SAFEGUARDS
Read all instructions for the safety of yourself and your family.
＊Install the unit on a flat and dry place. Leave at least 50cm space
around the unit.
＊Installation suits to national electrical net layout rules.
＊Install the air conditioners where the power supply is enough.
＊After installation, please check if the plug is perfect and firmly
insert in the jack.
＊Keep the air inlet and air outlet open.
＊Insure the drainage pipe connects well.
＊Keep far from the oil, cooking range and other heat source.
＊Place the electrical wire in order and avoid being blundered and
plugs pulled out.
＊Correctly use the power cord. If destroyed, please close the air
conditioner and pulled out of the plug. Please find a service
specialist for help.
Please do not
＊No other use, only for home appliance.
＊Do not install in the washhouse.
＊Do not let children play himself or herself. Children and deformity
suffer do not use the conditioner without guard of adult.
＊Never use the main plug as a switch to start and turn off the air
conditioning unit. Use the provided ON/OFF switch located on the
control panel.
＊Do not let your skin or eyes enjoy the cooling wind directly.
＊Do not put anything on the air conditioners.
＊Do not put anything on the air-inlet and air-outlet.
＊Do not use insects-killing spray and other flammability near the
conditioner
＊Do not scratch the surface by aculeate things.
＊Do not spray oil or water into the conditioner.
＊Do not place where have water or other liquid.
＊Do not clean the conditioner by water, use waterish cloth to wipe.
＊Do not use chemist solvent to clean the conditioner, such as
benzene, oil and alcohol. Use neutral cleanser to wipe
conditioner.
Suggestion:
Stop the conditioner if higher than 40℃under cooling or lower than
7℃under heating function.

CONTROL PANEL
CAUTIONS: If the unit is turned off in cool/dry/ heat mode and
restarted immediately, it will wait at least 3minutes before running.
1. Buttons
ON/OFF：Press this button to turn on/off the unit.
Mode: Press this button to select cool, heat, dry or fan mode
(heat mode only in YPH-H models).
Up/down: Press up or down button to set temperature or adjust
the time in Timer mode. Press both buttons to vary from
Celsius to Fahrenheit.
Swing: press this button to make the vertical louver swing
automatically. Press once again, the swing will stop.
Speed: Press this button for 5 seconds to select high, middle
or low fan Speed.
Timer indicator.
Econ: press this button to a set energy saving mode (only in
heat and cool mode). This set temperature is 27℃in cool
mode and 23℃in heat mode . The fan speed is low. These
data can’t be changed. The LED display will flash or
accordingly. Press again to cancel it when or is flashing.

2. LCD display
：Cool mode indicator.
：Dry mode indicator.
：Press this button for 5 seconds to select high, middle or low
fan speed.
：Heat mode indicator and flashes when choose cooling mode.
：Water Full indicator.
：Setting temperature under cooling and heating mode. Room
temperature under fanning and dehumidifying. TEMP means
temperature,℃indicates centigrade,℉indicates Fahrenheit.
When 88 is E2, it means room temperature sensor faulty;
When 88 is E3, evaporator sensor faulty; When 88 is E5,
cooling faulty abnormal; When 88 is df, the cooling system is
prevent frosting or defrosting.
：Water Injection indicator.
：Press this button to turn/off the unit in the setting time.
On is the time turning on and off is the time turning off.
：Fan speed to be low, middle and high. You can choose swing
or not swing.
：Energy saving status (only in heat and cool mode).

REMOTE CONTROL
Power Press this button to turn/off the unit.
Timer Press this button to set the timer.
Swing Press this button to make the vertical
louver swing automatically.
℃℉Vary from Celsius degree to Fahrenheit
degree.
Cool Press this button to choose Cool mode.
Heat Press this button to choose Heat mode.
Dry Press this button to choose Dry mode.
Fan Press this button to choose Fan mode.
Up Press Up or Down button to set
Down temperature or adjust the time
in Timer mode.
High Press this button to select high fan speed.
Med Press this button to select middle fan speed.
Low Press this button to select low fan speed.
Econ Press this button to a set energy saving mode only in
Cool and Heat mode. The set temperature is 27℃in
cool mode and 23℃heat mode The fan speed is low.
These data can’t be changed.

OPERATION METHODS
Timer set
1. Set timer-off
Press the Timer button when the unit is on. The LED will flash - -
five times. During this period, press Up or Down button to adjust set
time from 0.5h to 24h. It will vary 0.5h each time in first 3h and 1h
each time hereafter. The set time will flash 5 times after adjusting.
Once the set time end, the unit will turn off automatically.
2. Set timer-on
Press the Timer button when the unit is off. Same as timer-off set.
Once the set time end, the unit will turn on automatically.
3. Change the set time
When Timer is on, you can check remnant time by pressing Timer
button. It will flash 5 times. Press Up or Down button to adjust set
time. The set time can also be cancelled if you press the Timer
button once again during the flashing time.
Cooling/Heating and Dehumidifying operation
1. Cooling/Heating operation
＊Press Mode button to choose Cool/heat mode.
＊Press Up or Down button or to set a proper room
temperature.
＊The range is 18~30℃(64-84°F). The temperature will increase
or decrease 1℃or 1°F each time.
＊Press Speed buttonto choose a proper fan speed.
＊Automatically press Econ and set the room temperature in the
cooling or heating mode, cooling“27℃or 81℉”，heating“23℃or
73℉, speed low. If want to change temperature or speed, please cancel
Econ.
＊Humidity unworkable under cooling or heating function.
＊Press Swing button to adjust the direction of vertical louver.
＊Adjust horizontal louver by hand.
2. Dehumidifying operation

＊Press Mode buttonto choose Dry mode.
＊The fan speed and room temperature cannot be adjusted.
＊Press Swing buttono adjust the direction of vertical louver.
＊Adjust horizontal louver by hand.
3. Fan mode
＊Press MODE button (or Fan button) to choose Fan mode, the
LCD will display .
＊Select the fan speed by press SPEED button or press
High/Mid/Low button directly.
＊The temperature and humidity can not be set.
＊Do not use the air outlet duct.
＊Press Swing button to make the fins swing (use remote control
only) and adjust the direction of vertical louver.
＊Adjust horizontal louver by hand.
NOTE:
1. In cool mode, when the water Injection indicates lights, you
can inject some water through the top, where has an
injection port, before cooling operation (no longer than
High level).
2. You should drain water with the drainpipe in heat and
dehumidifying mode. The unit will stop work when water
level exceeds the high level.
3. Do not use air exhaust duct when in Dry or Fan modes.
4. If your room is directly exposed to the sun, draw the
curtains please.

INSTALLATION
1. Selection of Installation Place
Please pay attention to install the unit where is flat and dry.
Leave at least 50cm space around the Unit (when the hose is not
connected). (Fig.5)
2. AIR Exhaust Duct Mounting Method
1) Fix the square end of the exhaust dust to the exhaust terminal
of the unit. (Fig.6)
2) Put the other end (discharge) to the nearest window. Leave at
least 50cm place around it.
NOTE:
The length of the air exhaust duct is between 600cm to 1700cm or
1800cm (adapters included). We suggest using the minimum length
of the air exhaust dust. That can save energy for you.
This length has been designed especially according to the
specifications of the air conditioner .Do not use an extension
or exchange of a different hose as that may lead to
malfunction.
