jCheck the inside of the larger pieces in your box for other
materials packed inside.
jWhen assembling components, place on a non-abrasive surface
(i.e. shipping box) to avoid scratching.
jWe recommend an area approximately 5’x 8’for unobstructed
assembling.
jYou should not need to use excessive force when assembling
components.

STEP 2: ASSEMBLE THE BOARDS
bIdentify the Side Frames (B) and position (1) side frame as shown below.

bSlide the Front Boards (C) into the long slot in the side frame as shown below until it hits the
back wall.
bSlide the tongue of the
Middle Board (D) into
the groove of the front
board. Continue sliding
the middle board into
the slot of the side frame
until it hits the back wall.
bSlide the tongue of the Back Board (E) into the groove of the middle board. Connue sliding
the back board into the slot of the side frame unl it hits the back wall.

b1. Position the Front Frame (A) so that it is at a right angle to the side frame as shown below.
b2. Drive (2) 2½” Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screws (G) into the pre-drilled holes in the side
frame.

STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE FRONT FRAME

bDrive a 1” Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screw (F) into the side frame near the back board,
roughly one inch from the large hole in the side frame.

b1. Slide the boards into the slot in the second side frame, starting from the back of the
boards. Continue sliding the boards into the side frame until the side frame is touching the
front frame.
b2. Drive (2) 2½” self-drilling stainless steel screws into the pre-drilled holes in the second side
frame.
STEP 4: ASSEMBLE THE COVER

bDrive a 1” self-drilling stainless steel screw into the side frame near the back board, roughly one
inch from the large hole in the side frame.

STEP 5.1
STEP 5: INSTALL THE COVER
bRemove all of the post caps from your Liberty Lace AC Screen Kit (ZP19052). Turn
your assembled cover over and insert the posts of the screen into the holes on the bottom
of the roof.
