icon on the system tray and select
Playback devices).
Step 2:
In the Playback tab, select ''USB Audio Devices'' from the
list and click ''Set as Default Device''.

For Mac:
How to set the sound
output on the PC/Mac?
1. Insert the USB connector into the USB port on the Mac.
2. In "System Preferences", click on the“Sound" icon.
3. Click on the Input tab and select the“USB Audio Device" for default
sound input.
4. Click on the Output tab and select the“USB Audio Device"
for default sound output.

Please note that this headset doesn't need any driver for you
to enjoy 7.1 virtual surround sound. The headset comes with
7.1 virtual surround sound via the chip in the USB plug, plug
and play.
